The creators of the Alta, one of the hottest sellers on the market, took an already great product and made it even better.T he Fitbit Alta HR is a reasonably beneficial purchase, especially considering its price. It positions itself as an excellent middle ground between a basic step counter and a smart fitness device. It gives the user a necessary means of tracking their activity and also helping them to delve into their analytics and uncover their fitness habits. The battery like of both the Fitbit Alta and Fitbit Alta HR are very good.
A lot of users can get up to six to eight days of life out of them, which poses a benefit for those constantly charges their mobile devices (cough cough Apple). The price of the Fitbit Alta is slightly lower than the Alta HR, with around a $50 difference between the two.I really wanted a small slim tracker, I have very slender wrists.
And I wanted one with a continuous heart rate monitor but all trackers with those where to big for me. I was very happy when the Fitbit Alta HR was announced. I have had it for going on 1 week now and I am very pleased. It fits well on my wrist and doesn’t look guady at all. Most users report the average battery life of the Fitbit Alta HR is 7 days off a single charge.
Not bad for a fitness tracker that takes your heart rate every 5 seconds. Thus will be perfect for me. Enough for a non exercise crazy and love for style. I’m going to get it with the bangle
I have had my alta since May 2017, the device itself has been great, no problem at all with battery, kept me motivated to move and try and get 10,000 steps every day.
BUT
FRom May 2017 to now, i have had like 3 straps as they all broke, now i am upgrading to the fitbit charge 3 and hoping the strap has a more solid connection. I just use cellotape to keep my fitbit on my wrist, sometimes its still falls apart so it goes in my pocket.
Hi, I would like to by Fitbit Alta HR! but my wrist is 16.5 cm. So, please Can you help me, which one do I buy? S or L? I do not want it to be unnecessarily long.
Thank´s.
I want my fitbit to show me my step count. The footprint icon is first screen after the time and day, it shows a number like 9.1 K. I assume the K means Kilometers. I chose miles in the app settings. The app on my phone will show me my step count, why wont my fitbit? any advice is appreciated.
i’m so glad you revewed this! i LOVE your channel and am currently downsizing from my Garmin Vivofit gps watch that i trained for and ran my first marathon with, to something smaller for while i’m pregnant and recovering. your reviews are the BEST! they are always super informative and helpful. thanks!
I’m here after reading the news that they caught The accused using a fitbit alta data.
Absolute garbage devices save your money.
The straps snap off them every 6 weeks, the charger broke after about 3 months (and I’m not heavy handed) The parts aren’t cheap either.
I’ve done 10k steps everday for the last 3 weeks cos the battery died on the watch and basically reset those 10k days haven’t even registered on the app.
the app is telling me that I’ve 0 steps for 3 weeks running even though I’m an active person. It’s a nightmare to connect to Android devices.
The worst £100 ever spent on a useless item.
Can somebody help me,i got a fit bit alta and it was in a orange box and im really stuck to how to remove the bands to charge it
I got a fitbit lost the charger, and it doesn’t even have a place to charge
I don’t like buttons because they break easily if you trip or something
The bands are made out of plastic and because of how they connect the plastic connector gets cracks until the band falls off. The band might just fall off without you noticing. Every day use with coats and long sleeve shirts the band probably lasts about 6 to 8 months tops. They also ask about 40 to 60eur for replacement bands if you don’t buy from ebay so I just superglued my bands onto the alta itself.
Mine, it give you extra steps. For instance I Walked from my bedroom to the kitchen and register 200 steps incedible , so when I done with my running training or walking usually subtract 200 to 400 and thats all my steps, about the apps. I just ignore their steps results but keeping the others results making minor adjustments.
Inspire, definately. Water resistance, swim tracking, touchscreen.
This was garbage for me, it would not sync to any phones, does not have a dongle to use with computers. I could not set it up at all it just did not sync anything, maybe mine was broken but asked many friends and family to try get it to work. Just stayed on fitbit.com.setup screen. I took it back, was asked did it want a replacement, but after reading that it does not track heart and fakes tracking sleep I decided to have my money back. Avoid this.
I got mine it’s so pretty it’s gold on the sides and it’s bubble gum pink wrist band I’m so happy
Yo it’s so weird looking at the Alta as I’ve been looking at the Versa! Wow
Seems good but not waterproof and it doesn’t show heart rate kind of a downer, but I do like the rest
Today at school my friend gave me that for free he said it cost $125 dollars I was like damn
It’s for simplicity. I like the sleekness since I’m doing maintenance work and always reaching in tight spots.
Im a twin and what if my twin and myself get 2 of the fitbits and we share one phone? Will we be able to link both fitbits on one app?
its 2018 i bought one but want to burn it cause everyone has one
The Alta is waterproof I swam with it a few days ago and it still works perfect
My mom found a fitbit in her lost and found at work and after a month if stuff isn’t claimed they throw it away and its been a month so instead of throwing it away my mom is going to bring it home to me so I can have it because mine is a fake chinese Knock off that sucks so i’m watching videos so I can figure out if its real or not
I have got one for 9.99 and can you message and ring on it or not
Does anyone cycle with one of these? I want to know just how accurate it is before I go ahead and buy one (I commute one hour everyday on a bicycle and would want it to be logged).
I think Mi band 2 is much better and way cheaper and it also has a heart rate monitor
One problem with the Alta..CANNOT READ SCREEN OUTSIDE! Have to cup your hand over it and even that’s tricky.Very frustrating.
Lots of people have posted complaints about this problem.
Hello firend. Nice video. Great work. Keep rocking. Just subbed ur channel to watch more interesting videos. Can u pls support me back my firend. Best wishes
do we need it to be connected via blutooth with mobile all time???
Got it for Christmas.
It is a nightmare syncing with Android devices, I can’t sync it to my phone, tablet or PC without going through
tedious procedures. Steer clear
It’s really simplistic… I’m not a big sports person I bought it as a motivation and use the app mostly.. It looks good aswell so I wear it all the time… Also it gives me a buzz when I have a message or call when I’m at work as I put my phone away and is easy to see that especially if I have a child care text.
Activities wise it’s good for what he has said.. Its quite basic but like I said I am not a sporty person
He is also right by saying the button would be good.. It’s so frustrating to tap it all the time and sometimes it dosent work so annoying but it works for me as it makes me interact more if that makes any sense.. It’s just a basic motivator for someone who is just starting into fitness not someone who is serious in to it
Good luck on actually getting this watch to sync with the app on the latest Android. What an absolute nightmare. It’s so frustrating.
I have one of these devices and I actually find them quit good
I also have a device like this and it’s really cool I always tried things like this everyday
Wow. The Xiaomi Mi Band 2 is basically the same as this and costs much less. The more I think about it, FitBit is like the Apple of fitness trackers
And it does charge with a proprietary cable, which I hated. Why can we not get microUSB I have no idea!
Exactly!!!!!!!!
i love your movie i am getting a Fitbit Alta HR in black but i love fitbits i love your moves:):):):):)
You can change the auto exercise detection to 10 minutes in the Fitbit app!!! Awesome video Eric!!! I really like the Alta HR!! Now I still use my Apple Watch series 2 with my tickr X heart rate monitor when I exercise. Because as you started, Alta HR is good for steady state exercise not for circuit training or weights!! Keep up the awesome work Eric!!!
Love my Alta Fitbit HR I don’t use the heart rate but the battery life is fantastic it lasts a long time.

finaly i found review that answer my questions so thank you so much i end up buying it
I bought my mom the Fitbit Alta I was super nervous and didn’t think she was going to use it when I gave it to her she surprised me it was the best gift I can give her for Christmas.
I just purchased this tracker and did some squats and it measured my heart rate at over 150, which I think is pretty accurate because my heart was pounding. I think it is not as accurate with steps because if you shake your hand too much it will detect it as steps. Overall I’m really happy with this device and I am happy I bought it.
So what is the best fitness tracker or weight lifting and or accurate hr monitoring.
Hi Nice review
Have the fitbit charge 2 the same sleep tracker as the alta HR? Or has only the alta HR the sleep tracker with deep, rem and light sleep?
Awesome video. I have a question. Which Fitbit will be the best to track jumping rope?
Are you able to pair the device with blue tooth chest strap or ant?
Hey Techy Agent, just watched your Fitbit HR 2 review, are you saying that the Fitbit charge HR 2 works better than the Fitbit Alta HR to track weight lifting and cross fit type exercises?
Hi nice review, which product will be the best for crossfit and casual running?
Hi…. how does it get mapping info if it does not have connected gps?
Gonna wait for the new Garmin Vivosmart 3. Hope its slimmer than the VS2. Thank you for such a great extensive review!
I bought my Alta hr for 100$ and it’s been great! It’s my first Fitbit or activity tracker in general and for my normal, non athlete life, it’s absolutely perfect. I journal about all my statistics (how much sleep I get, food I eat, etc) and now it’s all much more accurate because of the Alta hr! Great buy, and amazons price of 100 is hard to beat. Love it!
I’m trying to buy one of these for my mom, what size are you wearing in the video? The S or L model?? Thanks!
I’ve had 2 Fitbits and thinking of buying a 3rd. I love them but they always break.
I just bought my fitbit hr but it just keeps saying that I should go to fitbit setup and nothing else even though I have already set up any ideas?
I bought a new one at Goodwill with two extra bands for $50.35 cents. So, I’m calling it my Fittybit. It looks like the fitbit rage is over.. or this model is. Some knockoffs on amazon for 20ish dollars? But go figure that the Chinese would do this..as they always do, especially since it’s likely made there.
I think she forgot to blend her under eye concealer……….
I owned a fitbit a while ago. It was really inaccurate. Will i have the same problem?
I think you forgot to tell that the inspire can track womens “period cycle” and stuff related to it. which is a really cool feature. your videos would appeal more to both men and women if you say things like that:)
Was anyone getting bothered by her non blended concealer under her eyes
You didn’t say that all fitbit devices DOES NOT have connection with iOS Health App. Many people expect it and are very disappointed. About 5000 requests since 2014 are just ignored. https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Integrate-with-iOS-Health/idi-p/319432
Do you have difficulty tapping the screen? My dad’s always shuts off and I have to tap it 5 times or more and sometimes it will switch between the options but other times it wont!
I came here because literally almost everyone in my school has one of these
UGH! Had to watch this to be sure, but fitbit added their name to the front of the watch/tracker face, unlike any of their other releases to dateit’s hideous. Just decided to not purchase.
Just a quick note on Verges Vaping video put out a while ago…. Comments have been disabled on that video but I just had to leave a note on another Verge video in protest… Verge is a well respected tech youtube channel that USUALLY puts out excellent info on many different tech subjects… BUT, I was utterly shocked at the total miss information and ridiculous bias trotted out as fact on this video… You should be utterly ashamed at the incorrect scare mongering that the tobacco lobbyists have been punting out for years.. It is obvious that you know NOTHING about vaping… Vaping is a HARM REDUCTION tool for smokers… No one is saying that it is totally safe but it is WAY more safe than smoking!!
In the UK we have a 30 mile an hour speed limit in built up areas which has been proven to be much safer than driving at 80 miles per hour in a built up area… Now, 30 mph is not totally safe but it is a harm reduction limit!! You made out that smokers may as well carry on smoking!!!!! Utterly disappointed in this channel and not sure I trust ANY of your videos anymore… Utterly shameful.
Thanks for the review. Does the Alta HR continuously show your HR when you exercise? Does it show what HR zone you’re in and notify you when your HR is too low or high?
Theoretical make negotiation row photo highly juice district monument facilitate campus.
Not interested in FitBit products, but watched the whole review for the host Lauren Goode:)
why have you disabled your comments on the vape video do you not want people to know the facts you hve presented are untrue, give subscribers and viewers a chance to reply with correct info to present to anyone thinking of taking up vaping to come off of cigarrettes, almost seems like you were paid a fee to keep the tobacco companies in bisuiness at the consumers cost, just shows what type of channel you are,if you are going to have a youtube channel you must be willing to accept good comments along with bad
Is it me or does lauren get prettier every time she appears on The Verge? Has to be the definition of her chin.
I think the best thing for you rite now is change ur make up especially ur under eye base make up to be matching with ur skin tone.
is that your tracking? you should sleep more, 5-6 hours is not enough!
Can’t stop gettin’ distracted by that illuminatin’ concealer under her eyes
I would buy this if it had the stair tracker like the Charge. Maybe the next gen will have it.
if this is new then how does my friend have it from almost 6 months now! its even sold in shops here….
Microsoft’s band that came out years ago is superior than this in every single way! RIP Band
Just get miBand for 30 dollars that does the same as this one.
People really need a watch to review their sleep activity? Just sad
I have a fitbit alta and its water proof and you can swim with it
Thumbs up only in hopes to get Basic Lauren back. Not that Practical Lauren isn’t great, she is, but sometimes you need a little basic in your life.
And you killed Pebble for THIS? This is horrible, I have you sooo much Fitbit: ( Give me back my pebble T.T
can get the gear fit 2 for the same price. built in gps, hr sensor, onboard storage for music etc.
The last part of the video made me laugh. Can’t wait until you review the Fitbit smartwatch that is coming out. At least that will have some new features… lol. Although, I must say, I love all of your Fitbit videos! Can’t wait for the 7 part mini-series. In my opinion, the real reason Fitbit is so popular is because of their app. Once somebody you know get a Fitbit, they will then tell you to get one because they want to compete. If it wasn’t for the weekly challenges and interactions with other Fitbit users that I know, I probably wouldn’t be as enthusiastic to be wearing one. I haven’t tried any other trackers, but I could not imagine myself getting one knowing that everyone that I know that owns a fitness tracker has a Fitbit.
HI AND HELLO MY GOOD FRND CAN U PLZ TELL ME MY GOOD FRND WHICH ONE IS THE BEST RIGHT ACCURATE AND EXACT HEART RATE MONITOR or ANY CHEST HEART RATE STRAP or ANY HEART RATE ARM BAND MONITOR OR ANY WRIST BASED HEART RATE MONITOR BAND RIGHT NOW IN THE MARKET

SO I CAN SEE MY WHOLE DATA IN IT AT THE TIME OF MY WORKOUTS AND EXERCISES OK
you can literally not even exercise for 1 hour with the current generation without running out of battery. (if you use the GPS). so it’s really crazy to say you need GPS.
Can the Inspire display be read in sunlight? I can’t see my Alta HR display quite often, can’t even tell the time when walking. I forget to remove it when showering so the waterproof feature would be good. I am getting over a week on the Alta battery.
i am just about to buy a new fitbit and i was leaning toward an alta but now i know which one is better=the fitbit inspire hr
Thank you so much for this review. I’m getting this for my mum for Christmas, I think she’ll like it. I have a Flex 2 and it only shows how many steps I took in the app, I like that this one has a screen.:)
Is there a Fitbit product that includes GPS watch feature? I want to acquire a gps watch with fitness tracking festures, that isn’t too big and clunky, I’m eyeing the Polaris m200 for now?
Thx for the comparison! Quick question on the Inspire HR: if you want to see/check the distance you run every day, do you need to run with your phone on you or will the Inspire HR sync after you are back from the run (if you go to the park and leave your phone at home)? Thanks in advance
I have altaHR, I take showers, wash dishes and swim with it! I do t know how to use the full app yet.. working on it for the past 2years lol..
Is it worth it to go from an Alta HR to an Inspire HR? They aren’t making the Alta anymore, I know it depends on what I’d be using it for but is the Alta going to be phased out completely?
Thank you you helped me make my decision. I liked and subscribed to your Chanel. Good review. I am buying the inspire HR.
Sucks they made feature upgrades to the Inspire yet made it much less attractive than the Alta. Should have just upgraded the Alta without changing its styling, which is far superior to the Inspire.
It’s counting my arm movements when I sit at the desk or sleep. Barely moving at the desk job and got like 3,000 steps!! Really??
Owner of the Alta since its release, I was actually surprised to hear you say it was not considered a waterproof device. I only remove it for charging, and have probably been putting it underwater (rain, shower, bath, swimming pool, sea,…) for the last 6 months without ever realizing it could actually not be waterproof. Thought this was worth mentioning since some users might be deciding based on this factor. Thanks for the comparison video, clever points as always!
I was interested to know if the charger is the same for the inspire hr vs the alta hr
I am new to all this: With either of these devices: Can I leave my phone at home and go walking and then have it update all my steps during my activity to the phone app when I am again in Bluetooth range? I.e. I can leave my phone at home if I go jogging?
I have the alta hr and I got it for 59$ and it works great for me and no problem with the touch display
thank you! excellent comparison! i didn’t even think about swimming!
Smart track sounds so good. I never would have asked for it as it sounds super lazy, but yea, I hate manual entry tracking. Enough that I will just stop bothering.
Swimming is important as well. I think I can live with charging every couple days… hopefully it’s fast charging like my oura ring which is full by the time I finish the dishes
Just watched your review… very helpful! I liked how you used real life cases to compare the two trackers. Thanks to this video, I’m leaning more to the inspire.
Why don’t you ever demonstrate the watches? It’s a HR watch and you don’t test out the HR? Are they both showing continuous HR on screen non-stop? We don’t know because you don’t say or show it. Smh
It’s absolutely rubbish!
I’ve had nothing but problems with this overpriced device since 25th December 2017
It doesn’t sync with my Android tablet OR phone OR PC! Yet My wife has one and it syncs to her iphone with ease.
One slight nudge during charging and it simply WON’T charge! Unless it’s precisely in place. STEER CLEAR
I do like the look of the Alta. I’ve been looking for a new Fitbit device because my Charge HR’s screen is starting to fail (it’s very dim now), but it’s still working. Although I realized I haven’t been wearing it recently so I’m not sure I would like to buy another one. Plus I’m more curious about heart monitor straps more than a watch. Also, I don’t like the fact that I end up having an uneven skin tone when wearing watches in general
Edit: I forgot to mention, the inspire does not have an altimeter. Kinda surprised they left that out.
Great info but I second the request for a side-by-side view. I have tiny wrists and the Charge HR was too bulky for me, went to the Alta and loved it (but not the tap display). I’d like to see side views of the Inspire and Alta HR next to one another so I could better gauge the size of the tracker itself.
In the future when comparing 2 devices, it may help to put them side by side. When you look at them separately the scale is often different so it’s hard to tell if one is more sleek, thinner, widers, etc.
I like the Alta look more but guess I’ll go with the newer version so inspire:/
I like the fact that they include 2 bands so you can pick the one that fits best.
Inspire dimensions side by side to Alta. I’m shocked you left this out. Come on…
Here I was thinking about enjoying the breathing technique feature, only to then be insulted AND awarded no points with a Billy Madison reference….have a thumbs up.
So the Inspire HR is waterproof right? I’m just nervous about taking it in a pool
The Fitbit Alta straps break very easily. I’m hoping the Inspire does better.
Hey
I just wanted to know about the accuracy of these bands
I do know that none of the fitness bands out there are 100% accurate. But how far are these accurate?? Like atleast +or500?
“Yeah, seriously though, but Jeff sucks!” Owen Poole
I would get the Inspire HR because I like that it’s waterproof, but I would wait for a sale. If I was going to get a FitBit. I’m saving up for a Microsoft Surface Pro and a new phone right now.
Is the display on the Inspire any brighter than on the Alta? I cannot read the Alta display outdoors and would not purchase the Inspire if it’s not any better.
Love your videos! Specially the reviews.. Could you pls do a review/comparison of Samsung Galaxy Watch Active vs Fitbit Versa & Vivo Active Music.. thanks
How about the innacurate “active minute” measurement on the Inspire?
I tried searching but couldn’t see anything, have you done a review on the Samsung Galaxy Watch 46mm?
Rizknows is my favorite app, I say for the money go for the alta
So…I wear an Apple Watch Sport (the first generation)…and when I workout the watch makes my skin burn…I think that is the sensor, led lights….and my skin has a red mark for an half hour…when the lights turn off this mark disappears….Now….the fitbit with constant lights on would do the same? Did someone experiment allergies or similar problems with Fitbit? I’m interested in the Inspire HR!
As a watch guy myself with a watch collection, that thing looks thick as hell. I hear it’s 16mm thick! That’s not cool to me at all.
I’d have to go with the Inspire HR. It’s simple and the different activities it can track makes it very enticing.
Good Vid as always,, Bought the Inspire HR last month..so far great love that i don’t notice it all on my wrist zero interference with my work outs and clothing.
Inspire HR because of its design. Personally I absolutely love it
Seems like Inspire to me just because of the waterproofing(big runner and swimmer here). Honestly though, I’m more of a Garmin fan
I have fitbit HR everything works, but the heart rate does not work any ideas
Inspire is the winner better features and also waterproof without a big price difference.
Inspire… when I used my Fitbit I hated taking it off to shower. So the water resistant would be ideal.
Heart rate of 70 is completely normal. If ur really fit u may have it as low as 60, also normal
I agree with you, Jeff. I like the look of the Alta hr better than the Inspire. Bought my Alta hr at Christmas time and I don’t think it’s worth upgrading at this time.
I bought a really lovely band off Wish because it looked like such a cuter accessory for better less causual clothes. It was $10 including ship.
I mean i would still choose Charge 3 mainly because of the battery when i go for a week trips i dont have to worry about the charger and still have great device all the time with me leaving my phone behind.
Fitbit has really been cranking out the devices. It felt like the alta was only around for a year or two
Inspire, because it’s basically like the charge 3, just more compact and it’s water proof, meaning that I wont have to worry about it getting wet
So if I want a fitness tracker for daily life but my primary activity is running, which fitness tracker do you recommend? The inspire hr or the charge 3?
I would have to choose the Inspire HR! Mostly because swimming is such a great workout and I would love to have a fitness tracker that could track that! Jeff, are you planning on swimming more often as you recover from your knee injury?
I’ve used the Alta and liked it pretty well, then upgraded to charge 3. The inspire reminds me a lot of the charge 3, and if I had to choose between the two I think I’d go with inspire. But I really like my charge 3. I’ve used 4 different Fitbit trackers over the years, and the charge 3 is my favorite.
I’d go with the Inspire, but I’m partial to my Charge 3. The Charge 3 can be too big for people with small wrists, so this might be a great options.
Honestly I use an Apple Watch primarily for fitness tracking. Thinking of switching over to Fitbit but I’m worried they aren’t as good with iOS
Why do pretend that Samsung Galaxy watches don’t exist?? “Every product out there” NOPE
I really like both of them, I’m currently using a MI band 3 from Xiaomi and it gets the job done. Sometimes, I guess less is more.
Neither one of them, never understood the purpose of a fitness bracelet. Can’t Fitbit integrate their trackers into our clothing, that would be next level and something I would consider. Call it Fitbit Seamless HR!
I think I want one of these! I just started my own budget tech review and unboxing YouTube page. I hope one day it’s as successful as yours!
I’m really not a fan of Fitbit, but thanks for comparing the two devices.
Alta?
Спасибо!
I love the fuchsia shade.
I would soo pick that one.
Amazing review as always.

Thanks for the review! This review was so helpful in learning more about it! SOLD!
My Fitbit Alta HR is counting arm movements as steps. Even when I wake up I have 300+ steps and during day sitting at the desk all day I got 3,000 steps. It also counts steps when I brush my hair, eat or just move my arm.
I have the pink one like yours in a large and I love it I track my sleep every night I got it for Christmas
Im looking to get the same fitbit. Is the small size comfortable on your wrist. Looking at the sizes I would fit a size small to. Can it be adjusted, a little?
did you buy the fitbit off their website if so how long did it take for them to ship it to u
Thank You so much i was thinking of fitbit alta hr or charge 2 and i will get the alta hr.
Can you use the clasp bands from the Alta as opposed to the new style from the HR version? Are those interchangeable?
Great review love it! I make similar videos it would mean a lot if you can check them out and sub back if you like it:) Just subbed to you!

Ok. I just lost my Alta and I’m on the market to replace it. I loved the slim look of the Alta, however, I noticed that when I didn’t move my arm my steps were not counted so I came with the idea of wearing it around my ankle. My question here is, does the Inspire have also that issue? Will I have to wear it around my ankle? Thank you in advance for your help.
Great content! Love your channel:)
Would really appreciate it if you’d check ours out if you have the time
Keep it up xx

#1 Comment #1 LIKE Good Morning VivaDiva, I like that the FitBit has interchangeable bands and metalic ones too. The sleep analytics is pretty detailed. I like that it is slim too. I hope you come visit my channel, I haven’t seen you in a while.
FINALLY! I’ve been so confused by the calories section on my fitbit. This was simple and to the point.
Girl I only take my Fitbit off to shower So I totally understand
So basically you just have to add 500 to the calories u ate and burn that much calories?
I don’t know if this helps BUT you can sync your MyFitnessPal data (food, etc) to the Fitbit dashboard
Hi! For the Inspire HR. I kind of want to get it for my son, does he need a cell phone to use it?!?
I actually meant to watch this for your opinion on the Fitbit but then you hit me with the CALS IN CALS OUT and it reminded me of my two nutrition courses I took but couldn’t take this semester again and I’m like lol thank you for this helpful reminder for when I start class again next year!!!
I love my Fitbit too! I have the Versa. Congrats on hitting 50k not surprised your vlogs are awesome!
I use Curology for my skin. I have been using it for 3 months and I have noticed such a difference. You have a designated dermatologist and it’s specific to your needs. It has helped me so much with my hormonal acne.
Congratulations ❤️ I’m not a day one but since I hit that subscribe I feel like a #Dayonefan lol I have to get me a Fitbit watch
Lmaooo your friend made you take your watch off girl that watch was clashing and best friend wasn’t having it!
You could try witch hazel for your skin.. I heard that’s good.. or maybe an astringent? And I need to get a Fitbit now!
I got one for my birthday last month, and yes it’s a great help
Thats awesome might have to get a fitbit.. Thanks for sharing and always being so positive.
Omg. You’re so articulate and helpful. I look forward to your videos.
This is so crazyyyyy I was considering this same Fitbit! This came right on time! For skin maybe you could try Aloe vera masks.
