Where are you getting your information from??? It seems like every article you read is written by empirical trainers that don’t understand the concept of certain training methods. HIIT isn’t a buzz word for it stands for the actual method that you are using within an interval training format, high intensity. HIIT does have many benefits especially in patients with cardiovascular diseases as well as patients with type 2 diabetes, not just for fat burning advantages and muscle maintenance, but like every other program it needs to be progressive in order to get to that point so there is programing involved in using HIIT…please cite the online resources you are referencing, I would love to see where this is nonsense is coming from (btw this isn’t a diss to you it’s a complaint to the authors of these misleading articles). I HAVE to send you some credible articles cause it’s getting scary some of the information that’s being found out there lately.

There are lots of health benefits to fasting from a health perspective. Is it for everyone? Absolutely not, especially those who choose an enhanced lifestyle with increased P Ratios. Crossfit is awesome I trained/ competed in crossfit for a little over a year right before I got into the police academy and I was in the best shape of my life, running a 5:10 mile, squatting 435, deadlifting 600 all at 165 lbs. It was nice to change it up but im back to hypertrophy and loving it more then ever

This was the best workout I’ve had in a long time. It was powerful, energizing, challenging and peaceful all at the same time. I am a stay at home mom, and I hold so much stress within myself. Not enough people tell each other that they are great, and when Marnie said those thoughtful words at the end of the yoga part I literally burst into tears. I probably sound totally dramatic, but this workout really helped me feel good physically and mentally!

This is my favorite work out ever! I have been doing since March at least twice a week. The teacher is really top teacher, she is encouraging acknowledgeable and entertaining besides being beautiful. It is a really effective workout because unlike other workout you are not left sore, you are left feeling amazing, and your body start to show results quick. LOVE THIS!!

back due to previous lack of knowledge on lifting.
I am only allowed to workout when my back is completely straight (no twisting motions or lower back exercises). I am so happy this allows to me to get a good workout and help heal my back! I’m so glad @elanataber introduced me to the BARRE workout For anyone else having lower back problems or weak core muscles, doing this workout will heal you on top of getting a great workout!

I almost quit because the warm-up was kicking my butt. I wasn’t able to give it 100%, but I went to the end and glad I did. This is the type of video I will return to to see how much I improve over time. I’m a yogi and was pleasantly surprised by the midway stretch and final yoga segment. Just wish for a modification on the ab part that has you sitting on the knees. My knees and top of my feet could not take it, so I sat cross legged. Overall, awesome workout!

i loved the workout and Marnie’s instructions and energy. but i cant help but think about the difference in communication between Anna and Meagan. as youre half through the video you could notice how Anna becomes so much comfortable and is always making some comments while Meagan feels awkward and out of place. plus its less suitable to bring a ‘less fit’ trainer to do the modified version, it makes a less fit viewer including Meagan feel different about the performance.
I LOVE this instructor. Such a great presence, very informative and most of all fun! This made me excited to work out. Please have more of this!

when i bench press i am trying to keep my back squeezed tight & Lats Activated, By pulling the elbows into my lats slightly and just overall trying to stack joints as much as possible.
however when videotaping myself benching i notice in the Bottom position my elbow and wrist are not directly stacked, my elbows are slightly inside the wrist but when viewing from the side they appear to be slightly infront of the bar
i bench with a moderate grip in relation to my build around pinkie/ring finger
Does it matter a ton if the elbow is slightly inside of the wrist if the elbow is still under & infront of the bar?
