Firstly, lots of negatively triggered comments.. perplexing isn’t it… I mean it’s so therapeutic watching with the hygienist Covid proof gloves and that gorgeous background music… it makes you feel you’re in a beautiful resort in the desert and wanna make this today! Peacefully.
The prepping should’ve been done before because it’s such a waste of time watching you cutting up onions and tomatoes
I made this recipe..it turned out amazing…it is d arabian restaurant style foul..yumm
It says paprika, chicken flavour, arabic seasoning (bokharat) garlic salt, black pepper, cumin & sazon goya. You can find recipes to make your own bokharat and sazon goya if you Google them.
This looks wonderful and I cannot wait to try your recipe. Shukran for the subtitles. Black Americans all over are rejecting our learned western diets and are trying to eat more healthy foods. I would love to know how you process the fresh fava beans before adding to your flavor base?
why did youchop everything so clean when u knew you are gonna put it in blender??
Looks good. The guys near me put chopped hard boiled egg and raw onion on top too.
فول تمام تسلم إيدك لكن
الموسيقى أزعجتنا مدام ع الصمت
المفروض تكتب ايش المكونات
Does the tomato sauce have to be the same one you guys used?
This is a good video don’t listen to what others say. What are in the Arabic seasoning?
Most of the video is edited to fast forward which makes it hard to see some of the ingredients you are using, can you please list it below the video, then following the recipe would be easier habibti. Shukran.
I would love to make this soon. JazakAllah Khair.
بنسميه في السعوديه القلابه الطريقه هذه بينما الفول العادي بدون طماطم بنسميه فول
Thanks for the English subtitles. I am going to have to make this dish. Looks great, simple and healthy.
The reason why your recipe is not working is because you’re using the ‘wrong’ version of the beans. The cook book you have is an Arabic/Middle Eastern one, our fava beans are BROWN not green, and otherwise known as “Ful” (Pronounced “Fool”), and they do not have the same greeny, planty texture broad beans have, they are much closer to black beans but also taste much more earthy.
As for the Tahina (it’s called Tahina, not Tahini), it’s because you did not dilute the initial Tahina paste with the water BEFORE adding the yogurt. If you had done so, the Tahina would’ve been almost like water, therefore allowing you to mix in the yogurt with it very easily.
Lastly, if you had chosen the correct beans, you’d then be expected to mash them into paste like texture/consistency and then serve it in a bowl mixed in with the Tahina sauce, with olive oil and a little bit of lemon juice on top for garnish and initial taste kick. This is typical middle eastern breakfast or dinner.
If you want to learn more about it, just look up “Ful”, there are many ways that it’s made and each middle eastern country are proud of their own, so there is no right or wrong, it’s just how you like it.
best wishes.

This is one of the best, easiest to follow ful recipes I’ve seen. Looks absolutely delicious.
Instead of blending it I like just mashing the beans and adding the sauce

Wow! I’m not a big fan of Egyptian food, but this dish was pretty yummy! Excellent! BTW I really appreciate the English subtitles. Thanks again.
Mmmmmmm….my favorite breakfast dish! We used to eat it all the time for breakfast when I was little. We’d eat it with pita bread and green onions. Good memories. Thank you for a great recipe!
روووووعة…
يا بنات بتحبو الخياطة اشتركو بقناتى هتستفيدوا اوى
This recipe is not really Egyptian style. It is more like a home made recipe. A traditional Egyptian foul is never cooked with tomatoes.
It looks yummy.. but you need to mention every powder you r adding in that.
كتير حلوة وطعمها ممتاز بجد انتى رائعة اختى ربنا يباركك بجد
