Ingredients 1/2 cup basil leaves 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, freshly grated 2 cloves garlic, peeled 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper 1 lemon, juiced 3 tablespoons olive oil 12 ounces fresh salmon 1 lemon 1/3 cup unsalted pistachios.Spread a 1/4-inch layer of the pesto evenly over the top of each fillet. Sprinkle the reserved breadcrumbs over the pesto. Watching his video makes me believe my rarely cooking behind is about to make he beat salmon I’ve ever had. One difference I noticed in his video versus the bother one I watched on frying salmon is his explanation on the color changing to help show when it’s time to flip, along with keeping the time.

My grocery stores (Kroger/Meijer) never remove the fish scale and makes it impossible to cut in the skin. Guess it does make a difference where you buy your meat.

this recipe is great and easy to make! just had this salmon for lunch and it was a hit! I only did a few tweaking to the recipe to fit my personal taste. I used spicy brown mustard and mixed it with 2-3 tsps of mayo. I then seasoned the salmon lightly with Tony Chachere’s Creole seasoning (it’s a southern thing 😉 served with a side of loaded mashed potatoes and salad! definitely give this a try
