Reviewed in the United States on May 4, 2016 I received my FitDesk late yesterday and already logged over 31 miles. In fact, I am typing this review while cycling.. The assembly was easy for me (50 YO Female) took about 1 to 1.5 hours from receiving the box to sitting on the machine.
The FitDesk is an affordable, compact bicycle desk. If you find yourself being sedentary most of the day, this desk lets you use a laptop or engage in other activities while you cycle. Research is showing the health risks of sitting still too much throughout the day. 1 .
Summary FitDesk Bike Desk is a very good, collapsible bike desk, perfect for people with limited space. It is recommended for anyone who is 300-pounds or less looking for a bike desk optimized for light to moderate daily use.The FitDesk can accommodate most users between 4’10” and 6′. You can adjust the bicycle seat’s height and the desk surface’s depth.
Unfortunately, there’s no way to change the height or angle of the platform, which would have been an ergonomic boon for the bike desk. The FitDesk takes some getting used to.The FitDesk FDX 3.0 is the newer generation of the FitDesk 2.0 bike desk that we reviewed a few years ago. That was a great product but there were a few minor design flaws on that bike.
Let’s see if it is getting improved in the new version.FitDesk Standing Desk Bike Height Adjustable with 8 Level Resistance and Easy to Read Digital Performace Meter Foldable for Home and Office Use, White 4.1 out of 5 stars 1,926 $179.97 $ 179. 97.Choose the bike desk that keeps you moving!
Bike Desk 3.0 lightweight, folding exercise bike, with an adjustable desk platform and built-in tablet holder. Perfect for improving your cardiovascular health while working, surfing the web, or keeping up with friends. The unique Patent Pending design brings productivity & health together.
At 29 inches in length, the FitDesk is the longest desk cycle among the dozen competing units our review team has looked at. In fact, many users complain the unit sticks too far out from under their desks for them to sit comfortably and type; it pushes their chair placement bac. It’s a great exercise bike desk to avoid being sedentary while you work. = FitDesk Features = ️ Arm rest rollers help you rest your forearms and they also serve as massagers to relieve forearm tension while typing.FitDesk is believed as a remarkable alternation of the desk exercise bike.
In other words, FitDesk Exercise Bike is another type of timesaving devices for workouts. And the second version of the desk exercise bike is an incredible option you enable to consider. In this FitDesk review, I’ll show you the bike desk my kids and I have been using while working and doing school work from home. The FitDesk 3.0 is the bike desk me and my kids have been using while working and doing school work from home. It’s an easy way to.
Then, about its operation, according to our review, Fitdesk V2.0 Desk Exercise Bike is equipped with 8 levels of resistance. As a result, its operation is completely quiet, which means you can do exercises whenever you want, even in late nights, beside your kid’s bed.Widely regarded as a most versatile bike among options to exercise at a desk, the FitDesk v2.0 Desk Exercise Bike is a dream come true for workaholics that require a seemingly impossible exercise massage combination. This exercise bike is exactly what I was looking for.
The desk works well and allows me to use a Surface Tablet to watch something while I work on an iPad and have my phone beside them tracking my workout. It’s extremely quiet. In fact, when I’m not listening to music or watching a movie, all I can hear is the rubbing of my shorts. It’s very compact.
What is the Fitdesk FDX2? Alternately known as the Bike Desk, the Fitdesk is a lightweight folding exercise bicycle that includes a work station and back support to allow you to work on your laptop while you are pedaling the bike.. The Fitdesk arrives on your doorstep in a rectangular box.

Worthless advert crap, you have never used this for more than 4 hours I bet
I love your review. I was looking for a review from a guy your physique and this solves my question. Isn’t getting off can trip the whole thing as I fee it’s not that heavy? My husband is quite clumsy
theres a constant humming in the background in this video is that the noise of the bike?
Alright Mr. Parris, it’s been a month now and I’m curious, how is it holding up? Any new comments you can make about it? Can you persuade me further into purchasing it?:P
So would you put this in your home gym or your home office?
I have had the 2.0 for more than a year. I love it! I will buy another one if mine wears out.
Do the higher resistance settings actually offer a good amount of resistance or is it pretty minimal?
would be cool if they did an exercise machine (bike, treadmill etc) that you plug electronic devices in such as a kettle, TV or even a phone charger, which powers the devices as you workout. That would definitely motivate some people to do more exercise. Especially if people have trouble getting their kids up off the sofa. If they want to watch TV they’d then have to power it themselves. Would lower electricity bills too if you’re making your own electric and it’d be great for the environment.
Excellent review. It’s very comprehensive, good camera angles and flawless sound.
Can you review the best Radio Frequency Skin Tightening Machine?
I have always wondered about this! Thank you for the great review!!!
This is something I never knew I wanted that now I really want, but also something I’ll never have, because I could never justify spending so much money on it. It’s cool that it’s a hundred dollars cheaper without the desk part though. If I did ever get one it would be for my desktop PC, so I wouldn’t need the desk part anyways, but I won’t… get one that is.
Appreciated. Question. What product do you recommend for more intense cardio while needing to be on a laptop?
Great review, I was considered with how far the work desk wasbut I appreciate you mentioned that! I feel a lot of reviewers get into the product specs too much while forgetting to target the actual usability of said product. Thanks!

The creepy robot voice makes this feel far too much like a procedural generated ad/spam video.
However, I enjoyed the content and excellent production. This is just what I was looking buy, I will make sure to use your amazon links. Hope my fat * loses some weight.
The bike seat is the first thing I noticed. This is a desk, not a bike, so it really should gave more of an office seat.
I thought you were yelling at the beginning for affect but I was wrong that is your voice. I like your review, you do a good job at doing a quick overview and demonstration, BRAVO! (I’m yelling now)
Thank you for sharing! I hope you are still liking it…I am thinking about getting this product.
It would be cool if it came with a battery pack you could charge by biking and then discharge into your laptop or phone
Thank you 4 the review, I am now going to AmaZon to buy it, & its all because of your review.
I know the Bike Desk 2.0 has an adjustable sliding desktop (i.e., forward and backwards). Does the desktop on the Bike Desk 3.0 also have an adjustable sliding desktop? Meaning can you slide the desktop forward and backward to account for the user’s arm length, allowing the user to sit back against the backrest and not have to lean in towards the desktop to use your laptop? Thanks in advance for your assistance.
The company should pay you! Great, objective review. The seat looks a bit hard. Maybe the company should include or give you an option to trade foam seat to your liking.
I love the new design! The first Fit Desk (sit and cycle) seemed to be very unsecured and was not supported very well! But, I love the new design and I think it is a lot more supported and sturdy then the first one!

Very informative!! Does your black corner lamp is available on amazon?:)
I’m 400lbs, and I could really use something like this. Why wouldn’t they make this for someone my size. Every piece of exercise equipment that’s made today is always made for normal sized people that don’t really need it.:(
Nice use of the same script. Plus those resistance bands are really giving Johnny an awesome bicep pump. No one in a corporate style office even has the opportunity to bring in of these into the workplace…
Overall, good review. But, You didn’t show how it folds up.
hi i just got one delivered question do you find the distance accurate? Is it in miles? sorry for the dumb question but i cant work it out haha

If you look at our new Recumbent Bike, it has an adjustable seat as well as desk top. Check out http://www.thefitdesk.com/products/recumbent-bike ( for details), and today (1/3/18) Woot has them on sale until they run out.
Is there a version that brings the desk closer to the rider? the lean forward is uncomfortable.
