how often should you do this? my core is weak af at the moment
Does anyone know the full name of Michael? Would be great to see if he has any workouts online.
U really gotta put ads in a core video? Like ya lemme stop in the middle and listen to an ad…
Man, can u make the video in real time? So we can follow the exercise…
Thx
Wait, am I not supposed to take a break in between exercises?
I’ve been doing this for a month or two maybe? Not even the whole thing, just however much I could do at the time, and I still can’t get through the whole thing. HOWEVER, I can eat and eat and eat all day long and my belly will be flat as an ironing board. I can also balance a lot better in a handstand and doing things like pirouettes are easier too!
When I hear your intro music my mood automatically switches to happy ♡
My lower back really hurts when I’m
Doing these; does anybody know what I’m doing wrong or what I can do?
I’ve been doing this for 2 days aha n same with my sister and when she goes got the abs i go nah not yet
1:51 And this is when I stop so as not to break my body down into pieces.
3:54 And here, all my pieces start to die.
7:13 If you really are set on fire with this workout, I should definitely try it!!!! I love that burningggggggg
8:08 So in case you didn’t die, here’s you opportunity.
9:38 Yes, indeed. Michael is doing a great job. His technique is excellent.
Thank you for the video Ashley!
Adriene “You can do this video twice, even three times in a row”
Me: I’m not sure you know what that word means.
literally can not
(but loved it anyway)
Ever since i was a child I always deep squat instead of standing
Y’all are delusional in the comments. This is the absolute worst yoga instructor on YouTube but I guess u get what u pay for
I’m gonna go first take a dump then resume from 5 secs onward.
Warning ⚠️ You can’t go into this after three months of minimal exercise and lockdown binge eating. I found out the hard way
Love the encouragement just at the point of giving up. Thank you!
I am watching this while laying in bed.
This is good core workout.
Hi, I just found the video several days ago at the time I have had muscle injuries at my lower right back. I did felt a strong pain that made me hardly move. By the time I practice the stretching twice a day, I started feeling better with the muscle pain where initially I intended to took either medical or traditional treatment. However, thanks a lot for the tutorial. I do feel a lot better now with my body in general especially the pain spot, and I intend to practice it more frequently by now..
Wow did this 3 times. I really need to connect to my core power more often, literally and metaphorically ❤️
Thank you sweet, loving Adriene and adriene’s team
Wonderful moves I love it………..but why do my knees hurt when I do this??? Need some help
All the posture are good but what is the appropriate time to do these exercises?
Thanks for the video. My only question is: how long do I have to stay like that for each exercise. How many reps? How many times a week? Thanks in advance for all your responses….
Thanks for xxtra ice cream ad, now I’m gonna have some ice cream tonight
Hi Sean. Love your videos my brother. I was wondering if you could do some calisthenics work outs. Also. I have had surgery on my toe and can’t do plank moves. Can you do a plank free video? Keep up your great work.
omg I needed this, just started a workout routine and the lactic acid was killing me! After doing this total body stretch I feel so much better! I feel like I even have more energy! So awesome!
Ah if you heard the sailors language I used in that class it was tough but worth it
Me after round 1 ends: Phew nice 60 sec bre-
Her: Alright lets get right into round 2
I said a bad word upon hearing”that was just a warm up” I’m trailing behind June due to a late start! But loving it’s energy
YO! Loving these videos! Life Changer and Game Changer! thank yall
Can’t believe there adds in the middle of the video… I got to download it now to continue
I follow you all the way in the Bahamas, you’re the absolute best. Thank you for your passion.
should I stretch before or after my exercises? and how long should hold a position for?
Me not being able to do anything without is hurting after 0.2 seconds of doing it and giving up and laying down waiting for her to finish: ️️
Don’t know how anyone can still do a workout after such a demanding warmup.
I love this workout and love the video, but the new ads in the middle of the video keep throwing off my timing as they’re mid set. I know y’all get paid more for those but it kind of ruins the flow of the lesson so maybe you would consider moving the ads back to the beginning/end of the video? Thanks, appreciate ya!
Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood
Yep, mobility and core strength first. It’s not all about the show.
I adore Kit. She reminds me of my fit for life teacher from high school that I miss dearly; tough, but incredibly kind and wise. Thanks so much ladies!!
First day…lasted 8 mins before deciding to take a 2 mins break
I’ve been regularly following along with this video and I’m trying to get flexible enough to do the splits. Would you recommend continuing to follow this video to get to the splits?
2 weeks ago I could barely finish this exercise, this evening I did this one 2 times in a row. You can do it, just stay consistent
Despite pulling in my navel, this was really hard on my neck. Could not complete the side twists, not because the abs gave out, but because the neck did, even with lifting the chin and looking to the ceiling.
Kit has such a soothing presence and you can tell she knows her stuff. Really liked this!
Hey guys so i really want to be more flexible and do the splits but i find it hard to stay consistent and i wanna change it so I’ve decided to do this video every day for 30 days so can you please like this or comment to remind me and hold me accountable this will help a lot i believe in our community that we will push each other to do better. I will keep you updated!

Watch my new video!!! OVERSPLIT!!!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gkpRUjJN_yA
Can you also do the stretching before a workout as well then stretch again after it go reduce lactin acid
Stretches for kids..
Ima kid and I wanted to do this
U got an extra sub and like
I’ve been doing these stretches for a week and it helped me a lot with my SCIATIC Pain
I’ll keep doing this everyday!
Another tough, but good work out! even the stretches were a bit challenging for me. I like Kit!!:)
since I was little I could’nt touch my toes
two weeks after watching this I FINALLY DID IT even if its just a little tap right now at least I improved
Since you did mention splits, could you do a video for that?
wtf is this? sorry im not trying to be mean…but is this only for girls?! bruh.
This has really helped thank you so much I couldn’t of done it without you and guys also check out Alivia d’anrea channel as well
This is so relaxing and enjoyable! I go through this routine after every study session I have tension haha.
Adrienne: we can get a little fire going
Me: fires of hell are incinerating me
Adrienne, what do you suggest I do at the end of the practice when you get into the final pose? I have a knee replacement and a bad knee and can’t sit in that position?
Your cat was a great comfort to me!! I’ve realised I have little to no flexibility.
Dude is hilarious. My core’s getting a working out just cracking up at him. Very much enjoyed the workout.
What the oil all over his body had something to do with it?
Wow, never expected forearm plank to feel like a resting pose!
It was terrific!!!!! I am sweating like anything but feeling refreshed at the same time, worth the time!!!
Im a slav, and i can sumo squat almost ass to grass, its rather funny to see just how true the stereotype is haha
I really love this one! I’ve been doing these exercises for a while and they have really helped me! Thank you, Maddie!
I just started today I’m gonna do it about 4-5 time a week is that a good amount?
I love it Kit!! Just half an hour and I am sweating madly! Can’t wait for the next work out!
This is the second time I’ve done this practice and for some reason I just couldn’t stop laughing. I definitely didn’t complete every pose and took a few breaks but I’ve decided not to be hard on myself today and celebrate that I could do more than last time. Doing it twice or three times in a row feels like a veeeeeery distant dream, though Again, thanks Adriene.

woah! this was TOUGH. MORE with this level of intensity please! <3
Doing this to dunk so I will be doing this for a week even though most are painful.
Ooh my names adrian and i love licking disgusting furry testicle sacks
this is exactly what I needed to get flexible. I just finished and I feel loose and ik that’s a good thing so thank you! I’m trying to get flexible so that I can become a lyrical/contemporary dancer and when it comes to that you need flexibility. I’m a beginner and this is definitely going to work for me thank you so much!

Can’t touch my toes at all I’m 6ft i do First exercise easy though
I’m not in amazing shape, but I’m not too bad either, and I really struggled with so many push-ups. To the point of just being frustrated. Anyone else feel this way?
Çok güzel bir egzersiz yine hem pilates hem kardiyo mükemmel
Thanks Sean. I thought this was a brilliant compliment to the workout from the other day.
I like to stretch whenever. I also do handstands and headstands whenever possible to. Just anywhere at home. I study with the straddle stretch and boat pose on thinking and ruminating. Forward fold gets a go when Im just over something. Or a vinyasa flow. So. I like your style. This workout really was one of my favourites and Im pretty sure I have done all of your workouts. Hi to your Dad. in the badk there. Have a good one. Cheers, Kate:)
I LOOOOVVVEE this workout! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I added ankle weights and it added some EXTRA EXTRA burn especially on the abs!!!
Adriene: you can repeat this two or even three times to give your abs a workout!
My abs: are you kidding, we can’t even do this once!
At least I tried… Namaste all and go you if you had to modify and rest loads like me!
I’m doing this workout a few times a week and i’m finally getting better and stronger! Makes me feel good:) Thanks Adriene
im a professional cricketer. had an partial supera spinatus tear 3 years ago, havent recovered fully from that is there a specific plan to recovery of shoulder.so that i could throw again.?

I have practiced this one before but I use to drag through it feeling really weak but today I felt how much my daily practice with Adriene has improved my strength and stamina like I really did not get as frustrated I was challenged but I flowed with it rather than giving up so thank u Adriene I really needed a win today and this was just perfect and I did not even know it so much love Namaste and good night ❤
Shit this is life changing. For the first time ever I can reach my toes and hold them
I would love more stretching routines, mainly for hamstrings. I use dto be able to do a split and a lot of gymnastics, but now Im as stiff as a board n.n’
Mam i do this since 30 days…. But I’m not able to do seated hamstring stress… What can i do?
are there any guys that do this too? or just watch the video and get discouraged haha.
Could you be hitting on that guy any more? Jeez. Keep it subtle
Ashley Conrad is wonderful! Love these workouts. They give me the energy and attitude I need for my sales job.
For the frog legs pose at the end— if you find that you’re super far off the floor and you’re getting a bit discouragedyou can always warm up to it by stretching one leg at a timeone leg is in frog leg position and the other is straight out behind you. You’ll be closer to the ground and it’s less intensegood way to warm up for the full stretch!
I do not like they comercial advices while You are trainning
I loved this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not that stretched out at ALL, and this just made me feel so relaxed and i rly enjoyed it. Also loved the girl…and her cat killed me XD
Does anyone know how long the workouts/sessions are? I’m asking because I work 7 days a week ( full time at the hospital and full time with our lawn care business ). I need to fit this into my schedule and knowing how long each session is will help me 100%.
What an amazing workout with strengthening exercises for HIIT cardio; total abs with Pilates and an awesome cool down STRETCH!
This was my first time doing a fitness workout on YouTube. I’m flexible, but as I got older (I’m 30), my body began to stiffen. This was an amazing stretch workout, and it helped me to not only stretch my body, but to also move out some depressing energy that I was carrying. Thank you so much. I’ve subscribed to your channel and I hope to learn more from you. ❤️
I was like yeah… i dont stretch enough, lets have a quick go of this… i lasted until 12:34, my poor neck hahaha
Where can I find this playlist?? I wasn’t expecting it to be so relaxing
Half-way thru a commercial came on…it was food related…so I stopped to go eat….Advertisement you win…..or did I win
Deep squatting is as natural as pooping for people of my country
Flexibility is something we should definitely all concentrate on especially for the later years of our lives in order for us to have mobility, as a former dancer I needed to be really flexible, but I’ve never stopped stretched since my dancing ended because it’s become a part of my life if you’ve never done a stretch or yoga class before, I have the perfect beginners workout “stretching for beginners” to get you started and plenty more
How is she going to stretch and then have the other guy workout?
Me: aww this looks like a fun video that will be easy to follow along!
Video: 0:15
nvm.
Great thanks Kit for your workouts!!!!!!!!!! Your voice is magic to me. Just hearing your voice get me inspired.
It’s annoying when there’s an advertisement in the middle of the workout
Does anyone else’s legs shake when they try and touch their toes while keeping their legs straight? lmao. In my 20s but feeling like I’m over 50
I used to do 30-40 minute ab workouts given to me by a gym trainer, and thought those were pretty tough.
Then I came across your core workouts, and holy freaking god these are hard. You’ve got to have abs?!
My gym teacher brought me here lol. I thought this was going to be easy but ooooooooohhh boyy, this was hard but I definitely feel stronger.
Lost 10kgs with the help of these routines + jog 30mins in the morning before eating anything
I love every KitRich video she’s so cool! But I need to know where those runners are from they’re gorgeous and look really comfortable! Kit..? Anna…? I’d love to know!
Did anyone track their calories? I love this workout so much and I’d love to know how much it approximately burns:)
She says frog and I do it for the half the length then dibs out. I’m 25 and have had two kids. I should work on that
Check Unflexal handbook if you want to learn about workouts much much more.
This looks intense. My abs are sore just watching this video
Awww I really like this one. I find my hips get tight in all those crunches I’m the beginning though, maybe I need to the position and height I hold my legs out at. I definitely want to incorporate this one regularly into my practice more
I love Adriene and these yoga videos with my whole heart but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t cussing at Adriene a little during this one! Lol Equally as rewarding as it is challenging.
y they have an ad mid way thoo, been doing it for 2 years and now they have 1?
just did this amazing 30 minutes bc I couldn’t sleep and was the best decision of my life!
I got two ads in the middle of this video. I will now NEVER buy Pampers diapers for my future kids and I will continue to never purchase Jimmy Dean meat amalgamations.
This video doesn’t motivate me at all. This instructor stops exercising and just talks! I love all Popsugar videos except this one:(
i love this lady! she reminds me when i use to train in college for sports. the way she speaks motivates me and knowledgable in her movements. her training really gets me into the mode of working out for performance rather than just physique. thanks for sharing!!
I just finished this and I LOVED it. Kit is amazing! I love this woman!
When should you do static stretching though before or after workout
Loved this one! It is quick but surely strengthening. Will def try and repeat it 3x weekly ♥️ Thanks once again Adriene!
How bold of you to assume i have enough balance to do a side plank…i collapsed the second my hand went half way up
Thank you so much sir for showing the adjustment of bad postures with good postures right away so we can adjust the same way, because all my postures are the worst and have a lot of pain in neck and back shoulder. Hopefully in a couple of months it will be better from your videos, thank you sir!
I’ve been doing this workout a couple months now but its started playing ads in the middle, it really interrupts something which is meant to be constant and takes the intensity out of it
Class of flexibility 2020

Teacher: looks like no one is here guess we don’t have to continue today
I was disappointed with this workout. I searched bar workout and there was not any bar moves in the class. It was also hard on knees and wrists with half the moves. Also transitions were slow so I felt like time was wasted if you only have so much time to devote to a workout!
Why is Michael’s face dry, yet his body looks like somone oiled him up like he’s going to the beach. Kind of unnecessary. Video content is plenty. Grease?? Why??
Her voice sounds like sandra bullock
But without the bullocks
I need this in my life. I have bad posture due to my spinal alignment. I have pain on the right side of my body: Neck, Shoulder/blade, and sacro-lumbar region. This should help right?
Love 30 second ads popping up when you’re stuck in a plank
Great workout. What is tha tsaying you have….range is for the ego,….is for the soul.???
Loved hearing your sweet Dad’s voice…
love it love it love it absolutely LOVE IT!!! thank you soo much!! exemplary of less is more!!
Oh wow. This workout is really good! Really loving how clear her instruction is. Would love to see her more
Kit, you are the best trainer! I never feel tired despite it’s hard, it’ always new and exiting!
Wow! Loved this! Especially the pilates mat work. My abs were on fire!
Hey Sean and Pop, I really enjoyed that. I did the class after an hours worth of an advanced vinyasa flow. It was the perfect, stretchy ending. And…might I add…if it hadn’t of been Sean (and his swell Pop too)…I would have had a difficult time focusing after a long workout. Loved the class…ps… me and the Mr. love Casino too! Thanks, as ever, xo L
I really enjoy the stretch, especially the last post. It seems to make the inner groin more flexible.
Thank you so much.
i think it would be really helpfull if you could explain what musclegroups you are stretching
why do I feel agitated she only does 1/2 of the exercises?:p
I’m actually doing this despite me being fat, but not that overweighed, it’s more like belly fat, so I believe I can do it.
Those exercises help with….lose fat, get muscle, stay fit? Can I see some change (before/ after)?when can I see my changes? HELP
I’m training for a half marathon and I have been revisiting all of your flexibility routines to make sure I can stay at the top of my game! I have been watching your workouts for years. Thanks, Sean!
I don’t think I can even raise my hands up my head. I really need these exercises.
I’m determined to get more flexible bc rn I’m stiff as a BOARD, like I legit suck! So I’m gonna start doing these 30 minute stretches twice a day and ill be editing this comment each week to share my progress! My goal is to get more flexible and be able to do a split
Been doing this the whole of lockdown, and today I finally completed it without pausing
I would like to see more workouts involving legs. Great core video, my straddle to plank was a hot mess.
I’ve improved my flexibility WONDERS! I can lay my head quite comfortably on my knee when stretching while sitting. Couldn’t do that for years!
Sorry about screaming at you in the middle of that workout, I didn’t mean it!
but I was told while doing yoga we should always breath from our nose not mouth???
Let me know how you enjoyed this stretch routine! I am by no means a professional, but I do believe that doing these stretches on a regular basis will definitely increase your flexibility! Much love! See you soon XxMaddie

This vid is great unlike a lot of other stretching vids they don’t do upper body for some stupid reason. Everybody should do the upper body it’s just as important as the lower body
How effective is Penlargerem System? We’ve noticed many amazing things about this popular natural male enhancement.
Back to this amazing practice, swapping from the Shift calendar. Haven’t done this for a while and need to power up and get strong again. I did my version of senior one arm forearm planks with leg support but what the heck I did it! Feeling positive. Back to the calendar tomorrow ♀️♀️
I’m pretty sure my neck isn’t supposed the part of my body that’s hurting the most here
The fact, that you are able to talk during this exercise makes me want to become as strong as you are in my core.
Can someone please tell me what is the correct breathing technique while doing cardio pilates?
i am from wi were cool….. go green bay…. u need cool looking socks…… maybe green bay socks…………………………..
As a physician, This guy will have joint replacements by fifty.
The sumo squat stretch on minute 07:12 doesn´t make sense, it isn´t really a stretch, at least the way it is being performed on the video. One should go all the way down, almost sitting, and opening the legs with the elbows pushing them outwards.
Very refreshing. I had bad posture and tightened muscle problems. This helped me, and it’s challenging my flexibility. Also, it inspired me to do stretches on a daily basis. Thanks for sharing.
I love this routine! It’s not that beginning friendly tho, I’m pretty flexible and do yoga daily and this fits well in my intermediate routines mix, to everyone starting out, make sure you pivoting from the hip and not the back!!! It’s really important! Protect your joints and try to do this daily, it gets easier every day and you really do feel much better after a while:)
my body is really stiff. i just started exercising after two years. im 30. it was really hard for me but i did it
Hello Little Darling! I am enjoying this routine and started to sleep better. Looking foward to becoming more flexible as time goes by. Bless you a million times over.

Adriene, you rock. I’ve utilized this video and many others! repeatedly for the last three months of strict lockdown in South Africa. They’ve facilitated my self-practice in a way that I did not think I was capable of. You and your channel been a refuge in difficult and uncertain times. Thank you!
Adriene is my teacher. I enjoy each of her classes. I was dissatisfied with this class. It was too slow and had unnecessary instruction.
can i do the warm-up part and then my actual workout and then the strecth part in sequence?
So… I tried this for the first time two days ago and I got kinda frustrated. I couldn’t get through the whole practice and had to take breaks.
But today I tried it for the second time and it actually went super well and now I’m feeling very proud of myself for trying again and actually doing it!
Eveyone be talking about how inflexible they are, and here I am, an absolute beginner that didn’t move from my bed (before these exercises) all day long, flexible as hell. I can touch my toes/ floor not with my hand but my fingertips. Put my hip completely down comfortably in the last exercise and almost do the splits.
Sometimes I think that I’m doing it wrong because its easy for me but at the other side I can feel the stretch and its so confusing aaaaAAAAh HELP-
Argh my neck! Just couldn’t do most of this as lifting my head shoulders and neck is too intense. Anyone got any advice on what might help? Also get this feeling when doing backstroke swimming and have to stop.
Really like this routine, doesn’t put too much stress on my lowerback. I do seem to end up with loads of tension in my neck in some of these poses though.
I am focusing in this moment how far I’ve come after 65 days of daily YWA. While the final needle-threading gave me a run for my money, I welcomed the time on the mat and could complete each exercise. When I began this journey in April, not a chance that would have been the case. This continues to be an amazing journey! Today was affirmation that the mat is the right place for me each and every day. Thank you, Adriene!
For some reason i can do all of these except the deep squat. Why? I tried standing how a deep squad suggests but my muscles feel sort of bunched when i do this, not really a comfortable feeling. Any specific reason for this?
Can you please make videos like this again? I love how you push me. Thank you!
Me.: “Ok, something for the core, with Adriene, how hard can it be…” argh….
If you can’t reach your toes you can hold on to your calf’s… yeah no, my legs won’t even go straight unless I lean back
You should put his name in your description details. He’s the star of this.
adriene you are lovely, since i met your classes i practice only with you. thank you for these precious precious important gifts to the world.
Will give your routine in the gym tomorrow…Am totally inflexible…would like to change that.
Thanks for guiding on posture and breathe equally. Loved this one. needed a moderate workout, and this one worked out perfect.
Thank you for this! It definitely loosened me up. Could you post stretches for lower back pain. My core is getting better but in the meantime.. my back is chronically in pain. Thank you
I found this uncomfortable on my neck but have the confidence now after 2 months to adapt to what feels better. Just posting in case anyone else felt this.
I thought after a couple months of yoga with Adriene, my core had really gotten a lot stronger. This video proved that there is still much improvement to be done! This one was ouchy!
So sweaty after done it, so worth to done it and refresh myself on a sunny morning.
Anyone els
e watch this
on mute like me? s
uch a great workout I’ve memorized it haha
I first did lower body and then did this ab workout, i completed it but it was a bad idea
Today I learned it’s possible for both my hip and foot to cramp at the same time
DAY 10 COURAGE! i did this practice while im fasting and it is 10 times harder, but more effective. Amazing practice. Thank you Adriene
Returning to this after our 21st day of “Courage” for a little more heat and I can’t believe how dedicated I am to every journey with you! So many opportunities to test my courage during this month, both on and off the mat. I love you Adriene!
To the people who finds these easy you may be doing something wrong and that is not keeping the core tight throughout the workout. If you don’t know how to tighten your core try fake coughing and then hold the tension in your stomach.
I searched this to make my body flexible enough to suck my own dick in this quarantine.
Stronger than yesterday
Now it’s nothing but my way
My loneliness ain’t killing me no more
I, I’m stronger
Come on, now
Oh, yeah
Namasté
day 10 of courage. It was hard for me, I took a break for several times. Hopefully to build core strength back. Actually I didnt try hard though.
2 months ago, the furthest i could go during hamstring stretches were a little above my ankles.
1 month ago, i was able to reach the soles of my feet will slight discomfort, but i could reach it nonetheless! this really motivated me, since i knew my stretches were actually doing something!
now, i can lay nearly flat on the floor during butterfly stretches! thank you maddie, i couldn’t have come this far without this video! now i gotta tackle my splits
He’s gonna sit on his BUTT
Wow isn’t that amazing???
Is this six pack development, not really bothered, but guessing it will tighten, flatten, strengthen?
I was skeptical at first but OmG I loved it!!! I don’t usually sweat and I was drenched in it after this! Thank you!
Wow, Adriene. This was a challenging workout for me. I definitely need to keep working on my core once or twice a week, to strengthen. Thank you.
I feel like this Courage series is all focused on getting us fit hahahah thanks for all the effort in organizing these playlists for us. Even though the videos are already posted, I would not be able to commit to practice yoga everyday if they were not organised like you do. Love from Brazil <3
There are so many stretches I forgot from ballet as a kid. Thank you, it helps so much!
I loved this. I am over 50 and haven’t worked on with these kind of stretches in at least eight years maybe more but I broke my foot about four years ago and was bedridden for 6 months and it really changed the dynamics of my mobility I did the stretch today and wow did better than I thought I could but I know I have a long way to go muscle memory is great. Thank You. Margie
I have to say this is the only Adriene video I stopped before the end. My neck hurt too darn much (even though I was pointing chin, looking back, etc.). Must be me. But I can say that the NEXT video on neck and shoulder exercises was great. This one is a “no” for me.
This was pretty challenging for a 66 yo, but is much needed!! will be doing again!
Such a great workout, it genuinely killed me. I had to take a few breaks but i got through it!
Hi I discovered a place where you can find great deal of new meditation tips available online. All you have to do is type: “MindYoga4U” in Google. It will be very useful for you.
Kit, a nice change of pace. Contagious energy! love from Boston
You don’t see people talking about quarantine here cause this routine is harder
I took so many rests but I made it
Thank you once again Adriene ❤️❤️
Kit is such a good coach and motivator. She focuses on us doing the forms correctly and pushes us to do our best, which is what a great coach should. Give us more Kit, please!
I’m so happy that the way I shit helped me do deep squat with ease
Awesome video! Is it just me, or does her voice sound like Ellen’s? It’s like Dory became a professional trainer.
Its still amaze me just how a lot of people do not know about Penlargerem System despite the fact that a lot of people increase their size when erections with it. Thanks to my personal mate who told me about it. I have increase my size when erections with natural ways.
is supposed to hurt this much? I think I’m doing something wrong
15 seconds goes by so fast in the break but in the workout it takes forever.
Much of apps. Nothing much for hips, which are actually very important
Thank you for your guidance in the stretching routine…! Also i love your top!:D Where is it from (if i may ask?)
I’ve been doing this every night for the last month, some nights I shortened it to my own 15 minute version, but I went from only being able to touch my shins to being able to grab my toes. I’ve never been flexible. When I started this was painful, uncomfortable, and I wasn’t stable in my movements, now it’s my nightly wind down and I feel better in general from keeping at it.
Coronavirus is infecting so many please consider to turn to Jesus people he died for your sins, turn away from your sins. Confess your sins to God obey Jesus teachings, believe in him for eternal life or be judged by God. Ask God to keep you safe live for God now during these times, God bless the doctors and staff on the front lines during this time and God bless you all during this time. I do love you all but I promise that Jesus loves you all more than any of us can understand. Please turn to Jesus while there is still time.
Can’t seem to go all the way down when attempting the straddle will it get better as I continue to do this with workout
Does the program teach how to accomplish learning the split?
Something about her voice and what she says during the workout makes me not give up…you can tell she is an experienced trainer…I love training with her..
I am now scared to death from every video under 30 minutes:)
I would love more intermediate workouts! Also tips on gaining more flexibility other than doing this everyday? I can see strength gains but I’m not seeing much flexibility gain
Thank you Adrienne, I’ve never been much of a work out person. I have 4 sisters who all practice yoga and I’m the last to join in. Before the pandemic I had a lot of weight gain from menopause and depression. This pandemic has put me in a position of taking a long look at what I want the rest of my life to look like. It’s a struggle for me to get going each day but once I do my yoga practices (I follow 3 instructors) I feel a lot better. Thank you. This core workout is helping me build strength where I didn’t have any. Namaste
is he an anime character or A normal person
∆probably Saitama
not gonna lie… I love this woman!! something about her voice and the way she demonstrates these workouts are all the encouragement I need!! #Team2020
Great full spectrum workout in 30 minutes. Thanks for being here during the quarantina!
Adriene: you can do this video twice, maybe three times…
Me, flat out on my mat: hahahahahahhaha nope!
Really felt that in my core but boy it feels good!☺️
I can do all of these with success, however, I have a question on the touching the toes part. I can touch my toes, with relative comfort. My intention is to have my chest touch my knees, I saw that an individual needs to stretch the hamstrings for that otherwise the lower spine is damaged? I’ve noticed my back rounds a bit too much any tips?
Just found this one and I agree with the comments, this was very challenging! Adriene, do you have tips on controlling IAP? I greatly struggled with the butterfly crunches and planks because of my abdominal pressure during inhale. Thank you so much for your awesome yoga videos, I have done so so many and you’re always my go-to.
I thought really thought “this is a short ritual, how hard can it be” well, very hard hahaha
Really struggled today, had to take some breaks in between and genuinly cried out from the pain a couple of times, but I finished it and my core feels great now!
I tried this video this morning. I’m more of a cardio person and literally need to force myself to stretch. I don’t know if it’s psychological, but I actually feel better this morning, not much soreness etc. so yes please more full body stretches like this video!
This feels so good, i’ll probably do it everyday, i wonder if i can touch the ground with my back straight, can i develop this ability with time or does it depend on arm length to body length ratio or something like this?
Edit: maybe not everyday, but this is certainly a part of my routine now.
anyone knows what is the name of this excercise or position @ 1:16?
This was so nice! I’m a water polo player and unfortunately we don’t focus much on flexibility/stretching even though the sport is very intense, so I have a ton of tension in my shoulders and legs from constantly moving in the water. Doing this a few days in a row definitely relieved some of the muscle tension/pain I had gotten used to:)
How are you keeping your lower back on the mat? I need to seriously tilt my pelvis into an awkward position to keep my back on the mat, it’s uncomfortable and whenever i lower my head my whole back arches.
I followed all the way and I feel amazing, had this back stiffness for a while and doing this stretch my first time helped me a lot…Thanks guys, IAM going to subscribe and follow through
The guy looked really uncomfortable as she kept touching and flirting with him.
That dude has a pretty good resume lol. Great video, hoping to actually touch my toes one day.
Dear Friends!I would like to ask you to rate my creativity of music for sports, fitness and relaxation! Your opinion and comments are very important to me!Thank you in advance for your help! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwo62-hYoW3S52kV_4wn2dg/featured?view_as=subscriber
My knee got out of place on the butterfly one and I’m in paaaiiinnn
I couldn’t even do the last pose so I just burst out laughing while I kept falling on my arms. But I loved it, I didn’t know crunches could be this fun haha
Michael’s abs are too developed. He needs a now gf and different hobbies…..
My career in athletics (coach), fitness (personal trainer), and wellness (corporate supervisor) ran from 1973-2016. I know a good professional from one that is not so good.
Ashley is a good one. I am retired, but still workout regularly. I design all of the workouts for my wife and I, but we use Ashley’s core and dynamic stretching routines. They are done very well, and it is clear to me that she always has her audience in mind with her instructions and implementation.
But, what impressed me most, and what says all that you need to know about her is how she dresses for these videos. She is clearly a very attractive woman, but what she wears is designed to take the focus off of her and directs it to the workout.
This may sound bazaar, but it is very important. Take notice of this whenever you watch a training video. If the instructor is a well built man wearing a tight, sleeveless top, or, no top at all; or, the woman is wearing tight shorty shorts and revealing sports bras…stay away from that video.
Why? These instructors miss the fundamental quality of being an effective fitness professional: it is not about you. Think about the affect that this has on your audience. A man with a belly and 40 lbs of excess fat is easily discouraged when he is standing near a sculpted Adonis with 6-pack abs. A woman whose body has seen the effects of 6 children, and is self conscious about her lost youth, will shy away from standing near a scantily clad fitness beauty.
Lastly, I wish that the men would put on a shirt. In my 43 years I have never worked in any environment that did not have strict rules on this. Some of the more exclusive clubs did not even allow tank tops. Why, then, are the men always bare chested? In training videos functionality comes before aesthetics. More accurately, aesthetics is the result of functionality. It would mean more to the efficacy of a training video to have an average man or woman performing the movements. Face it, Ashley’s subjects are not average. They are a model and a professional athlete.
This 30-minute workout is amazing and so well-cued! I will definitely be doing this one again.
thank you so much madfit i have gotten more flexible i havent even been doing it for even a year only 3 months and my flexibliity has become way more better before i started doing this i was barely into my right spilits and now im and inch of the ground thank you so much you guys should definetly try this stretch routine trust me it will change your life one again thank you so much madfit i coudnt of done it without you XXXXX
My nose could not reach my toes! It’s a sign I need more of these stretches.
Why the f..k isn’t “Day 5” the next one? Where is the logic in watching “Day 3” after “Day 4”? This is happening with every video of this series. WHY YOUTUBE? WHY?
Love this stretch routine. So helpful and exactly what I was looking for! The stretches hurt but every time I do this routine I get a little better
Has anyone used the Episoketren System to improve your soccer skills? Simply just do a google search. On there you’ll find an awesome tips about how exactly you can increase your soccer skills. Why not give it a shot? perhaps it’s going to work for you too.
Here for Day 10 of COURAGE. I’ll come back to this because it’s an awesome core practice. It burned (and there were plenty of breaks) but felt good. Thanks a ton Adriene!
You can do this 2, 3 times in a row… Once killed me
You made a mistake capitalizing all of “beginner”. This became impossible half way through.
is it harder for some people? for example i can’t touch my toes but i think its partially because i have long legs and short arms
This felt so good after the last few days! Tomorrow looks like a beast!
Hi Maddieee. First, I love you! Second, pls pls pls do an advanced flexibility routine long like this, 30 minutes long. Kisses from Argentina!
Why did I feel like I was watching a porno at the end when Anna was stretching lmao
Is speed important? I noticed the model does repetitions very quickly
I wonder how many times I will have to do this practice before I’m not an UGLY mess on my mat? I thought my upper body strength was bad… man, it is nothing compared to my abs!!!
I just wanted to have flat belly, so I tried fat loss plan from *Next Level Diet*. Guess what? I lost my beer belly in just 30 days. Now I want a six pack:D
I’ve been doing exercises for losing weight for almost a year now and I thought I needed to improve my flexibility next.
Great!!!! This summer after COVID maybe we can show our abdominals in Spain!
I could feel my six pack just by looking at Micheal doing the workout
More stretching real time like this. Maybe some foam rolling too For some reason i wont do either until a real time like this video.
this was a tough but good practice! wowzers, my neck and abs were feeling it!
We used to do this in middle school. I stopped as soon as got to 9th grade. Now All I feel is pain doing it now. IN QUARANTINE !!!!!!
Really perfect, I feel always good after this stretching. Somehow it’s always easier to breath after it, thanks a lot for that video:)
Just do good Astanga yoga, and talk to Physical therapists. This is okay but not that good.
I tackle this workout every morning and evening and it still leaves me in a pool of sweat. Real intense and I’m seeing results. Thanks a lot.
what would happen to a random overweight middle aged person, doing this stretch exercise twice a day for a few months? can he/she see significant results?
This is just the right lengh to be able to make time & also get something from it, thanks for another amazing session Adriene:)
Wth I could do the deep squat like it was nothing unlike the foot touching one
me: “beginner friendly, this is gonna be nice and relaxing!”
me 30 minutes later: could barely do half the stretches but still drenched in sweat
Hye,I am 17 year old and my height is 5.4feets.is it beneficial for growing height
Dying! Courage 2020 has been a fiery month! I am going to pair this with a laidback yoga ♀️ routine. I am not the sort of person that loves fiery practices but I do need them for my health!
For those of you seeking an interval timer, to use at the gym once you have the sequence memorized, I found Dreamspark’s Interval Timer to be a great app. (Play Store) Simple to program, and it has audio reminders that the end of a set is coming, as well as when the next one starts. One can set the rest interval appropriately, as well. Very handy! Adjustable volume.
When your scoliosis won’t allow you to bend your body like that
Why shes talking still the same things… thats horrible listening to that fourth time.
how does she even know if these stretches are even good??? she just made them up
this was great! Very challenging! i’m up for it! xxx thanks adriene
Her ” this is a pretty basic beginner friendly stretch routine” me (pauses video) IM DYING HERE
This was still a great stretch though!!!
She: Try to do as many reps as possible in the second lap
Me: I am hardly breathing..
Oh yeah. Once again, a stark reminder of how effective basic stretching really is. Simple movements. Thanks.
Omg Adriene what the heck was this! June is kicking by butt in the best way possible!
she was talking and the camera was forced on the guy, *Day 7, done.*
Hello! Great video…thank you. Quick question about accommodations… any recommendations for diastasis recti (3 babies in 5 years has left my core very weak). Im working hard to repair it with exercise and yoga. I know I cannot do twisting moves.. and I have to be very careful doing planks. What can I do instead? I love your energy… High five!
This was a great practice. I found myself getting pretty frustrated and my mind taking over alot so I want to revisit this with a different headspace and a more open heart.
Hey guys! How many calories does this workout burn? (Approx)
Just did this stretch workout! I feel soooo much better my body isn’t as tight as going into the workout. Thanks for sharing. I weighed 399 and I’m down to 371 this morning.
I’ve done your “deep core” practice at least 10x now, few times with my boyfriend, and we both love it! Judging from the comments on this video I’m hella excited LOL
EDIT: THOSE SIDE PLANKS WERE THE DEATH OF ME
Can we agree that Sean’s ten means your in for a baker’s dozen? 😉 Loved this workout. Looking forward to improving.
Aha, here’s a video that won’t aggravate the pinched nerve in my shoulder!
Adrienne, cackling probably: now for the forearm side body plank!!!
First attempt at yoga, this was great. I did what I could. I love how I did not have to look at you to know what you were asking. I do not know the names of poses. I will soon. Near the end I cried and don’t know why. Beautiful release I guess. I breathed through the tears and feel amazing. Your amazing, thank you, high 5 and a huge hug!
My neck hurt more than anything. I’m so frustrated, Can’t do this.
I’m look at the two of them thinking they are equally crazy.
Love this. When you want to reclaim your core and maybe awaken those post baby tummy muscles this really hits the spot. Thanks Adrienne you are a beautiful soul and I appreciate your continuing effort to post these videos.
How long does it take to get to your flexibility if I do these stretches everyday?
Lat,upper back, calf, biceps,ql, hip internal &external rotation,t spine stretch! Where are the crucial stretches?
LOVED this workout! I felt it hard in my abs, which is crazy to me…adding this to my workouts! Kit & Marnie are the best
Couple years ago I injured my right knee. I cannot achieve a deep knee bend for squats or for child’s pose. How do I ever get the knee function back?
I do Kit’s workouts everyday but today I had a sprained ankle. I was very upset I couldn’t do it but I still watched this video and it made me feel so much better! The power of Kit! XD
Tried it for the first time but not the last. Thanks mad fit’
I loved it specially the stretch at the end. I usually do yoga but I have never felt my body to stretch and relax like this before. Please share more str thing exercises Kit
Streaching these 4 days has made me felt better and energetic I move faster at school really helpful!
