You can do it sitting standing kying down.
what you have to do is greatly decrease the amount of water you drink. They’ll give you medicine but I don’t know if it’s that good to take it.

Good information but poor camera position. Bad to have the camera at your back and talking away from it. It should be on the other side in front of you so you can talk to her and the camera and have it shooting downward toward the legs. Cannot understand a lot of your words.
WASN’T VERY CLEAR ON HOW MANY SETS OF THOSE EXERCISES TO DO IN A ROW AND HOW MANY IS TOO MANY IN THE LONG RUN…DID I MISS SOMETHING???
Animation is awesome but Narration is so bad.
Use real voice of Man
I had been noticing that i have to literally run to the bathroom out of nowhere alot of the time, and hardly make it.. I thought i may have a bladder issue.. Well today when depositing money in the bank at the atm, I full blown peed myself in my car.. I couldnt hold it. I feel like crying. im only 27. Now here i am. I dont want to live with this!
I dealt with this for years (urge incontinence/frequent urination) and no longer experience it. For me it was anxiety related. If your frequent urination is anxiety related then it will go away once you reduce your anxiety, reduce your stress (including reducing stimulants) and learn to under react and even embrace the symptom.
Very difficult for understanding I can’t get any thing sorry

To clarify if you’re confused:
she’s saying to keep your back flat against the floor, and imagine balancing a glass of champagne on your stomach make sure you engage your core. So hopefully when you move your leg, your back is still pressed firmly and your abs are switched on!
If your back is coming off the ground when you move your legs, then only move just before your back arches, and work towards strengthening your core over time
Hope that helps!

I’m on an opiate medication and had been constipated for so long it was causing frequent urination. Fortunately I did some research after realizing I was constipated. It’s a load of your bladder once you get all that stuff out of you. I wonder how many other people out there are dealing with frequent urinating and don’t realize constipation may be involved. I sure didn’t

This is what happens with me, I constantly pass out a small amount of urine which is just out of my control. It happens unexpectedly and unintentionally. I just can’t stop it, this problem makes me unable to sleep at night and even makes my day harder. I’m a 13 year old boy btw. Please suggest what I can do to stop this problem which has been troubling me for a lot of time. i think i might have a little bit of incontinence actually, because whenever i have to pee it feels like i’m going to wet my pants if i don’t run to a toilet and i peed 7 times yesterday and i actually leaked last night, but just a little bit
What does it mean when i need to pee every 15 minutes? Even if i dont drink anything, i just keep peeing and get very dehydrated. This problem is not always with me. It comes once so every few months & stays with me for 2-3 days, then it stops for several months before roccuring. Theres no pain or restriction,.. pee comes out like a fire hose & theres no leaking, just non stop incredible urge to always pee
I am having urinary related health problems. Frequent urination difficulty to pass urine pain while urinating sometimes urination without knowing can anyone help
Incontinence can be caused by stress.
Embarrassingly it was not my doctor but a close relative who adviced me to change my life style and stay away from stressfull activities.
Within a year, the incontinence disappeared.
Can anyone help me or relate to my problems please I need help to get my life back, I am a 17 year old male and have been dealing with serious bladder problems for the past year it started off with me just kinda having a shy bladder and anxiety to use the restroom in public so every time I would try to pee in public my bladder felt like it got tense and would block me from peeing over some months it got worse and worse and developed into a over active bladder where I’m using the restroom every hour sometimes even every 30 min and when I use the bathroom I can’t go pee with out pushing very hard to the point of my bladder hurting/ or sitting while peeing/ I’ve been to the doctors and have been checked for all infections and std’s and I just got catheterized yesterday ( I think that’s how you spell it) and am still having the same
Problem but more pain the doctors said my bladder is healthy and seems normal and they have no answers I need help if anyone can please relate I would appreciate it a lot
GREAT VIDEO! For how long do I do this exercises in 1 day? Do I have to do this exercises forever or there is a time frame when you get cure? Is there any teas/foods, etc that can help with this condition? Are these better or the same like kegel exercises? Thank you very much
I’m having the same problems also……going to the bathroom alto, plus with pain. I am seeing a doctor for a while. I am not working because of pain also. Did you think I can get disability benefits for this? Please answer my question please
Plot twist: I am not a granny not even mother.

Yes, these videos have been uploaded onto you tube at my channel under Kegel exercises for men Thanks for the request!
here’s a few ideas for ways to treat incontinence
Consider using Kegel exercises— which involve flexing the same muscles you use to stop the urinary flow.
Use losing weight if you are overweight excess belly fat puts pressure on the bladder and the pelvic muscles. Shedding a few pounds if you are overweight can help restore your bladder control.
See if you can train your bladder put off going to bathroom. Try to delay urinating by 10 minutes and build up to 20 minutes etc.
Use magnesium and vitamin D
Try Quiting smoking. Nicotine can irritate the bladder.
(I read these and the reasons they work on Nilah Control Plan website )
Excellent video content! Apologies for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you researched Genubrey Mispriced Infiltration (do a google search)? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for learning the simple trick to reduce your blood pressure minus the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my buddy after many years got cool results with it.
There are many factors in relieving incontinence at home. One plan I discovered that succeeds in merging these is the Nilah control plan (google it if you’re interested) definately the most useful resource this hat I’ve seen. look at the awesome information.
Incontinence is a problem for many… we had to deal with this.

OK ladies so I was having issues with a drizzling every time I sneezed and coughed. Nothing is more embarrassing than having to use the bathroom and can’t hold it for too long. I came across this Pelvic muscle exercise tool on Instagram. So I decided to look and see if it was on amazon. They had it so I decided to order it being that it was only $24. It has been a month… when I tell you it has helped me so much with my pelvic muscles, my posture and shaping my booty right. I couldn’t be more happy. If you would like to take a look go to this link https://amzn.to/2VVqpn7 and check it out. It may help you or it may not. Good day ladies.
I’m investigating treating incontinence naturally and found a great website at Nilah Control Plan (google it if you are interested)
Kegel8. I have no idea of what you were talking about? I’m not trying to be disrespecful but i really don’t understand your instructions.
I can count a community of women that have individually had 10 to 15 children. Some 22. They did not suffer incontinence? I can assure you they delivered all of their babies vaginally and at home. Though these women were the last generation of their time. Still, I remember no incontinence. So why? Who so much now?
It was good, and I am not a therapist and looking for such kind of videos for the very first time for my mother. Can you please advise over if she should be doing this exercise on a daily basis or three times a week is enough?
Plz explain with some more exercises rather than oral instructions

Michelle Kenway, I Thank you very much for sharing Pevix Exercises with us!!!
Old age and the habits of drinking too much I think, having to cut down on salt intake so not to be thirsty all the time helps. Every time I watch cooking videos they always add salt even though all foods already contain salt and by adding it actually changes the original flavour of what is being eaten. Who ever invented add seasoning to your cooking didn’t know what they were doing. Anyhu I haven’t pissed my self yet but have experienced today that I was busting to go a couple of times and it wasn’t quite normal. I have changed my diet over the past couple of weeks and thought this may have triggered it, well see in the weeks to come. Thanks.
