My grandma who is over 100 years old told me when she was 97 that she eats 2 eggs in the morning every single day and she told me that eggs are what have given her such an extended life. I started eating 2 eggs every single morning and my high cholesterol levels dropped significantly and I feel much healthier.

I use eggs to supplement my diet for my workouts. I try to do about 6 hours of weight training and 6-9 hours of martial arts with cardio mixed in and need a lot of energy. Raw eggs really do the trick, and they help keep the testosterone going strong too. I definitely think they’re a super food.

Ok, this is just laughable. Do you know the actual lutein + zeaxanthin content of eggs? Ok, so imagine a carrot being a bucket filled with water. Eggs are comparable to one drop in that bucket in terms of lutein + zeaxanthin content.
So what if you eat eggs everyday for a mere 20 years. It doesn’t prove that it is healthy. Some people smoke and drink every day for more than 70 years and they were still healthy in their eighties. But that doesn’t prove that cigarettes and alcohol is healthy. The same goes for eggs. For some people born with better genes, bad things can’t push them over the edge easily until they’re in their eighties. In fact my uncle’s mother in-law used to smoke and drink and frequent casinos all her life into her late eighties. A shrivelled up little old lady full of energy and slept even better than a teenager. She died in her nineties. If she had taken better care of herself, there would have been no reasons why she could not have lived to 120 years or older. But for the majority, their genes aren’t that tough to stand up to abuse of bad foods and drugs and can result in early onset of diseases and early death with the misguided nutritional advice such as the harmful advice disseminated by this video.
It is true your body produces its own cholesterol, just enough to meet the needs of hormonal activites and cell membranes etc. Because of this fact, large amounts of endogenous cholesterol increases only when the body is injured (eg, injury to the endothelium or oxidative stress attack on cells) as cholesterol is used for repairs jobs. Remember that if your body is healthy, endogenous cholesterol is not needed in large quantities for repairs and so blood cholesterol should naturally be low. Eating in large amount of exogenous cholesterol from food (mainly eggs, meat, dairy and seafoods) when the body is not in need will cause problems because cholesterol, especially if your HDL is low, then the LDL will cause great oxidative and inflammatory damage to your sub-endothelium arterial linings.
The reason some doctors are now erroneously believing that people with a very low cholesterol is harmful to their health is due to the observation that people who has low cholesterol tend to have heart attack also. Thus disproving the fact that high cholesterol cause heart disease. Or is there more to it?
There is a big difference between lowering your cholesterol naturally by avoiding cholesterol foods and the use of statin drugs to artificially lower your cholesterol. The former being low in cholesterol because the body is in a healthy state. The latter, using statin to lower cholesterol is deadly because as I mentioned above, when the body is injured, it naturally produces more cholesterol to repair itself. When the body is injured, lowering its much needed cholesterol for repair works means that the body has no means to repair the damage. No wonder heart attack occurs in people with low cholesterol (by means of statin drugs).
If you have high cholesterol, then lower it with diet to return to optimal health. But if you don’t want to lower your cholesterol this way, then it is better that you remain with a high cholesterol than taking statin drugs to lower it. Even though high cholesterol means you are at more risk for atherosclerosis of the arteries, you’d still be relatively much healthier than for you to lower your cholesterol artificially with statin drugs. One of the more deadly side effect of statin drugs is rhabdomyolysis, which is the breakdown of muscle tissues and the released muscle fibers can cause life threatening kidney failure. Your heart is a muscle and if that muscle start to break down, you’re in big trouble.
But then these confused doctors erroneously thinks that ALL people with low cholesterol are unhealthy, hence the big push towards eating high cholesterol foods, when the truth is that those who lower their cholesterol through DIET ALONE are the most healthiest. The sickest are those who lower their cholesterol with statin, and the one in the middle are those who eats a high fat high cholesterol diet and has high blood cholesterol and set themselves up to higher risk for heart disease, cancers, kidney disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, dementia, autoimmune diseases and many more. But still, these confused doctors are still loved by most, because people loves hearing good news about their bad habits.

Egg white are high in methionine which litraly feeds cancer cuz cancer cells don’t have the ability to regenerate methionine from Homocystein unlike normal cells that’s why they need an exogenous source of methionine. Eggs contain a protein called Avidin which inhibits vitamin b7 (biotin) absorbtion. Eggs contain a protein called Phosvitin which inhibits iron absorbtion. Eggs are too high in choline which can disrupt DNA repair and it’s also elevated in prostate cancer patients. Trimethylamine is one of the biproducts of choline metabolism which the body oxidises to Trimethylamine oxide which makes your sweat and vagina smell like rotten fish (Trimethylaminuria). I like to have four raw egg yokes and cook the whites. I wash the outer shell before i crack them to reduce and slight chance of salmonella. It does keep me full. Add BPA free cans of sardines during the day and dark leafy greens and I think you have a good plan.

If you feed chickens a lot of grains & bought up GMO garbage, your eggs will be quite unhealthy to eat. If you do this the eggs will have very little Omega 3 and up to 20% omega 6. This would be very unhealthy to consume! I know nobody knows these things but its true. Eggs are not all the same. IMO

As a farmer who raises chickens for their eggs I can attest to this 100%. It’s not the color of the egg, it’s the thickness of the shell. Most all store bought eggs have a fragile shell meaning that the chicken that produced it was unhealthy, resulting in an out of whack egg. Support oyur local chicken raiser and get some good wholesome eggs.
