Most of those I knew had antioxidants in them but I didn’t know walnuts did. I know walnuts are healthy but having antioxidants on top of it make them even better. I was excited to see that those do since I literally eat them like they are going out of style. I love eating walnuts with fruit. Great video Brad like always. Thanks so much.:)
Cacao nibs are delicious, but too pricey for me to buy often. I usually make an unsweetened hot chocolate with cocoa powder, do you think the nutritional value of cocoa powder would equate to cacao nibs?

I honestly loved the kale because of you guys, I once watched video with the kale, sweet potatoes with onions and garlic and I was in love. Of course I added some turmeric because its my super antioxidant. Since that, kale become my favorite in my juices (kale, lemon, ginger, cucumber).
