You are continually fading out or cutting off the instructions so I don’t know what comes next. One time you did that and when you came back you were talking about an entirely different loaf. Between this truncation, and you being drowned out by the music, there isn’t much you are actually teaching us. Perhaps make another video?
In the name of the father, the son, and the holy spirit. Laz you how found a new religion. Holy ghost!
I looked at all stores in my town and never found it anywhere
“Now This one here that says no sodium, I believe has no sodium”
I didnt know about this bread. It seems to be expensive anyway
It’s not true that it is low glicemic, It’s just as bad as white bread. Test yourself before and one hour after and you’ll see. Just a big lie about being low glicemic.
I like the Ezekiel bread so good with honey or almond butter or sunflower butter oooo I may have me some tonight.
I got the flax seeds for that extra 1g of protein gotta get them gains
DON’t put it in the Microwave. Microwave food is fast but not good for you. Use a toaster or let it thaw naturally by refrigerator or room temperature. Eat it as soon as you can. keep in the fridge, sealed in a container or ziplock bag. That’s my tip for ya. thanks
I watched this before I bought some. I got the orange bag and the raisin one. I noticed a difference in how I felt the same day. My stomach feels good and I’m not bloated.
Is the texture and taste of the bread suppose to be chewy like in the middle? If not, then what could of gone wrong?
Also, what’s the purpose of adding the ACV? Thanks for sharing this demo!
My first time hearing bout Ezekiel bread I will be on the lookout
Im about to buy it!:D thank God it exist a bread as good as this one!
Ezekiel 4:9 KJV
[9] Take thou also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentiles, and millet, and fitches, and put them in one vessel, and make thee bread thereof, according to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon thy side, three hundred and ninety days shalt thou eat thereof.
I found the bread at Whole Foods on yesterday. I bought the cinnamon raisin.
What kind of a machine are you using to mix the wheat berries?
Not really that healthy. What is the down fall of this bread is that they are adding folic acid to it. Do your homework on artificial folic acid which does not come from dark leafy vegetables is toxic to the body and it accumulates in toxic levels in the body. Your body cannot process folic acid fast, it takes a long time to do so so it will store it as a toxin. That is the only negative point which stops me from buying this bread
Is Ezekiel bread a brand name? i cant find this in the united kingdom
Since I eat the loaf in a week I bring it home and put it in the refrigerator.
My momma used to feed me this bread. Recently rediscovered at my local krogers. I buy the complete protein one. Mommas kno best
I bet adding oatmeal or and honey it would add more. you think?
hi dear I recently removed all food made with refined flour from my diet including bread, pasta, and sugar, just wondering if I can eat ezekile bread. I don’t have gluten problem, i just can’t eat food made with refined flour due to health issues. Thanks
I paid $8.49 for the cinnamon raisin bc my area is just getting into healthy living…
If the HCL burns then you might have inflammation of the stomach lining or an infection. You need to find out which one because the stomach is the initial phase of digestion.

I wish more recipe videos followed this format. Straight to the point, informative, and perfectly captured! Thank you!
They have it at Publix too! Unfortunately, we don’t have Whole Foods nor Trader Joe’s around here.
lol I love this video! I am studying to be a health coach and one of the things we talked about is eating whole grains. I found this bread and tried it and wow it’s packed with benefits. Lasts long in the system. I now show this video to my clients so they can see that they have options when they go out to look for whole grains. Bread is such a huge staple in the American diet so this is a great way to help get their whole grains. Thank you for the post. I love it!
im going to boil two eggs toast some ezekiel bread and two slices of turkey bacon
It’s expensive, but it’s organic, taste great, and does not contain a lot of calories
Just bought my first one a couple of days ago, cinnamon raisin to be exact. Best bread I’ve ever had in my life, I’m never going back. Lol!

“Ezekiel Bread”! Does that mean it will give you auditory and visual hallucinations?
great video, thank you very much!
your equipment is very interesting.
do you have purchase links for me to buy the same equipment and oven:-)?
thumps up and new abonnent
I got some.. can I just eat it atraight out of my freezer or do I have to mircrowave it first? Or can I just let it thaw out?
Very good bread. I use it instead of a bun for burgers. Try it toasted with olive oil and pepper.
What does it taste like? Is it comparable to regular bread? Is it more filling? Are you guys using it as a weight loss or vegan aid? We have it at plenty of different stores in this area, but I guess the scripture labelling made me think of it as kosher, halal, or something culture-specific. Sorry for the ignorance.
Enjoyed it very much. This should be the only way to make bread. All those other types of breads intimidate me. All the kneading and the rising. Perfect
This has been my fav bread for over 25 years. Thanks for telling others about it, not only good for you it’s the best tasting bread I’ve ever had. It’s dense, moist and nutty.
you guys can make this at home no need to b wasting a lot of money just buy millet barley soy beans corn wheat a small grinder machine 1 bucket of wheat than a quarter of Ezekiel and fill the rest with wheat grind it all put malt 2 buckets of ice 1 scoop of salt small cup of soft 1 bucket of dry ice 0.20 of yeast 1 bag of gluten free
whats the difference between 7 grain and genesis bread besides the soy beans
Okay, this might sound like a really silly question but, I must ask it lol. I’ve been dying to get this bread and my only thing is is that it’s frozen..so my question is when you’re ready to use it do you just pop it in the toaster and your good to go or? Do you leave it out for a bit prior to using it? Or how exactly do you get it unfrozen? Lol, sorry if this sounds ridiculous.
Really good video, but on a personal note I could do without the background music
Hey hey, The best fat loss that I have ever had was with Marks magic method (just google it) Without a doubt the most incredible diet that I have ever tried.
Okay so gluten will kill me, but Botox is safe? Damn do you ever stop smiling
Of course it’s not gluten free. They list vital wheat gluten right on the label. And why is that? Because sprouting grain interferes with gluten development. This gluten debate is going to go down as the most idiotic public health campaign of our time and will only further distance consumers from so called health advocates.
There are likely to be many reasons for indigestion resulting from eating grains. Sprouted grains will not help individuals with gluten sensitivity, the amount of gluten consumed in the sprouting process is minimal. They do seem to be much more easily digested by those of us with other sensitivities to grains, however. The reasons for this are not clearly understood by me, but I believe that this is the source of all of the confusion. The talk of gluten free sprouted bread goes back over twenty years at least. It was a theory, just like the one that says that echinacea must only be used for ten days, then a break is required before further use. This turned out to be a mistranslation from a German study. Oh, and while we are killing rumors, echinacea does not boost immunity, it encourages lymphatic drainage. Try Black Elderberry for immunity, and go to the web; I believe it was the New Chapter company that teamed up with Columbia University to study how it works to inhibit the reproduction of the influenza virus. Isn’t science great?
hI: I have seen ppl put a decent layer of poppy seeds at the bottom of the pan to keep from sticking. thx.
It’s not something that I use in my practice, as I haven’t seen enough long-term data on it. Let me know how long the effect lasts for you. What I have heard, the body equilibrates and the effect of feeling better is not sustained.
If you shape this dough, exactly the way you made it, and let it set in its baking pan for 12 to 16 hours, it will naturally ferment and or soak up natural bacteria/yeast from the air and you can kneed again and raise another 8 hours and get a fluffy loaf… I make a flatter quicker bread using the Sandwich grill!!! Nice job really!!!
Hi. I have a question…if we do have low stomach acid, and we take HCL pills, but it burns our stomach, does this mean that our stomach lining is broken or worn down? Do we have to heal the lining first before we re-introduce HCL pills? Thank You.
Dr. Peterson what is your opinion of HGH supplements? I saw Dr. Oz talking about them last week and he said that “he has been looking for this for years” to recommend to people. He said that our bodies produce 80 percent less HGH by the time we hit 40. I started taking the supplements a few days ago and my energy is through the roof!! Thoughts?
hi u said that you bought that seifve from ikea. don’t buy from ikea. It has been exposed that ikea is anti environment and anti everything. Ikea is bad. thx.
Thank you so much for this video! I will try this for sure! What does the vinegar in the soaking water? I always used plain water.
oats do not sprout at all? or maybe need to wait longer?
My plans:I will try to make oat bread, i will leave grains longer to sprout, then i will put them throuth the juicer (this will grind them well and quick i hope), then i will leave dough in the fridge for 2 days, by this i am hopping to develop natural east in the dough, then i will bake at low temperature like you. maybe will bake them as crackers with seeds:)
thank you for the wonderfull video and ideas
i did this same thing except i left the dough out to ferment as it worked with rye i see no rise after many hrs with the rye it did rise on its own without adding a starter do you know if it will work with oat groats?
Nice video except for the loud music which starts at 2:53. The music stays on and remains loud when the lady was talking. Let this be a lesson to novice videographers that such things are a no no due to the fact that it is distracting and annoying.
I got the sesame, it’s so good, I tried a bit toasted with nothing on it first, very tasty and then made a tuna sandwich, yummy
could do with a few extra lbs! Good feed of spuds might be way to go!!!! or should that read: weigh to go……….
I kill me!
I can barely hear and with the music I couldn’t understand a thing you said.
Wow, it is so cheap in your country! I paid for $16+ at my supermarket in Singapore!!
You could put yeast. We choose not to because we prefer a more chewy texture. My husband is one of 30% of the population who often gets gas from consuming yeast. That’s another conscious reason.:)
What is the point in sprouting the wheat berries if it is to then bake them and kill off most of the goodness? I was under the impression that baking above 50°C would kill the life that you’ve spent a couple of days creating (the sprouting)… Please tell me if I’m wrong.
This bread used to be the best, now it’s more like commercial whole grain bread, and there’s lots of added gluten in there so be careful with that. At one time they soaked just seeds (no added wheat gluten) and baked at 140 degrees to maintain all the nutrients. The bread was light and airy and so good, the healthiest and best tasting on the market. Then they started compromising the ingredients and baking techniques. It’s drier and more dense now and doesn’t have the same flavor. Still okay but not anything like what it used to be. There are other brands just as good out there that cost less or better yet make your own.
I think I forgot to add the ACV the first time I sprouted the rye so it went bad. I tried it again and it worked. Yay!
Hi Irene, to fix the problem with the bottom of your bread just put poppy seeds or just flour throught the whole paper. Problem fixed
The Ezekiel bread was an example of genocide…They were fed that bread for 430 days, and then anyone who it didn’t “groan for the abomination” was killed..
The rye I was trying to sprout went bad. It was really stinky. Any tips? I have sprouted buckwheat successfully many times but maybe rye is different… hmmmm.
hi: the sound is fine. the microfone is ok. It is excellent in picking up all your words. I am palyign the vid at 2x speed and the speech is celear.
where can i buy this bread? walmart has a different name brand.
No offense but is your dad Krysten Ritter and your mom Rosario Dawson? you look like a perfect combination of those two women. 100% compliment:)
hi: if you don’t have apple cider vinegar (which by the way requires 2 fermentations), can I just use some unsalted sauerkraut jiuce? thx. So, my question is: can I use sauerkraut juice? thx. I have plenty of always available unsalted sauerkraut jices.
I started to sprout the rye berries last night with the soaking. Today I drained the water and gave it a rinse. Hopefully, the sprouting in process. Next, I’m baking this bread for the first time.
as you cooked it over 118 degrees this is no longer raw you should change the title its misleading
What if I want to make different kind of grains or legumes together.?
i don’t think removing grains from your diet is good. better to go sprouted and at least slow down on the gluten
Hi Irene, thanks for sharing this amazing video. It looks great!
you welcome TangerineAW..more peole needs to know how great and healthy this bread is…thank you
You know that 1/3 of people with Celiac disease have the same auto immune reaction to gliadin (the protein in oats) as they do to gluten. So gluten free oat bread will not help them. Gliadin is structurally very similar to gluten.
Awesome video, thank you! the bread looks rather crumbly though. Did you leave it to cool completely before slicing? There’s a similar video on YouTube which calls for the bread to be sliced when still hot, otherwise the crust hardens considerably making it impossible to slice properly. I’ve been trying to make sprouted 100% whole grain spelt sourdough bread but have been facing many challenges. I should say though that I’ve been baking it at 200 C for 40 mins in a preheated dutch oven. Perhaps I should try lower temperature for longer time. Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Thanks for the info. I bought my first batch of Ezekiel English Muffins today.
i DO NOT HAVE SOURDOUGH CULTURE CAN I USE DRY YEAST AND WHAT QUANTITY
great video, thank you very much!
your equipment is very interesting.
do you have purchase links for me to buy the same equipment and oven:-)?
I just tried this bread and its good toasted with butter and strawberry spread….
Did you not figure it out how God told them to make that bread back in the day from human shit?
You guys rock I’ll try same process with gluten free grains because I’m allergic.
