Hi
I was very healthy. Month ago I started to take vitamin E. Recently I had blood test dr said my liver became fatty because of the vitamin E
Please watch Natural Health Resource video about synthetic vitamin e.
I’m curious how everyone gets their vitamin e daily, preferably from food! I would love to know!
Thank you Dr. Berg for your great videos
Thank you for sharing your knowledge & wisdom
Thank you for all your efforts.. you are an Angle in human form..
I have a question that is not concerning the video. Is there a test for fatty liver? If so, what is the name of it? What are the symptoms? If you have already covered this topic, please direct me to the correct video. Thank you.
Good Information Keep It Up
i started taking potasssium citrate everyday 99mg and myy hypoxemia improved i have a history of inverted t wave and episodic periodic hypokanlemi paralysis. who knew it would help both?
Recently I’ve started putting vit E oil on my eye lids, lips and back of hands. It’s only been a couple nights of doing this and already my hands look younger (not dry, and plumper). My eye lids aren’t puffy and saggy at all anymore. Amazing how moisturising with vit E makes such a fast, noticeable difference.
Red palm oil, avocado, swiss chard, olive oil thats my main sources of vitamin E

Hi there Dr. Berg! I’m looking at Vitamin E myself.
I found out (from you) that it can make our blood the
right consistency! Thank you for your help!
Nancy

Thankyou sir u have solved the problem regarding the low quality of sounds in the video now your sounds in the videos are audible. Thankyou u for your quick response
I one is eating 7-8 cups of romaine lettuce, 1/2 to a whole avocado per day, and at least one cup of unsweetened almond milk, what vitamin E are they not getting, and what else should they eat to get the missing vitamin E?
Allergic to some nuts.. But not sure which..
Hi Dr Eric. Could you please talk about intermittent fasting for woman. I saw a video from another doctor saying that most of the intermittent fasting research was made in man, not in woman. I love your videos and how well you explain everything:)
I use Moringa powder it has 100% a vitamin E per tablespoon!
Dr Berg you are just sooo smart…you even put the little bus for us to understand
I bought some vit e and it said womans health. I thought why not mans health
hi Dr. Berg First of all love LOVE your videos on your youtube channel. BIG FAN! I have a question on vitamins? What vitamins/what do you recommend looking for in a children vitamin? My girls just turned nine.
Dr Eric B’: I have COPD I’ve been following your info’ for a few months I’ve stopped smoking, I take Vit’ d3 + D2. NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine), ( CO Q10 < Important ), High strength omega3 fish oil caps. And I've dropped ALL junk foods. As I've given up smoking, I can now afford to buy organic meat and veggies. Thee months ago I adopted 5 factory farmed chickens they get fed GOOD food, and they RUN ABOUT FREE eating bugs, grass, weeds worms and anything that moves / all creapy crawlies etc. Their egg yolks are orange, not pale yellow. There OUT of this world, sky high in Omega3 and other stuff. *I don’t struggle to breathe anymore. Many thanks Eric.
Can anyone suggest a brand of Vit B Complex from Amazon I am lost I have been taking the Vit B only form Sam’s club
I like riding in the shuttle bus cos it protects my head from coconuts
So if you’re wondering like me what’s the brand Dr.Berg posted a picture of (supplement facts), I found from “NOW Supplements”, Advanced Gamma E Complex to match it perfectly.
Thanks Dr. Berg, We love you and your videos <3
Why are some people allergic to Vitamin E? How does it cause dermatitis?
Spinach.. Badam.. Raw seeds
Except these 3 I don’t find anything That is easily available
I saw your video. But I think you still dont Understand Vitamin E.. it Has two groups tocotrional and Tocopherols.. all the clinical trials on Tocopherols are failed so far in human trial stage because it is antioxidant which don’t work because of tocopherol molecular weight and size which wont allows it to protect larger area.. and also interferes in working of Tocotronoil… please watch this webinar and make some Nice video in tocotrional https://youtu.be/2pqJ0ky7kSk. Let me know if you need help in terms of clinical data and studies.. We are from Eannatto Deltagold Tocotrional. No 1 tocotrional in north America used in 95% of clinical trials.. manufacturer under 2 patients by Dr Barrie world farmost expert on Vitamin E.
Anyone know where I can purchase a good Vit E in UK that doesn’t contain soy, wheat, dairy or gluten please?
I don’t have before and afters but you helped me a great deal by introducing me to Nettle. Since then, I have been trusting your advice more than most on here. Nettle is overly expensive here in Egypt and often hard to find but I don’t know how I ever lived without it. Thanx a bunch!!
synthetic alphatocopherol causes cancer strokes and heart disease
Can someone tell me if Nature Made Vitamin E brand is the whole complex?
Thank you Dr Berg. I did a correspondence course in Natureopathy in early 60s but not having much education I have been searching all my life for the truth concerning health. I find your subjects on food etc. easy to follow and extremely helpful. Thank you again. Golda.
Yes, great vitamin. Thanks for your always informational input with us. You and Karen are GREAT!!! God bless you both and yours. Cheers!
Dr. Berg, can you explain Alpha-tocopherol? I have read that the synthetic version is bad for us.
Well there are articles that say tocotrienols should be taken alone
Without tocopherols for better absorption
Taking the whole complex is only good when its tocopherols alone and tocotrienols alone.
I started taking vit e every day for about a month now as a friend gave me as a supplement gift.
I haven’t felt different I’m sure it’s working for me in silence. But no side effects or visible effects
Would you please explain metabolism and absorption in detail
There’s a friggin city inside of us. Even have a shuttle bus.
Thank you sir for providing such a great content through your video.
Why didn’t you list down Palm Oil also? I saw it in your previous video.
Could you have vitamin E deficirncy if you have fat malabsorption problems?
Maybe we need a video of Vitamin E and men’s health, like how does it affect prostates or does it boost testosterone? And what is your opinion about Vitamin E can cause cancer?
Dr Berg, You’re videos are excellent. Also, short & sweet & to the point.
I’ve only been on the I.F. “diet” for five weeks now, but have already lost 9.5kg.
Not really related to this video, but thought I’d mention this… Mosquitoes. Coincidence?
Prior to I.F. – In bed, mosquitoes would ALWAYS bite me & NEVER my partner. But, in the last few weeks, it has been the opposite.
I believe mosquitoes are attracted by carbon dioxide. Could it be the ketones in my breath are putting the mosquitoes off, so to speak?
Again – Maybe just coincidence.
Anyway keep the videos coming!
Olives, hazelnut plant oil, kale, spinach, mustard teen,Swiss chard, raw seeds almonds
But is it true doc that man taking vitamin e can risk prostate cancer? Is this true?
Thanks for this information i intake it daily but used it on my face for antiwrinkle and acne
Vitamin E and A absolutely dangerous for pregnant women in first 4 months, and overdose can be deposited in the liver, it’s better less than more
Merci beaucoup Dr WE do like the way you explain clearly, calm, confident, even we are from french speaking country! U helped us improve our health
Has anyone ever heard of a vitamin E supplement by the brand name of “Unique E?” If so what are your thoughts?
such a great guy Dr Berg I like how he explains things in simple language. thanks doc.
Can we see u without a shirt?
Just wondering if you have small tummy
I love when you list all the carbs Another awesome informative video!!
Hi Dr berg, please tell me any other easiest way to get vit B1????? Specially for my kids.???????
What brand of vitamin E is safe to take if you don’t have any other choice.?
Really helpful for students who want to study in this lockdown
Dr. Berg, ❤️ you and your educational videos and love Karen…. She’s a hoot and her recipes are all easy and so yummy!!
Hey love ur videos can u do a video on the benefits of intermittent fasting while studying in college/ university
I got some vitamins for your ears!….. Go to Spotify……”A metronome sang farewell”… I apologize if the views are lowly fake….. Might still be in the matrix……Need a Boost…..
I am new to the party but I think I love you, I am loving the videos thank you for the information. I have been looking for something like this for the longest time.
Hey Dr Berg, appreciate the video, can you do one on how good chocolate is please.
Have chronic gastritis for decades….less bothersome on carb vegan diet, but very much burning when I eat meat, fats, or protein….acid secretion normal, no h-pylori…but very painful burning when I try low carb Keto….which works very well for me except the constant severe burning. Taking acid blockers continuously since they were invented, along with tums, and antacids….any “cures” for chronic gastritis given no h-pylori nor known excessive acid secretion…? Would pay a significant amount to find a permanent cure!…(but only if it worked.)
Is it ok to consume vit e capsules made from soya, most of all brands have it made from soya, the only brand i found that didnot mention soya was not showing ingredients at all and was very cheap too.
The more vitamin E you get from food, the more PUFA you get. The more PUFA you get, the more vitamin E you need. Scary.
Very nice and helpful for medical and science students. Thank sir. I have seen all vitamin videos.. All are very nice
Can you please suggest us any good vitaminE complex supplement
I was told not to take vitamin E Liquid there’s a chemical in the vitamin E that causes cancer like to know that’s true thank you
I like it the way you broke it down to 15 grams what 15 grams looks like because most of us don’t really know what 15 grams looks like and thats including me.
