Hello Doc, I m a big fan of yours, though this comment is a bit late but might help those who are screaming for help on treating Psoriasis.. I have seen on one of the FB group that concentrated cranberry juice cleared her psoriasis by taking 1 tbsp a day for 2 months. On your video, you say it prevents microbes on sticking onto our internal organs including intestine. Does it have a great effect on healing psoriasis aside from an immune booster of cranberries. Your video is way too subjective and personal. You don’t like dried fruits? Ok. That doesn’t mean they’re not healthy.
Dates are dried naturally and are good for us, they can have worms like fresh cherries can have. They may be not be ideal for the teeth but excellent for the body. The Muslims fast for 30 days, by eating only 7 dates/day and nothing else.
