Nice. But sequencing internal & external hip rotation like this isn’t advised. This kept switching between the two. It is safer & builds more strength to do your internal hip poses first warrior 1 & pyramid in this video. Then move to the external hip openers: triangle, extended side angle & half moon here.

Good for an advanced-beginner level. I would suggest that those having a problem with a side plank could try a modified one (on an elbow instead of straight-armed). Side planks are not always easy for those with wrist problems. If that still poses a problem, you could even maintain the straight arm, but drop the knee on the floor. (I believe that is a pose name, but it eludes me right now. Some refer to it as a kneeling side plank… I don’t know if that is the actual name.)

I have done a lot of searching on YouTube for a calm yet energizing and challenging yoga sequence. Not only does this provide a challenge, but your voice is the most relaxing I’ve come across!:) I could watch this every morning to start off my day and consistently feel great afterwards:)
Thank you for such an easy sequence to follow. What do those who don’t have the mobility to do a straight legged downward dog/foward fold do? Is it just as simple as bending the knees and working towards straightening the legs?
