Hello Ben, I just watched both of your jawzrsize videos and have a couple questions. First of all my jaw doesn’t stay aligned all the time and it often “pops” when eating tougher foods, second I find a clench my jaw in my sleep. I’m 32, would this be a good investment in your opinion to try to align and maybe build a little bit of jaw muscle to hopefully fix these issues? thanks

The problem with those curls is that at the moment of greatest contraction, there is the least resistance (at the top). Since you are leaning forward for a concentration curl, you avoid that issue.

Using the leg extension to do hip raises is a great tip. Harebell hip thrusts are a great exercise but I have difficulties getting comfortable
The one arm lat move looks fine, but the “you have to have your feet on the floor” think is nonsensical.

I got a bad shoulder injury playing high school football that followed me into my 30’s now (damn thing randomly dislocates sometimes). I have been doing upright rows consistently when I weight trained not thinking that its probably making it worse, or at least not making it better. Glad to put that one to bed.

Thank you! I was looking at buying the facial flex exerciser but then I saw the price and read some reviews, I probably would have given it a go but $55 for a bit of plastic and a few rubber bands! I do think it probably works but some of the reviews mention it is not so well made anymore and can cause soars on the corners of the mouth, So then I saw the jawzrsize and again silly Money! SO thank you for these exercises, I just did it along with you and can certainly feel something after not doing really much at all.
BTW I am 53 and have jowls and my cheeks have also dropped, so if you have anymore exercises for these specific problems that would be wonderful! Again thank you

So I found you from a post I found of yours for working out with a sprained ankle and I just wanted to say thank you. I have a grade 2 sprain that happened right at the beginning of quarantine and was getting frustrated A) because I couldn’t move and B) literally NO ONE has any suggestions about how to workout with an injury. also..OK MOST athletes are on their feet..not all, not all the time..gymnasts? cyclists? swimmers? rowers? (crew)..? wrestlers? rock climbers..? bobsled..? luge..?others..? pullups could help performance. if you think doing an Iron Cross on the rings is “easy” or a parallel bars, or.uneven bars performance….show us

My routine was just mostly Dead lifts, squats, Bench, Laterals, double Biceps, Calve press and leg press. Sometimes I would put in a little dumbbell push ups. And then my third day was strictly cardio and abdomen exercise. I was ripped .

When doing the last exercise (7. Standing abduction (cable machine)) I feel much more tension in my resting leg than in the working leg.. Especially when the working leg is on my weak side, then it feels like the resting leg “takes over”. Any tips on how to alternate the exercise?:)

My local gym is always crowded… and I really don’t have the courage to work out by myself… so I only go to the body pump class to get overall body strength work out. And I would do 30min cardio as well. Are these exercise enough to have a nice body? ;/

in those rowing exercises it is better to do it like if it was a 2 movement exercise begining by the retraction of the scapula and then the pull

Yeah i can injure shoulders, elbows, wrists, lower back, even knees, is it worth it? Hell yeah, tremendous back activation, the entire back, and explosive incresse in strength, thing is every exercise is worth doing, if you know how to perform it properly and if you have reached a certain level where you can do that exercise, it what we call, novice, intermediate, advanced etc, if you are scared to push your self and maybe risk a little bit, you will never reach your full potential, and this is my opinion, you dont have to reply, like or dislike if you agree or disagree and leave me the fuck alone

I front squat and back squat. I rate this channel but why on earth would you tell anyone to swap out back squats when they target the entire leg, whereas the front squat is predominantly focused on quads

Seated Concentration curl, hasn’t been in my routine for about 8 years now.
I can’t get my arms back far enough to back squat. My shoulders won’t allow it.
I used to do everything isolated, but I recently began a journey of trying to do everything with a barbell. Super refreshing, and it takes way less time to work out every part of the body when every movement is very much compound.

Another natural way to strengthen jaw muscles is to chew spruce gum. You can find it on Etsy. The native Americans in the Northeast chewed on this for hundreds of years!! It’s hard to chew…but it has numerous health benifits. One of which…is to strengthen and shape ur facial muscles.
Looks like effective workouts but honestly I probably wouldn’t be trying these moves at the gym.

I agree more with Jeff than Arnold. Specially on the dumbbell flies… it’s a nasty, antinatural exercise, and if anything, the only thing it really does is to widen your rib cage horrendously the day you start doing it. For all the admirable physique and achievements of Arnold Schwarzenegger, he developed a super wide and thick rib cage that in my humble opinion look anything but aesthetic.

Hey! Your channel is really cool. I liked this video, I do kinda the same exercices but about the sixth one I don’t really think it’s a good position for the feet cause that’s a lot of pression on it.. for sure hiptrust IS a good one but for me better to have the knees and feet on the same line.

I believe that any back or chest movement done unilaterally is not as effective as working both sides together and this is due to rotation which minimizes the stress and contraction.
Interesting video. It’s too bad most of the time an exercise is removed it is replaced with a cable move which I don’t have in my home gym.

Y’all have no idea how much this dude has influenced me to stand up more during the day lol… literally standing up all day long… even at home while I’m watching tv or eating lunch/dinner… friends always ask me “why are you standing??? Have a seat” I’m like nah…. lol

In years to come, all of you women who focused on training your glutes more often than necessary, will regret it profoundly. When you get older and stop weight training, your glutes are going to be massive, floppy, full of dimples and cellulite. Hence; “Glute reduction.” Stick to a petite tight plum shape butt. Good luck!
I think the pull up is way more athletic than a cable pull down, dangling in the air causes instability. You also are manipulating your body way more

Even though I did sports in HS and collegiate track, I never hack squatted before.. but after seeing this video, I tried it and at a lanky 6’3”, it’s probably the best feeling exercising for my legs.. dead lifts and squatting can get uncomfortable but this felt awesome
Great advice. By the way, I invented a new biceps exercise that I call the leaning dumbbell curl. You lean from a wall, or post in a basement, so that the upper body is leaning slightly forward, then curl the dumbbell upwards. What do you think? Thus the front of the shoulder muscles do not help with the raising, and lowering of the weight, or resistance. Myself, I place a 2 by 4 on my back leaning leg, so that I am not in a long, constant stretch; so that the concentration goes as much as possible to the isolation exercise for the biceps.
I always thought the seated press was bet a better way to focus the muscle group. Having your torso be stationary so you’re not using the rest of your body to push the bells up. But heck can’t ever argue with Jeff

This review is bullshit. It has been proven that Jawzersize causes TMJ which makes the face asymmetrical. Do not try doing any of these exercises and do NOT buy Jawzrsize unless you want to fuck up your face. Also, these exercises cause the face to be bloated which makes the face look fatter. Instead, try mewing. Mewing is the natural way of getting a jawline that practices proper tongue posture. Check out Astro Sky or Tomazzo if you truly want a jawline.

Today was my second day putting weights on the Smith Machine; only 10 lbs, but my form was great and I could do it. YAY ME!!!

Way to go….NOT… Incorporate other muscle groups and momentum into training body parts. I see leg drive, hip rotation, using momentum and swinging when there are far better methods/exercises to hit the muscle while trying to isolate for maximum workload and gains…

I have small plates, so i had 86 lbs on a broomstick which is all I had. I did bent over barbell row so fast the stick just broke
So what are you supposed to do to fix lower back pain when doing pushups or planck type of exercises? Train glutes until no pain?

Lots of good tips. Amazing stuff. Thanks for sharing. However all that unnatural facial posturing is super annoying. Not interested in that. Waste of time, makes this video unnecessary long. Had to forward through all that to see shots of actual workout footage. Perhaps next time keep it short to the point. Thanks again for sharing

Jeff, what’s the best way to front squat if wrist mobility restricts you from traditional? I’ve always done it accords my body as if I’m crossing my arms and keeping my elbows up. Basically I hold the bar on opposite sides with the tops of my fingers.
Im a heavy weight. Silly to ask, but does this video work for me
