You should do more long resistance band workouts. I got some bands from homeprogym.com and can do almost all the same workouts I used to do at gym, even using a pole through the bands you can do bench press etc. All you need is a few bands at different weight ranges and you can do almost everything at home.

Best thing ever for workout at home is resistance band set. They are awesome, because its simple to use and you can gain great muscle with them and you dont need to go at gym. I got my at trainhome shop (check on google) they are awesome. They have great products for home workout.
I know quarantine is practically over now but if anyone doesn’t want to go back to the gym and just use this workout, for the portions where he talks about weight an excellent way to add the weight is with a backpack and books. When you live in a tiny room in a home you share with others because the cost of housing is so damn high, its very difficult to “create the environment” for exercise. That is the function that gyms used to serve.
Also when doing press ups, don’t flare your elbows as much as demonstrated in this video.
Instead of bands pull you can do also do pullups on door. It’s hell of a lot harder.
