cant believe it took me this long to find this gem of a video.. what a treasure love the three part breath.
I enjoyed that and it was easy to follow. A nice distraction. Thank you.
I love this practice so much, so relaxing and good for a beginner as its slow and can enjoy it, sometimes I find I have to concentrate hard with faster one’s which defeats the idea.. Would love if you could do a 3 part breathing exercise and corpse relaxation as a separate video it’s sooo relaxing… It doesn’t last long enough though! I’m a beginner and enjoying your video thx so much ❤️❤️❤️
This was the perfect practice I needed tonight. I thank you. Peace and blessings!

Thank you so much. One of my favorites!!!!!! Thanks for sharing your gift with the world.
This is a wonderful yoga class I did it after my morning meditation and feel amazing:D Thanks for sharing guys!
This is one of my favorites so far. I am new still… LOL. This had such a beautiful flow to it. Thank you as always. I’m having a blast doing these…!!!
I have done two of the videos and both times you suggested a pose that my go to yoga YouTube yogi suggested. One that she rarely does. It is exactly like they ( you and my other teacher say it too) say, “you are exactly where you need to be and doing exactly what you need to be doing”. Thanks again for a beautiful practice. By the way both practice had different themes. So this was no coincidence.

So grateful it exists in 2020.”
WALKING should be added. Some people can’t do those other sports due to physical limitations.
The real reason exercise helps anxiety is that functionally, anxiety sucks at your thoughts, sticks and nags, you cannot shake it off as it is based on fear. Exercise helps you exert will power and thus assert your will firmly, giving your mind “muscles” the ability to push away thoughts at will. Asserting will power is opposite of the mental ambient fear sucking your will power away slowly (which is what anxiety is)
