Ingredients 1.25 cups whole wheat flour 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup rolled oats 1.Ingredients 1 flax egg (1 tablespoon flax meal mixed with 2 1/2 tablespoons of water, let sit 5 minutes) 6 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce 1/2.Ingredients 1 ¾ cups bran cereal 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour ¾ cup white sugar 1 ¼ teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ¼ teaspoon salt 1 egg ¾ cup buttermilk ¼ cup canola oil ¾ cup peeled and finely chopped apple ¾ cup grated carrot.Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups half full. Make a well in the center of each muffin; fill with about 2 teaspoons of reserved cranberry mixture.
Bake.Stir together flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg together in a large bowl. Whisk together yogurt, buttermilk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract in a second bowl. Fold flour mixture into yogurt mixture, mixing just until combined and flour disappears.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, ginger and vanilla extract. Fold the wet ingredients and the grated carrot and apple into the flour mixture, stirring just until moistened. Divide.
Directions. In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl, beat the egg, buttermilk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.Mix together flour, flaxseed Meal, oat bran, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Stir in carrots, apples, raisins (if desired) and nuts. Combine milk, beaten eggs and vanilla. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients.Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and brown sugar in a bowl.
Beat vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Stir egg mixture into flour mixture to make a batter; gently fold apple and cranberries into batter. Pour into prepared muffin cups.
Whisk in the grated apple and carrots. Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups, filling each to the brim. Bake until the muffins are nicely browned on top and a knife inserted in the.Grated carrot and apples, with applesauce and vegan egg replacer give these muffins a nice, moist texture.
The amount of egg replacer may vary based on the particular brand you use; use 6 eggs worth.Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin pan or line with paper liners. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, ginger, salt, and cloves together.
Add the carrots and toss together with a silicone spatula.Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in center. Combine egg, apple, milk, and oil. Add egg mixture all at once to dry ingredients.
Turn oven to 350 degrees. Mix together flour, flaxseed meal, oat bran, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl. Stir in carrots, apples, raisins and nuts.
Combine milk, beaten eggs, vanilla and honey (optional).Ingredients. Ingredient Checklist. 2 cups all-purpose flour.

You changed my opinion about maple syrup. I see you use it often. I never thought of it as a great ingredient in so many different dishesI only used it on pancakes or on mashed bananas with oats.
