I LOVE YOUR WHAT I EAT İN A Week please share more what ı eat in a week
This was a great video! Peanut butter is one of my favorite guilty pleasures.
I loved everything you ate but I think you definitely messed up the calories I think you should also mention your portion sizes on myfitnesspal to get your accurate calorie consumption.
I just made this and ate 1/3 of the amount. It is nice to have something warm for breakfast. Thank you Also getting the fiber.
me: Wait something is off
Linda: (makes her protein pancakes)
me: Oooo there we go☺
ps: I could watch you spread pb on food forevaaaa
These types of videos are my faves!! Can’t wait to try these out xx
hiii can you link down the website you used for the calorie tracking thingy??
Any substitute for hempseed, not allowed hempseed in the country I’m living thank.
Nice recipe, but try to cut them before baking and they won’t crumble as much:)
Looks great… love your choice of Music it adds a lot of good energy to the whole procedure!
oh my lord! my mouth was watering throughout the video. all of these look so great and are so creative. love it and love you <3
Everything looks great! Quick question. Why use sugar free syrup? Most contain artificial sugars. Youve shown dishes that are predominantly sugar anyway, so why not get a great quality maple syrup? Full sugar?
I HAVE THE EXACT SAME SWELL BOTTLE!! your pancakes looked SO SO good! personally i dont count calories because i know i can get obsessive and also its a nuisance hahaha
great video!! i wish i had the courage to eat that much food
What type of peanut butter are you using? It drizzles very easily. I have natural/organic and have to refrigerate it and that’s the one drawback, it doesn’t spread well and it’s always cold.
how do you listen to ur own body when all i wanna eat is ice cream and a bunch of chocolate desserts?
I hate protein powder:( I do the same oats but with cashew butter:)
Yassss! I love peanut butter so much. Taste creamy and yummy oatmeal. Great recipe. See u next time.
that sweetener is a poison, should be replaced with honey propolis
So I made them again but this time I soaked the flax seed in some water for about 20 minutes before I added them to the bowl. The bars came out chewy instead of crunchy, but equally delicious.
Have just got in and have some delicious vegan peanut butter!.Hope to get this made:
Great videos! Im a new subscriber after my oldest called me and said log on! I’m excited to view all of your videos. I really enjoyed the Quinoa desserts. I have serious peanut and tree nut allergies. Can you share a couple of videos that are peanut and tree nut free? That would help us Nut allergic Vegans a tremendous amount! Thank you so much
Delicious and absolutely simple recipe. I will definitely try it and share a pic with you on Insta. Check me out as well.
Love your videos! But I would consider buying a microphone
Oooo this looks so good!! I saw on Pinterest!! Larabars are literally my fav!! Would love some paleo friendly dinners Hope you are well and safe
Which sweetener do you use? All the recipes look delicious
I love the recipe, but your choice of music is horrible for such a video.Had to turn volume down to watch it all.But I will make this recipe, thanks!
hi everyone. just here for a little disclaimer. the calories I show have been calculated in myfitnesspal. ALSO, I EAT MORE THAN IS PLATED FOR DINNER!!! EVERY DINNER I EAT PROBABLY TRIPLE WHAT IS SHOWN ON THE PLATE! I’ve been using myfitnesspal for years and I’m pretty confident in my calorie estimating abilities. if you don’t believe me you can check out my other what I eat in a week videos to see that I do eat quite a bit of food.:)
Perfect! Gonna make this for dinner! I’m really serious
Doing this but with organic soy butter. Make up for the buffalo chicken Mac n cheese I am having tonight
Can we officially deem you the QUEEN of breakfast already?? Just got your ebook, can’t wait to try it all. Btw what’s the role of the 5g of flax/chia seeds in some of your recipes, do they add anything to the texture or the volume or is it just for their nutritional value?
Remove the chocolate chips, instead use chocolate protein powder.
Honey is terrible for gaining fat, better to use sugar free maple syrup.
Add Cinnamon.
Remember to retain the fibre in the oats, don’t blend them to dust.
I can barely chop up some fruits in the morning, how the hell she going all Gordon Ramsay
Actually kind of scared about the texture of this. Does it just feel like ur eating a ball of peanut butter or is there some crunch to it?
Is this good for a keto vegan breakfast? What are the nutritional info?
Adding chia seeds and flax seeds will add health benefits to it.:)
I made some and added 2 scoops of whey protein powder and it’s amazing
girl your ideias are amazingggg, I’m trying to change my diet to vegan and you are helping a lot (sorry if I make any english mistake, I’m brazilian)
It’s amazing how, even plants we eat, Thrive on the dead tissues of animals administered through the soil. And Carnivorous Plants are in a world all their own. I love my Meat (and my health). …
Can’t wait to try apple chia pudding . Thanks for sharing
I love how these are recipes you don’t see on other channels doesn’t the “protein powder taste“ (hope you know what I mean hehe) bother you a little?
Could you maybe do recipes that are naturally high in protein next time please? I don‘t want to use protein powder otherwise great video as always
I just want to say i really get inspired! But also want to say do not use to much proteinpowder. Myself got a varning from my doctor…… After doing some tests….
Came for the recipe
Stayed for the awkward relationship dynamic
“You’re too close” grr
im OBSESSEDDD with peanut butter for I am for sure going to try this!! Seriously, if someone leave me alone with a jar of peanut butter, I CAN FINISH IT IN LESS THAN A WEEK!!
Maybe call these “Fat Ass” balls. Just eat table sugar from the bowl.
I will be trying every single one of these. Is each recipe 1 serving each?
Thank you! I’m gonna make mine with no sweetener, I’ll add berries instead!!!
Just want to eat all of thisthanks for sharing so many great ideas
As always, your recipes look divine. And the quality of this video is amazing.
They look great. It was coconut, peanut butter, chocolate chips, oats, honey… will make them

I was a bit reluctant to put almond and peanut butter in my oatmeal but honestly after I opened my mind to it, it changed by whole perspective about oatmeal. Thanks to all those adventurous people, I ❤️ oatmeal now. Before it tasted like shit to me lol.. Thank you Mam for your effort.
yum!! this looks amazing
my husband is obsessed with oatmeal ill definitely try making that for him
I don’t have a microwave so for the oat cake can I just put in the oven for a bit instead?

Girl, that was stupidly amazing, congratulations!
I love them all.
always obsessed w your channel and recipes, def at the top of my list of health influencers!! just wish grams were used in the US:(
This is seriously so satisfying to watch! Hats off for your creativity. Can I know where you calculated your BMI rate and your total daily intake of calories? Cause that would help me out a LOT!
Contrary to what you said, peanut butter is actually quite healthy in moderation. I fact it is full of heart healthy fats and is a good source of protein.
PS: Great recipe!
I made these and they were soooo delicious.I wouldn’t put honey just because the sweetness is already in the chocolate& peanut butter.
I’d LOVE to see a full week of eating because what do you do with the leftover apple sauce and pumpkin puree I NEED TO KNOW!!!
okay question how (and why) do u workout twice? like??? I’d probably be limping by the second one if I did it as well lol
Have you build your booty muscles by home exercises only? Or gym as well?
i was like «wait no berries on the pancakes?» and then she put blueberries hahahha
This looks fantastic! Will try tomorrow morning. I, too, like to add a bit of cold milk to oatmeal. ❤️
Ok someone help. I don’t understand. How does she eat 2000 calories and still have a flat stomach. All I want is a flat stomach, I constantly think about it and restrict my calories or do water fasts yet still I have a belly pooch. I don’t Exercise that much but it’s only cause I’m eating so little. I don’t get how she can eat that much. Doesn’t that mean she would be burning at least 2000 calories a day so that it evens out? But I mean I only burn 1400 cal a day. I’m so lost. I want to eat whatever I want and look like her. Please someone explain and help me
Our weights look very difference. I’m 125 Lb and 5’6 you’re 5’4 and 129 Lb
Do these people have a job/study? I wish I had the time to prepare all the meals! Food looks great btw

yayy watching this while having brekkie by the pool! everything looks delish
Your recipes looks soo delicious! Lol the problem with me is that it’s hard for me to reach at least 1000 calories idk. I take breakfast, lunch and dinner but when I count it all it says 700 or 800.
(Sorry for the bad English^^)
Hahaha dispossessed I’m so sorry that lil smalllll scoop of PB. Treat yourself!:)) it’s ok to eat healthy fats
love how you put peanut butter on basically everything… lol same
I’ve been intermittent fasting with low carb diet for months, but neither my weight nor sizes changed. Maybe it’s time for me to calculate calories:D
I’d really love the recipe for the sesame noodles, they looked incredible!!
this is such a cool video!! im new here:D id love to be yt friends x
i’ve been struggling with disordered eating and this video really helped me realize that eating healthy doesn’t mean eating less, it actually means the opposite due to whole foods being very low calories!! this video is very inspiring and way better than many what i eat in a day videos i’ve seen
thank you for sharing all these amazing recipes!! the content in the all day breakfast ebook is alreadyyy soooo amazin and you’ve came out with more amazing ideas!! love everything u do xx
Loved your video ❤️ how many times a week you work out and what work outs you do? you are so cute
Thank you for such a detailed description! I know it takes a lot of effort but I find it so helpful! Thank you so so so so much. Ur are one of my favorite youtubers bc of this!
I always wonder how people drizzle peanut butter or any nut butter on their smoothie bowls or oatmeal. Just getting it out of the spoon is a hassle. Howndo you guys do it?!
Cashews are the worst “nut” you can use. Agree with jayroyce2002, just sub with another low carb choice. Besides that; great job!
Not on the list: grated Teflon. Prevent sticking in the gut.
looks delicious but kind of a lot for breakfast so I’m going to half the recipe and top with coconut, thanks for the recipe!
high key wanna try that coconut bliss ice cream!! i love watching videos about food, this was super good! keep going!
I think I’ll try this w/o flax, turns out flax & chia may not be good for us but hemp seeds are! Thanks!
oohhh, interesting watch! i think i should try this out sometime too ❤️
Loved this ❤️, definitely gave me some new healthy breakfast ideas
girl i know this may be weird but u dont know HOW HAPPY i am to find this vidi love this vid as well as the fact that you’RE NOT AFRAID TO EAT!! (>2000 cals), it’s kind of sad how most WIEIAD vids are girls underfueling themselves:’>
These look amazing! I’ve heard that chia can substitute in for eggs to keep it vegan. Anyone tried that?
I absolutely love your recipes. I will definitely try all of them out. I also wanted to ask how much protein powder did you use for the biscoff pumpkin cream?
this video gave me so much inspiration!! i sometimes don’t eat in the morning because i have no idea what to eat but this definitely gave me some ideas thank you
Yesssss love this! Oddly enough I had a similar recipe this morning. I used peanut powder instead of peanut butter and topped with a peanut “butter” made from the same powder. I think I’ll do it again tomorrow with a chopped chocolate protein bar and cool soy milk on top. amazing!
I tried them and loved them. The only change I made was substituting pecans for the cashews to reduce the carbs.
These look incredible! Perfect for a low carb breakfast on the go. Thank you. For sharing!
12 servings. Can you put the mixture into 12 muffin tins lined with grease-proof papers and bake it so you don’t have to cut it afterwards? What cooking time would you suggest if I did it that way? 6-9 minutes?
