Fat Burning Strength and Cardio Circuit Circuit 1: Step Ups. Stand behind a step or bench wrap a resistance band underneath. Place the right foot on the step, Split Squats. Hold a challenging weight and stand about 3 or so feet in front of a step or platform and take the left Plank Knee Press.

Hello ma’am.. I love your videos and you’ve helped me lose ALOT of weight. But ma’am I have a treadmill at home and I do 30 minutes by increasing the speed and incline every 5 min at 6.5 speed. I start my inclination at 6. So would you recommend that I do it in different intervals as you did?

i just finished this workout!! it was so hard but i liked it:D but i have a few questions! at some points during this video i felt my heartbeat drop drastically and it started beating really slowly, in addition to a heavy feeling in my body and i felt faint.
this happens during some of my other fast workouts especially if it’s hiit. i did take a short break whenever i felt this, but it made me unmotivated and overall affected my performance:(

This is one of the best workoutsgreat cardio and strength challenge with low-moderate impact. The 40 second intervals are long enough to be effective and challenging but moderate enough to stay motivated. The preview before an exercise gives enough time to prepare for the next move without dropping heart rate. Music selection is motivating and fun. Thank you!

First time doing this workout and I really enjoyed it but, I think I may have overdone things, as I usually use 2kg pair of dumb bells but today I used my 3kg x 2. I also did your abs and cardio workout first, so a lot of body strength arm exercises today too, and although I was okay beforehand, since finishing, my right hand still shakes slightly especially when I’m holding something, and I can feel a slight heaviness in my wrist and arm, no pain though, but wondering if it’s a muscle strain and it’s affected a nerve Hopefully it will go away, lol, but it’s made me abit anxious
I ran out of time for the core exercises but that’s okay because the rest of the workout was on . I sbsolutely love the cardio strength mix. Time seems to go so fast. Thank you thank you.

Love your channel! I really like your workout vids because they give me some variety in my workout routine. I just wish for this video you gave beginner modifications in the first half of circuit 3 (instead of the second half). I’m a beginner using 3 lb weights throughout the whole thing and circuit 3 kicked my butt! I had to take mini breaks in the middle of exercises there. lol I’m going to keep trying. Practice makes perfect!

I just finished this workout and I absolutely loved it! I did Joanna’s 10,000 Step Challenge video before this one, and the two videos together are an awesome combo of cardio and strength training. Thank you for being my inspiration. I am a beginner and your videos truly help me a lot. I love that you have started incorporating yoga videos as well.
