I’ve been off of Keto for over a month now. I still intermittent fast and try to just eat one meal a day. Before I ate a ketogenic diet, I had gained a lot of weight just by having creamer in my coffee! I was drinking 3-4 cups a day. I will not go back to that, I know that it wasn’t good for me. My problem is I’m not skinny like skin and bone I’m not skinny fat either I have some muscle and a thin layer of fat on my stomach however I want to build more muscle and be big I want the body of a man not a child do the same rules apply for me
What I did was just to force myself to eat a very big and nutritious breakfast everyday. I was very skinny and had just started lifting and wanted to gain weight. I literally ate 4 eggs, 3.5 cups of oatmeal with berries and a lot of honey, an avocado sandwich and a cup of coffee every morning. That’s close to 1500 calories so if you do this you literally don’t have to think about food too much for the rest of the day in order to eat at a calorie surplus. I just ate a normal lunch, normal dinner and some snacks (probably not good for you but worked well for me) and still managed to gain weight easily. My progress in the gym was terrific even though I ate some junk and drank extreme amounts of alcohol in the weekends. I literally went from 45kg bench to 110kg in 6 months. Same thing for squat, deadlift and OHP. A big breakfast helped me SO MUCH. Highly recommend it.

As i listen to what you’re eating it seems to me that you’re spending a lot of money on food for just yourself. Can i ask you something? What do you do for work? Probably gym coach or something right? I bet you don’t have a job from 9-5? You probably have lots of time to just sit around at home and cook for yourself. If so then you can’t expect other people to eat as much as you and to train as hard as you because we simply don’t have the time:-(
How can i eat more when i have a job that makes it almost impossible for me to eat anything from 9am 5pm. (so busy at work, no time to take a break. Maybe only a chocolate bar). I also don’t eat breakfasts because i’m simply not hungry after waking up. The only big meal i eat is somewhere at 8pm and then a smaller one just before i go to sleep at around 12pm.

Testosterone, HGH, Tren, Deca, Dbol, etc. etc. are the BEST ways to gain muscle mass. Anything else is a scam (or damn near it). Most of it is also cheaper then Whey protein too. Can’t beat that! Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping through diet plan to others as well, I think that I must have tried every weight-loss program that was available, but in the end not one of them made it easier for me to reduce and maintain the weight off. As someone who used to be skinny but has been putting on weight for a while, all I can say is that it’s important to plan out your meals, and eat as much as you can during those meals. If u find you don’t have an appetite, slowly increasing the amount that u eat over time is the best way to go
And keep excersising and getting enough sleep.
