Hello Uma.. I have a skin problem from quite a long period of time. Skin on my face has got bumps like tiny rash like things and it really irritating and itchy. I thought that they come due to heat or sweat weather. But when i saw this video, Just thought about food alergens could cause this. So frustrated coz i cant use up any make ups and it makes more aggregate the situation. could you help.
This is so true! I tested for the major food allergens and got positive to all but fish. However, I removed the allergens of my diet and kept a diary to track allergies and I discovered sensitivities I had no idea I had. It’s a struggle, but good method
