I just found your video I just started weight watchers again I was on it along time ago. Just when I thought your videos couldn’t get any better. That was fantastic and so much information. Had my app out and marking all the recipes as favourite s got a really nice breakfast from Instagram during the week. 1 egg 1 mashed up banana. Sprinkle of cinnamon vanilla extract a little sweetner. Mix it all up. Add to a mug sprayed with a little fry light. Cook in microwave for 2.5 minutes on 750. And voila mug cake for breakfast. So tasty with natural 0% yoghurt and drizzle maple syrup. fruit. Must get the skinny syrup to make it free

I thought mean meat like Turkey breast, chicken breast, ground or whole was no points, as well as 7% fat beef. I know that they do have ground beef that is 4 percent fat

When making taco meat I used ground chicken breast. I am blessed to have a kitchen aid mixer with a grinder attachment so I just grind my own chicken. Zero point meat!

I can’t believe you can eat like that and lose weight! The food looks sooo good. But I can see how they’re healthier alternatives to really fattening food. This is soo different from other youtubers I see who have really restrictive diets. I can’t see myself eating chicken and veggies everyday but I can see myself adding those to my fav dishes. Hi I’ve just found your Chanel…all those recipes look delicious, but I can’t eat fruit, veg or salads etc… that is I’m unable to digest them, and most meals are great bulked up with lots of veg or fruit so you don’t feel Hungary, and let’s face it, an omelette is much nicer with onions or mushrooms or courgettes or peppers etc through in them than just plain eggs. Are there any meals that I’d be able to make without them in that will fill me up? I know you don’t need to put lots of fruit n veg in every meal, but then I’m always left feeling hungry…. please help

Wow, egg and banana pancake. Going to do that. What is the ratio, 2 eggs to one banana? Love omelette also. I ate one for brunch. 2 points had mushrooms and onions in it. some parmesan cheese.

Everything looks great. Add some tomato to that chicken sandwich and you have a club sandwich. Traditionally a club has 3 slices of bread but I always leave that out. There is also Mayo on a club too but I put mustard on mine. I don’t like Mayo. Sometimes I put a couple if swipes of yogurt on the bread too.

Really like the simplicity of the shepherd’s pie. We have tried your egg roll in a bowl!!! (A few times actually!) Love how you can personalize it. I’m the only one who eats the tilapia. How sensitive are your eyes to the onions when you’re cutting them? Whenever I chop onion, I cry soooo much. It’s like they opened the floodgates. I’m not even exaggerating.

Hi I thought I would share a tip with you. The ceramic frypans work very well. Nothing sticks to them and you don’t have to use any spray or or Excedrin. They’re not that expensive I picked up one up at Walmart it’s red and white on the inside the ceramic you should try that then you would have to buy so much Pam LOL and thank you so much for all your videos

You are such an inspiration and I love that you are sharing your journey with us. The only thing I would say is that you may be eating too much processed food. Not enough fresh fruits and veggies. Coffee and sugar in general isn’t ideal for breakfast.. Have thought about including green smoothies, homemade soups and salad? It will do wonders for your energy levels throughout day.

So many pre-packaged processed foods. I almost never use anything frozen, canned or pre-made. Is weight watchers tailored more towards this style of eating or do they provide recipes for all from scratch meals as well?

The eggs look so good, might try that tomorrow! I tried the grapes with jello a few years ago because I wanted candy but I didnt want all the sugar and calories so I found a recipe for the grapes to taste like sour patch kids. They actually taste similar. I used the lemon and lime flavored jello. But tomorrow I definitely want strawberry flavor lol thanks

Love your videos but just a side note…you should never spray your cooking spray over a gas stove, you can cause a blow up.
You ate mostly just starches all day long with no green vegetables in fact, no colors other than white, yellow, brown and blah. And putting sugar free jello on grapes is beyond unhealthy. I’m not trying to be rude, but this video is not a healthy approach to any diet, let alone WW. WW gives you so many options. It’s not about eating comfort food all day. It’s about variety and eating fresh foods. Potatoes at lunch and dinner? With corn? With gravy? Try some kale or something that isn’t a starch.
Hi Felicia I found your page and I have binge watching your videos this morning. I have 3 kids and a busy working mom. I lost 50 lbs before the kids with eating well and working out and now for thr past fee years I’ve just been in a funk trying to find time and get back on the healthy fit band wagon and have had no success. My weight puts me in a funk and doesn’t let me enjoy my life to the fullest. I stress and I’m tired or being tired and miserable. I want to find something that can work for me. I thought of doing weight watchers a few weeks ago but got scared… scared of failing like always and just added it to my list of why I suck! But now watching your videos I love the recipes and it seems doable. I dont know I just want to find something that can work for me for real for a busy mom and a life style change I can fit in and not stress too much about. Im still young and want to make the necessary changed I cant stick to. Congrats on all your success!

Your coffee looks delish and so creamy!!! I’m not trying to be a know it all lol but can I offer a little coffee tip?? Try to pull your shots of espresso directly into your drinking cup (I know your cup was too tall, but if you ever get one shorter) because all the beautiful flavorful crema is lost in your shot glass. That crema is packed with delicious flavor. And don’t add ice directly to the espresso. The very hot espresso melts so much of the ice. Instead, add your shake to the espresso to instantly cool off the shots, then add your ice to the Luke warm liquid. I’m sorry, I’m not judging anything lol, just a bit of coffee tips. I was a barista for 10 yrs and wanted to share that with you❤ Thanks for sharing your day with us. I’m just looking into WW and I found you in my search. Thanks again, your video was so lovely ❤

Just a tip for those of us that are barely starting on freestyle. It’s important to measure all food, even the 0 point food. The reason is that 0 points does not mean 0 calories. If you over do it on 0 point foods and still eat all of your smart points, you may still gain weight or stay the same. Something I’ve learned as I’ve started this journey. Of course, once you’ve been on the train for a while you can get away with not measuring everything ☺️ great video!

I tried kodiak cake mix and I just don’t like it at all. Does it taste similar to the brand you buy? My issue is that I don’t like wheat at all. When I buy pasta, which is rare, I buy lentil or brown rice pasta. I can’t eat wheat tortillas or bread either, my taste buds don’t like it. I have enjoyed Dave’s killer bread lately for 2 SP per slice. I thought those Biscuits are about 5 points, but I noticed you only put 2 pieces in each tin. Did you slice each biscuit into 6 pieces? I checked out the link, but I just wanted to check it out. This sounds delicious Thank you!
