To those who say they can’t afford organic I would say you can’t afford NOT to eat organic. I work in cancer treatment. I can tell you that 1 dose of T cell treatment can be 1 Million dollars. Is it better to eat Organic or pay 1 Million for cancer treatment?
Hey Bobby/Art, once again another concise & informative video detailing what to buy & what not to buy cheese-related this time.
I have been a cheese/dairy lover since I can remember, I would drink & consume gallons of the stuff all throughout my youth & into my adult life too. I have though recently stopped eating dairy due to health reasons & although I was eating raw unpasteurized cheeses & butter for a while I have now stopped & have found that Vio-life cheeses are the best alternative dairy products that I have come across to date as many of the others are simply awful!!!
The issue I/we have here in the UK is that many of the supermarkets do not have such a wide range of their products so it makes selection rather limited sadly.
That’s the one thing I’ve noticed about the US supermarkets & even those over in the EU, places like Amsterdam & Germany where I’ve visited a few times before & their supermarkets also have a much wider variety of produce.
Anyway, I’ve had my rant for the day about the weak selection of produce here in the UK as compared to our EU neighbours & you guys across the pond… Keep up the good work & I look forward to your next instalment. God bless & love & light.
You should do smoothie workout protien shakes and also workout bars:)
“GST Kitchen Recipes for Happiness” Store Cheese For Months With new Technique
He has good advice but how can the normal family afford the food he buys every week? It’s like 20-50% more in price. You’ll go broke before feeding all your kids. This is a privileged life. Try doing a video at the 99 cent only store.
Sorry I meant sargento but I see you touched on it never mind. Yall make great videos bro
I was disappointed with this video. I think this guy either has a financial interest in promoting so called “healthy” food or he is simply a health food crank who thinks everyone who doesn’t follow his regimen is beneath him and doomed to die a horrible death. I also watched part of a pasta and sauce video he did and had to turn it off halfway through. This one regarding cheese I turned off after 2 minutes. I am 70 years old and have eaten the products (and their horrible ingredients) he condemns my entire life. I am relatively healthy. Let’s see how long he lives.
My mom is going to have her cheese pop corn again. Organic powdered cheese, woooooha
So I don’t need to watch your videos there all the same save people time one video buy organic done.
Love these videos, can you do a salad dressing one? I threw out 5 bottles this morning after watching your summer diet food video and read the ingredients on the bottles. You were right Sugar, Sugar, Sugar and natural flavoring..
Great channel, I love your content and I have been learning a lot from your videos. I just recently came across your channel and have been catching up on a lot of your videos. Keep up the good work.
Dude the whole north East is grain feed, they are barley making money or in debt farming, and getting government assistance, it’s sad to say
Grain feeding is also animal cruelty cows don’t eat grain.
If you can’t afford organic foods. Eat half of what you are used to. No more snacking. Lose weight too!!! Wala! Something I need to practice..
why are you taking about organic when grew up we didn’t have but that everything now when I grew up from 50s to 80s things started to become smaller
THE ABSOLUTE BEST CHEESE WITHOUT DOUBT IS……….. NONE! ELIMINATE “ALL” DAIRY! PERIOD
Hi.. What grocery store we’re you shopping at in this video.. thank you
You said pasteurized egg is best, now nonpasteurized cheese is best. Confusing and hard to follow
yes we love goat cheeses:) Please make a review of Goat cheeses types when you can:). thnaks!
THUMBS DOWN YOUR CHOICES ARE OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE. YOU HAVE TO COME DOWN TO GROUND LEVEL WHERE THE REST OF US AND OUR POCKET BOOKS LIVE. I WOULD NEVER EVER PURCHASE THESE EXPENSIVE BRANDS. IDEALLY YOU SHOULD BE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE PRICES AND DOING SOMETHING ABOUT THAT.
Love your videos. Very informative and well done. I have a couple questions that sprang from this video: 1) Is “grass-fed” really that much better than “grain-fed”? If so, why? 2) Does your rule about the benefits of full-fat cheese extend to all dairy products, like milk?
Seems to me, “Organic” is the magic word. What constitutes what is organic, and who determines that?!
Bobby, thank you so much for all you do. Hopefully with more education we will see a drop in weight in this country? That’s a big dream but who knows, miracles happen!
Costco has Rumiano organic pasture raised non GMO cheddar slices. Really good!
Here’s a tip: Never buy sliced cheese. You’re paying 2x the money for a little bit of convenience. Cheese is durable, just get it in a block and slice it yourself, it will last.
The best cheese is artesanal not made by machines with preservatives
interesting and informative, however i never buy a cheese that looks like a brick in plastic wrap, Whole foods has a decent cheese counter, also in NYC we have Zabar’s which has a fantastic cheese section, i usually buy raw milk cheeses which have a more intense flavor, try a raw milk Comte or French Raclette for instance.
Walmart Great Value is the worst:

Daisy Cottage Cheese has three ingredients. Glad to not see Art consuming a coke in this video (wasn’t sure if the one where he did was sponsored by coke lol gross).
When I told my nutritionist that full fat cheeses have the Omega 3’s and are less processed, she countered that they are higher in calories. What are more arguments why I should be getting full fat cheeses?
Thanks Bobby. I wish you also talked about the nutrition facts of cheese too. Especially amount of fat, sodium, and things that make a difference
Heya Dude. What kinds of grasses?..and as for grain-fed, you speak of Soy and Corn. What about grains such as oats and barley?
See..When I stand up in front of those fridges filled with 1000 options of the same food type,, I feel that I am clueless and really dumb!.. honestly Grocery shopping has been putting a lot of pressure on my self-esteem
I hope to know that I’m not alone feeling that stress..
I see a “farm cheese” option in the market, which I think has few preservatives because of its short expiration duration
So is it really a healthy option?
The only 2 cheese I buy at Costco (Canada) are Parmigiano-Reggiano (made from raw milk) and the Anderson aged cheeses, man the double smoked cheddar is divine.
This video popped up on my phone,I’m glad I watched thank you for the information changes will be made
If you can always go organic ✅ better choice, my family are organic obsessed but for a good cause we love cream cheese alone or with bagel
Thank you for your videos!!! I just started watching them and love it,i am learning a lot!!!
If the cheese is organic and grass fed but with calcium chloride is it safe? (The company that Im talking about uses only 0.02 grams for each liter of milk)
Great videos. Do you have any videos on natural peanut butter or natural nut butters???
Kicking myself for buying 3 bags of shredded non organic mozzarella cheese yesterday. Live and learn.
Just out of curiousity, how come you always mention phytoestrogens in soy as a reason to avoid it, yet there’s no disclaimer on the amount of concentrated animal estrogens in this cheese video?
Given that phytoestrogens are much worse at binding to human estrogen receptors than real estrogen (that comes form pregnant cows, for example), surely it’s best to avoid cheese if you’re worried about hormone issues.
i love your videos and i would love to buy the healthy foods, but i just can’t afford them. The prices are ridiculous on organic..grass-fed, etc…
Thank u so much Bobby for all ur videos, they are very helpful.
I am a pure vegetarian, I don’t eat meat, fish, eggs nothing so I don’t get any vitamins. Could u plz suggest some cheese for me?
If everyone bought organic eventually the price will come down. If you make excuses that its too expensive, look at your cart and see a hundred dollars of crap gmo food fattening and sickening you. Yeah its expensive but it satisfies you better and you eat less. Evens out in the end
Booby I find your channel informative! I live in Canada! I was wondering if you would be able to mention if some of the products you recommend are in Canada too or what would be comparable? Thanks.
just an FYI, there’s a channel on youtube called Mary’s nest where she makes all kinds of things, including yogurt &sour cream, from milk and cream cheese from yogurt, all pretty simply & cleanly
I just want to say thank you sooo much for all the info that you share with us all, you have change the way i shop and eat for the better, so i deeply thank you and please keep it going….
I do love your videos, but organic can be slapped on anything. It seems you have organic in your pocket. Do no leave the door open on the freezer, while talking. I love small curd cottage cheese, but I put sugar on the cottage cheese. You are pushing organic too much Bobby. side eye.
can you do a video how stupid people are wearing a mask to protect themselves from the virus yet they walk around pushing a shopping cart filled of poisonous food that will kill them far more than the virus
At first I thought he was saying “black cheese” instead of “block cheese” and was very intrigued lol
Animal-based dairy products for mass consumption must be phased out within the next 5-10 years. There are excellent plant-based alternatives available already.
