Anyone else have a real hard time with the rice paper sticking to your surface? I made mine on a a paper plate and even tried coconut oil to keep it from sticking but nothing worked. Do they stay sticky?

Liesl, here is a good tip for you. Buy a bunch of ripe avocados when in season, cut in half and remove seed. Freeze each half individually on a baking sheet and then once frozen store in freezer bags. Voila! Perfectly ripe avocado anytime you wish! Enjoy!

Appreciate your effort but the title of the video says “Healthy” but Cheese spread mentioned here is not at all healthy. Thumbs up for the other recipes. Some points to note although are Make sure to choose brown bread or whole wheat bread over white bread. Also make sure the peanut butter doesn’t contain partially hydrogenated vegetable oil which is nothing but trans fats. On the back label it should mention ingredients add hundred percent peanuts and nothing else. Definitely gonna try out the things mentioned here.
