I found this a bit hard to follow/replicate some of the moves. And not the best workout… but I was looking for something less intense today, so this fit the bill!

I made a comment a few weeks ago, but wanted to add another, hoping others will stick with it to. 6th day in a row doing this work out, sweated buckets every time. I couldn’t at first handle all the arm work outs, today though I struggled I managed it. So stick with it to build and progress:) x

This one was so great! I was able to get a great cardio workout with it while working all of my core muscles. Some of my favorite parts of this video were: stacked breathing during the pulse ups, shoulder raises (helps so much with upper body alignment), the controlled breathing in between workouts, and the stretch/cooldown at the end that helps everything settle. Your videos are the best!

Absolutely fantastic workout Bailey I have now officially defected from TIU!! You have dramatically changed my 40 something body in 3 months compared to 3 years plus with TIU. I have a butt that is a proper peach and at least an inch higher, my legs are crazy toned (usually pretty shapeless) and best of all, I have 2 major vertical tummy lines so a 3 pack! thank you thank you you are a freakin genius!!!

After giving up track and field I struggled finding a form of exercise I enjoy. This resulted in getting heavier and having a larger amount of fat on my body. As an athlete, seeing my body change was hard. After trying a lot of different things (tabata, ems, strength exercises etc) I found yoga the best for me. But it still was not good enough for fat burning and toning and strengthening my core. And then I found your channel. Honestly this workout is the best so far. The best thing is that I enjoyed every bit of it! I sweat like crazy and also felt my core and arms and butt getting firmer. Thank you so much, I am looking forward for more videos of your pilates! i love how these workouts fly by! the structure is easy to follow along, she has a very sweet presence, she gets right to it and the burn is quite nice. Shes a staple during these gym-less days.

Completed 1/6/19 w/Neil. We were thinking it would be a lighter day of working out, but when I picked this, we turned out wrong. This was pretty tough, but fun! I look forward to do it again later. OHone thing, I found the music super distracting during the Shavasana (Corpse’s Pose) at the end. It would have nice to have no music at that point, or something akin to zen-massage music, not so busy and chaotic. Thanks, Sydney!
I am so sore from yesterdays hard HIIT workout that this one was perfect. Still got my heart rate up a bit and moved my body. Dude I have a athletic build but I know how important these stretches are and can be beneficial to the body. I wouldn’t do them at the gym but definitely when I’m alone haha
