The video is in french, the data aren't published yet, not peer-reviewed and they don't have any hard endpoints yet. They have data on day 6 viral shedding.
From what I understand, they had 24 patients that were included in the study and given chloroquine, unsure on the dosage. They compared with patients in another town that were not part of the study and therefore not given the medication. Unclear on matching. By day 6, only 25% of the patients in the chloroquine group were positive compared to 90% in the control group.
A surprising finding was that patients that were also given Azithromycin to prevent or treat bacterial superinfection had even better results on Chloroquine.
Someone who speaks better French than me should probably double-check this.
