I love the simplicity, as well as the efficiency of these movements. The constant tension on the band really feels amazing, during and after each exercise! I will check out your other videos for sure. You’ve inspired me!
I like how short the video is (particularly for busy people in the morning!) but if you could go a little slower between transitions that would be much more helpful!

Morning. Great exercises, but if they were slowed down a bit, I could see/understand the exercise. This would encourage proper form. I could always go faster than the example as I get better. Thank you.

This routine works perfect for me. It realy is a great way to wake up the body in the morning or inbetween after sitting to long. I changed the speed to 75% and turned the sound up.

Moving a little fast at first but wow some of these moves worked muscles harder in one stretch than doing reps of others. Great video and lots of variety!!

Can you suggest Pilates for a heavy man like myself? Recovering from an accident 3 years ago. Bed ridden for 16 months, gained massive weight. Inadvertently began listening to binaural beats meditation music as I was searching for non-instructional meditation music. After listening every night for about 4 nights I began feeling better. That’s when setting it up to play at night again, on YouTube, I had read the information in the drop down. It’s designed to aid your body to heal itself. I am certain that if I would have read that before I began listening, I wouldn’t have listened to it being skeptical. Even so I continued and a week and a half later I was walking on my own again. Time passed and I have improved my mobility so much so I am now doing body weight exercises. WHEW, those are tough!
All-in-all I have went from 404 lbs to 280 lbs in 18 months. I especially need stretching in detail for my back muscles. I need to improve my range of motion at my waist and mid back.

Love your videos Jessica been following for a few weeks. I was doing Pilates at the gym for 3 yrs, had a left hip replacement in May and suddenly last 7 weeks in pain in my neck shoulders and hips. Doctor thinks it might be Polymyagia Rheumatica but not on treatment yet. I’m now not sure which Pilates exercise to do especially as my shoulders are so painful. Please can you advise?

I want my thighs to be more fit and slim, I’m going to do this little workout everyday and run for 30 minutes 3 times a week, hope I’ll see results soon!
You make these exercises look so easy. I practice yoga and combine it with some of these pilates exercises.

Short and effective workout. Something we can all stick with. Thank you! The only negative thing I’d say (and please don’t take it bad) is that you don’t tell us where to breath in and out.
Other than that, excellent workout, I can feel It’s working after just a few sessions.
