2. 2 eggs
3: Mix
4: Leave the mixture aside
5. Put breadcrumbs in a bowl
6: coat Chilled shrimp in the mixture and breadcrumbs
7.chill for 10 mins

Some decent ones, but please, people, don’t bake a thin piece of salmon like that in the oven for 20minutes as shown.
I know there’s probably liability/legal reasons for Tasty to say so, but that will just overcook the salmon something fierce. I’d be checking that at 12 minutes(*) and pull it at 135°F.
Maybe you’ll need to “blanch”(**) some of the vegetables so they’ll cook in the same times as the salmon, but, you know, it’s an expensive piece of fish, so a little extra effort in order not to ruin it is well worth it.
Also: trim the gray fat off the filet; it just goes bitter using this cooking method.
(*) Rem.: the little hole you’ll punch with the food thermometer won’t ruin the papillotte + if it is still under and needs another couple minutes, that’s not long enough to matter.
(**)Blanching vegetables: bring lightly salted (1 tsp per quart + 1 tsp of baking soda for the pot) to a simmer on medium/medium low heat. Put in your veggies and time 3 to 7 minutes from when the water starts to simmer again, depending on how hard the vegetable is.

Good for us, terrible for the oceans, hence the environment, but hey! Let’s eat fish even more often so we can diminish the species even more. At least we can say: Well, the ocean’s are empty, environment is totally destroyed, but we were good to our bodies, right? Sorry for the Sarcasm going on here, I really love your recipes (yes, also the seafood ones), but I just feel that we should not encourage people to eat even more sea fish because it’s soooo healthy. We should never forget that not only our bodies need a good balance, but also our nature. Exploiting it further will completely destroy that little balance that is left. So please don’t think that we need to eat seafish at least once a week (I know, nobody ever said anything about eating it once a week or more, it was just an example)
Oh wow! the halibut recipe is Fish Piccata, one of my faves…oy! I love all three recipes but Fish (or Chicken)Piccata is one of my go-to recipes for busy nights.
That shrimp looks so good. But we loveeeee spicy food and honestly not a fan of cooking with honey cuz it tends to make the dish too sweet. Do you think some red pepper flakes would cut the sweetness of the honey without changing the dish too much or would cayenne pepper on the shrimp before the sauce be better

Colour me so surprised. I don’t really like fish unless it’s fish and chips, which is not necessarily the most healthy version, but 2/3 of these recipes, I might actually try. Not sure about the shrimp one, but hey, for someone who generally does not like fish, 2 out of 3 ain’t bad, eh?

But an OCD ( and no i dont have OCD im not a 7 im a 6w7 and i been over all of that before)
Ok well the thing is, so today at work.
I dont know but i think that’s a 8 going to a 5 or something.
(I dont know but it felt kind of weird, but i kind of liked it. It felt like i was “all in my head” and i didn’t notice my surroundings
(i was in like “full function mode” like a 351/684 i think.)
(but that’s just today, normally im at a 3-5 which the 5 is from 6-7 NOT 8 normally 8 goes to 2 ) (oh and ofc even when 6’s go to a 3 they are still 6’s such as im a 684 the truth teller and i been over all of this before)
(I had no anxiety or anything of that sorts, in fact i felt invincible.)
But anyhow, also.
The reason why i was at a 8-5 today wasn’t really a big deal actually.
I actually dont even know really, but overall i

Just made the shrimp pasta for dinner. It was good and creamy but missing something. Idk maybe fresh garlic would have made a difference.
I was all excited until the dishwasher salmon now I’m just grossed out and can’t seem to get the image out of my head…will I ever see salmon the same again
What twisted SOB thought to even put fish into the dishwasher in the first place?
