I’m really enjoying and benefiting in so many ways from your Yoga sessions. Thank you so much.

If I am doing this session first thing in the morning, would you suggest some stretching first?
Thanks a lot

Thank you for this lovely practice with a stunning view! ✨
I. Am new to Yoga and find it terribly interesting and its strengthening my body. Unfortunately I didn’t have any sound from your video but i like the Beginners Standing Yoga. Looking forward to more workouts.. Thanx.
love your energy! my office did your video during our afternoon break and we really enjoyed it! by the power of gray skull!
You are adorbs Sean! Needed a quick 15 minutes, as I couldn’t do my daily pup walk with the L.A. fires raging outside. This was truly painless and easy to do in my home office! Will be coming back for more… ;p
thank you for this great video, this is the first time doing yoga in my house by myself…oh how my hamstrings need this!
Oh my goodness I did it thanks for your calm voice.
Sir which asan helps to get a slim belly And best figure for Male?
What joy! I just found this perfect yoga sequence this morning! I Work FIFO in Western Australia and don’t have a whole lot of spare time. This practice has all the asanas I could want to begin my day with. Thank you so much! namaste. (It was also lovely listening to an Australian accent )
Could you please post a 45 minute and hour vinyassa video please? love your videos!
Short and very, very nice with that exotic music, I thought, I stayed for 10 minutes on a nice place somewhere in the world.(: thank you Paula
I’m trying to regain my strength and this was perfect!! Thank you for another great class!! Many blessings
I’m a 37 year old man. Haven’t set foot in a gym since high school. Not grossly out of shape, but I haven’t been as active the last couple years as I was in the past.
I’ve always associated yoga with soccer moms, and “ohmmmm” type hippie stuff.
I gave it a shot because I’m looking to get back into shape, and want something low/no impact, and something to help with flexibility I’ve lost.my teens and 20’s I was always on a board. skateboard, snowboard, wakeboard, anything. So the balance aspect is something I like.
I recently got sober from years of alcohol, and cigarettes, and am starting a new job living and working at the base of Mt. St. Helens, so I’ll have lots of time to stand on a hillside, staring into the crater, and hitting some poses.
Only problem is I’ll have to do it by memory, no internet connection up there.
Thanks for being my first yoga experience! Fun stuff!
Wow! What a quality video! Amazing! You don’t speak more than u need to, we don’t even need to watch the video to understand. Quality flow… wow amazing! Thank you! I hit subscribe right away!
Good for an advanced-beginner level. I would suggest that those having a problem with a side plank could try a modified one (on an elbow instead of straight-armed). Side planks are not always easy for those with wrist problems. If that still poses a problem, you could even maintain the straight arm, but drop the knee on the floor. (I believe that is a pose name, but it eludes me right now. Some refer to it as a kneeling side plank… I don’t know if that is the actual name.)
Great easy workout for me Sean, just getting slowly back in to it after my hernia repair. Thanks.
Awesome short lunch time workout! Glistened a bit too!! Thx! Namaste!
Great video Paula. Even your voice is so peaceful. I did this routine this morning after my body was tight from too much dancing. This is great. Hard work but also stretched me out. Thank you!!
I made a commitment to do yoga everyday, even if I only do ten minutes. yoginimelbourne is my go to and this short sequence is my favorite! I absolutely love it. Thank you so much for this video!
i have been doing this yoga routine for over a year now and it is still my Favoured one. just thought i would let you know. Thank you.
I use this every day to way up. Paula you are fantastic. Keep up the wonderful gift you share with the world
This is excellent! I’ve been looking for a no-nonsense yoga sequence for a while, this was just perfect, thank you.
Thank u so very much. 10 wonderful minutes of my life spent wisely.
I decided to go study for an hour then an hour again before i go to bed. And trust me i really don’t want to do it. But i want to be a better student and also to keep away from cramming and procastinating so i decided to go look for yoga stretch and saw this and did it. I feel so relax! I will be using this every morning and everytime i want to stretch!!!
I dont work in an office but i might still totally do this at work!
चार वर्ष में योग द्वारा आपके शरीर में कितना परिवर्तन आया है यह आश्चर्यजनक है।
Perfect form and seemingly effortless-thank you for the best morning wake-up exercise!
Thank you for the lovely sequence, very relaxing. I especially liked the music, could you share the title or artist?
Thank you. This was a great morning before breakfast yoga in the kitchen!
Thank you for your video. You gave simple instructions and direct poses which is perfect for entry and intermediate poses for beginners or those trying for the first time. Namaslay
Thanks for your lovely yoga routine. I do it every morning and it is energising me throughout my day. Getting me through some challenging times too! Thanks again! xx
I’m so glad I found your channel! I aspire to have your amazing form one day. I get closer every day thanks to your videos!
Lol, I love your attitude and humor. You almost made me lose my focus with the Charlie’s Angels hahah!
I feel connected to the cosmos noiw: ) time for tennis. Thanks for sharing…some of us can;t afford yoga lessons. You are an Angel. Cheers!
Thank you so much for helping me keep up with my daily routine even though I can’t be bothered to roll out my mat today! I’m so loving your videos!
Great video!
I love yoga, and I combine it with crystal healing and strength. I have certain crystals that I love the most. If you want to see my crystals, visit Frank’s Beautiful Rocks and Minerals ( frankreiserrocksminerals.blogspot.com). They help me! Best wishes, Frank.
thanks for the yoga video. i also make yoga and meditation videos on my channel check it out?!
Thank you Paula for this wonderful Sequence, it is lovely just like you.
If you don’t know how to speak in english just speak in Hindi………….
Great sequence. Perfect antidote to my ashtanga practice. Easy to follow too. Thank you!
Thank you for such an easy sequence to follow. What do those who don’t have the mobility to do a straight legged downward dog/foward fold do? Is it just as simple as bending the knees and working towards straightening the legs?
Hello, from NYC. still loving this sequence! I always come back to it.:-) Quick Question, what is the flute music in the background? I really find it relaxing. Is there somewhere I could purchase it? Thank you. Namaste
Love this video! Great standing poses, my favourites. Is there a variation of the half moon as i have a shoulder problem and can’t put weight on my hand? Thanks:D
Don’t know if anyone else commented or noticed, but this video is shown in a commercial. Search “Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard In Samsung Galaxy Commercial” in the youtube bar and you’ll see it at 0:48 (it’s a cute commercial). Too bad they didn’t show the youtube name so others can find these great yoga videos!
I have done a lot of searching on YouTube for a calm yet energizing and challenging yoga sequence. Not only does this provide a challenge, but your voice is the most relaxing I’ve come across!:) I could watch this every morning to start off my day and consistently feel great afterwards:)
needed something to break up my study all-nighter lol. This worked nicely. First time I realised you balance by opposing force. I’ve only done yoga a couple times at school before this. There isn’t room for it to be regularly in my life right now but I understand how good it is now. landscape is so beautiful also
Dude, you are awesome. Thanks for making life sweeter!!! Much love from Downunder.
Thank you vedry much for this video! Calm pleasant music, calm pleasant voice, quiet practice give me peace. Thanks a lot!
Thanks! Before going to work, every morning, I really love to do this 10 minutes sequence.
You’re funny. Loved the session. Will be following. Thumbs up
You had me laughing so, yeah. It’s a thumbs up. Thanks. 15 minutes down…
Love the setting! Please more flows in interesting and beautiful settings like this one ❤️
A good sequence.. thank you.. the translation is v funny tho!
I watched the video standing on the patio with the neighbor’s dogs looking at my like ” what is he doing”? Entertaining.. Now to actually do standing yoga.. Thank you for this..I’ve been having thyroid related joint pain and decided to get back into yoga…
I did it 2xs. The dogs fell asleep..
Thanks for this tight, strong yoga sequenceso much in 10 min… wow!
Eagle arms crouching tree forward fold is just one of the original moves you get to do in this Yoga (for beginners?).
This is one of my fav yoga routines! I normally do this after a 30 min run.
Thanks for uploading:)
I did your very beginning class on the mat for 2 weeks. I have never done yoga. I am 68 years old. Today I decided to try your 15 min Yoga Class Standing Yoga for Beginners. Very disappointed in myself. I literally could not get through it. I made most of the way but had to stop after the first warrior pose. bummer.
That was great, needed a fast non-seated routine right now
This was greatespecially with the added challenge of staying balanced while laughing. I hope there are more of these videos. Thanks!
I just love this routine. I do it every morning and it makes me feel great. Love it, love it. Thanks for making it fun!
“My hands are outside the lens, but rest assured they’re still there.” Hahaha this guy cracks me up.
Great lunch time routine. Decided to try something different today rather than going for the same walk around the block:) thanks Sean!
This video just got me through the worst back pain of my life. I was able to concentrate on two different energies of my body, not fall over, and feel so much better!!!!!!!
Thank you so much for this short yoga sequence. I use it very early in the morning before running and sometimes after. It releases stress in my body and helps calm me.
Just found this video and enjoyed it as my first ever yoga. I am extremely overweight and found it easy enough to follow and make whatever adjustments I needed. If I couldn’t do something, I just kept doing the initial exercise until he switched. If I got tired, I would skip the second round of an exercise and start immediately on the next round. I liked that they were all standing positions because I can’t like on my back or be on my knees and sitting on the floor removes a lot of my flexibility. It was a workout for me but I did the 15 minutes. Yoga may be my new try at weight loss and strengthening.
This is my second day doing this and as someone who has no flexibility and is a beginner 100% I found this easy enough to follow but challenging enough to keep me focused on the work out. Thank you for sharing!
I realize your video is 4 years old but I’m so glad I found it. Your funny comments made yoga much more fun and tolerable!
Glad I found you in this YouTube jungle. Beautiful beautiful sequence. Your description of it was perfect. Your narration was bang on. Almost didn’t have to look at the video. Thank you thank you
Really great short yoga video! I wanted to start doing yoga but start simple and short amount of time and this has been perfect! My 5th day in a row doing this video! Thanks so much! Namaste❤
Great! Thank you. Looks easy but it does require a lot especially for a beginner.
Thank you so much! I really enjoyed your humor. As a woman, a masculine man’s humor is breath of fresh air, especially in yoga practices. Appreciate it!
that will be a very good warm up routine for my squat training:) thank you!
I was looking for a short standing session to do when I felt like I’d been sitting too long working. This is great! Your commentary puts a smile on my face, and the routine gets me out of my chair. Staying off the floor keeps my giant dog from stepping on me. Thanks for the great video!
I had abdominal surgery a few weeks back. I’m a runner and couldn’t stand sitting around not being able to run. I tried some yoga videos and found anything with sitting or childs pose was too hard so I sought out standing only I’ve been doing this video all week and I enjoy it. Thank you!! Your commentary is fun and I like that your poses aren’t too long for my current limitations. Oh and another thing as I go about my day, I hear your voice in my head saying your pet peeve is seeing people with their shoulders forward, I’m working at keeping my shoulders back.
babmabam! nr #2 video with you since my “comeback” done. Thank…dankeschön mein Freund!:D
my range of movement is very, very, very small and I still have “chronic lower back pain + front shoulder and especially wrist daily pain” but I believe with ya daily help I will conquer it.:)))
Thanks for all the videos I am a beginner just learning I use to lift dumbells a lot is it a good idea to mix weights with yoga
I referenced your video in my description for my juicing videos:) https://youtu.be/E7RgXNBaZvU still love of my favorite videos!
this video is great as a daily routine! short and energetic. thanks
bambambam. another day another yoga session with sir Sean! hehe dankeschöN!:D / #19 with you!:)
This is by far the best vinyasa yoga sequence……..thanks for sharing.
I have to say that I thought it was a great workout with challenging poses for beginners. I personally felt like it was more advanced than a beginner level (especially those who have balance issues) however the shortness of the routine saved it from being too overwhelming.
I think it would feel like an achievement to be able to do these poses correctly and hold them for a significant amount of time.
Do you have any advice for people who have weak ankle ligaments? I have weak ankles, and I find it hard to keep my balance in some of the poses like warrior 3 I’m hoping that by practising these balance poses I will strengthen my ligaments but can I ask if you know of any extra exercises I could do? Thanks:)
Great beginners class, thanks for making it so relaxed and fun! I’ll be doing this everyday from now on, building up to the 30 minute workout:) the Niles Crane reference was what made me hit the subscribe button!
One of my faves! I’ve been dealing with a bum knee and have had trouble doing most of my go-to routines, and walking alone just wasn’t doing it for me lol, so I was looking for something that was a little easier on them and this was perfect!
you are the most hilariously annoying person quick bit of exercise fun thank you!
Loved this slightly more irreverant take on Yoga:) Nice little session.
Great sequence. Use it while on my 10 minute break at work. Thx again,:)
It has been a while since I did yoga. Since I am still living in my small one room thingy in south Korea for the next 1 1/2 weeks but I wanted to start over again I decided to search for some standing positions. I am also overweighted trying to loose weight by starting some more exersices again.
This yoga time was fun and I am definetly going to do some more of you workouts!
Thanks!
That was awesome! Your funny jokes distracted me from how awful I am at yoga lol this vid actually made it fun and accessible. I’m gonna keep watching your vids and trying, hopefully I will improve:)
Just did this routine for the first time, and doing yoga for the second time ever (first time was another of your videos on flexibility for beginners) and wow. I feel better after this than one hour at the gym. I am also discovering I have more balance than I thought, hehe. Love your channel and looking worward trying the other videos!!
This was a lot of fun. Im surprisingly huffing and puffing. The charlies angels warrior pose was the hardest to keep. I kept grabbing onto a chair. I was smiling all the way through. thanks for sharing
I love the back roll best part of every yoga and the upward dog
lol, reatest Yoga video I’ve ever watched. Love the humor in it! Sometimes folks are to calm and straight faced, but you have a very fun way of doing it. Awesome job! Saved and I’ll be watching more!
So glad I stumbled across your account! I was laughing at all the jokes while getting in a great stretch. Going to go scroll through the rest of your videos now!
Thank you so much! I have not exercised in decades. Now I am trying to get weight off and muscle tone back. Yoga seemed to call to me, but this is the first video I’ve been able to do all the way through, even though I did have to modify some of the poses. Your personality shines, your voice is soothing and the encouragement is exciting. I’ll be back tomorrow!
Awesome! loved going from tree to dancer! so smooth! peeerfect for a sunny morning at home. Thanks!!!
Thank you, thank you & THANK YOU!!!!! I am about 100 lbs over weight and on this journey to get the weight off I’ve discovered I love yoga but alot of yoga poses dont love me. Thank you for posting beginners videos that are actually beginner friendly. They are also fat girl friendly too. lol I am really looking forward to moving on to some of your more advanced videos in the future.
Nice& simple, while seeing vdo.but we have to take it in practice.❤️ God bless u.fwd to friends.
haha yea right, for beginners my ass, you went from 0 to 100.
Good Morning, that was fast but perfect to wake up to! I sometimes need a more faster routine, I have gotten slower as I am older.
thanks for this great lesson bro!!!!
love it.
i upload some yoga videos myself sometimes and you inspired me A LOT
NAMASTE
Thanks! I trained as a singer so I can make my voice sound like anyone:)
Sean
Ohhhhh My God… This can’t not be a coincidence…. Yesterday I went to sleep late because my work… Tomorrow I woke up late (I’m an entrepreneur) I had my 15 minutes of meditation, then my breakfast to begin to work again… After my lunch… I decided to take a nap to recover energy and well no Yoga during the day (I thought)…. But early I decided to practice at my 5 pm today… Checking my notifications… A new class of Teacher Bird? … How can she knows that I didn’t my practice today?? … (one of my friends usually ask… “are you psychic??? )… I don’t believe that our beautiful teacher Bird be Psychic… I prefer to think that she’s an caring of all of us in here
Thanks for my class today, my gentle Teacher… I’ll check it after this looong comment and then I will practice it
Recovering from a bad accident and found your video, it’s really helping! Thank you

I just combined running, sprinting, and biking with yoga. Good sweat and stretch to prevent injuries.
This is what i was looking for. Wishing you happiness and success.
Hi Sean how about a 5min stretch for long haul flights? Just an idea
I always come back to this workout when I am short on time and or my upper body is tired. Classic standing series, does a body good.
Thank you for this video, it embarks on my new yoga lifestyle!:)
absolutely loved this yoga video! I’m going to work on warrior until i succeed. Thank you so much! <3
I just started doing yoga a few times a week. I am so thankful for videos like this. Thank you for putting this out there!
This was great for at work! You should make more like these.
Thank you for your videos. This is the second year that my special needs students are following your videos. They love them and have had great success. I think I shared earlier about one student who wasn’t able to reach very far finally being able to reach a can off the self after a few months of doing your videos every school day. I’ve recommending your videos to all the other Sp. Ed teachers. My efforts were so successful that they officially added Yoga to our Curriculum requirements this year!
First time doing yoga in years. Thanks for a GREAT 15 minutes!
Thank you, I hope you have a great future and an amazing present
Thank you! Finally a beginners yoga that I, as an overweight extreme beginner, was able to follow for the most part. I felt it all too and it felt like a good workout. Thank you!!!
This was easy to follow for a beginner like me and the scenery was beautiful! This will definitely be going into my rotation of go-to videos.
Thank you for making this video! I don’t have a mat and I was searching for a standing yoga practice. Glad I found this one:)
great class for good posture and alignment, felt fantastic after completing it, then went for a long walk.
Just did this drunk and I loose my balance every time when I’m sober but managed to stay balanced drunk hahahahahahahahahhs
Thank you! Rarely do I go to the office, but when i do, its on the day that office yoga vids are released. thank you for jumpstarting my office session today
Thank you for the barefoot office practice. You’re so close by, as I live in Slovenia. Doing yoga and feeling connected…
Thanks for making this amazing yoga video. My girlfriend and I love it! ✌️❤️
Aaawww… I didn’t want it to end! This was so effective, yet so easy for me to do. Wish this was an hour long.
Great instruction, fun, good sequence. Thank you! I’ll recommend this!
Excellent comments on correct alignment for asanas so many people don’t focus on alignment, which is so important. Thank you.
perfect short sequence for a busy day ❤ thank you Paula
This is absolutely my favorite yoga video. It makes me feel so grounded, and I love the mountains!
Mate, wow! I watch yoga flows daily to get ideas for my classes and I am not often THAT impressed BOTH for the actual flow and fluidity, but also for all the information you provide, options how to get to each pose and most importantly the mindfulness you bring with the opposing lines of energy etc. Thank you so much for sharing your practice, beautiful!
Beautiful scenery. Your outfit is a nice contrast to the background! Would be difficult to do Yoga in such a scenic location.
Great yoga video for beginners and you kept me entertained as well.
I really enjoyed this! Struggle and fell a couple of times but it was great for my first time! Thanks
I like the voice and music. Also, speed of the flow is the best for me:)
Feeling all the good feels after this standing yoga practice! I loved transitioning from dancer into chair pose. The cue to press down as if we’re pushing down peanut butter was helpful. Thanks Candace!
I LOVE this routine! I’ve never held dancer pose for as long as I did today!! Thank you!
Super relaxed after my tabata sesh. Thank for creating this.

Thanks for this it was just what I needed this afternoon and so perfect for the office. (With my door shut so no one saw me falling out of poses!) I will do it again!
This was great! The routine, background and YOU are beautiful!!! You’ve helped me so much through your videos!
+Valentina Perry Thanks for the heads up on the commercial, I’m amazed that you actually recognised it! Yes, it would have been great if they had linked it. Thanks for watching my videos:)
Loved this. Absolutely perfect. Just what I needed. Thank you!
The scenery is so wonderful! The retreat must have been amazing! That was a great practice! Just the stretch I needed! Thank you for this practice, Candace. Namasté!
A fabulous 10 minutes. Got everything in necessary to start your day.
this will be alot nicer if the audio was just a bit louder…
Sir jo pehla aasan hai konqsan usme ham 4 to 5 feet distance lete hai pr niche jhukte waqt pair ke toe ke yaha pain hota hai aur distance kam krne se udhar pain nahi hota to distance km liya to chalega sir ji
I’m adding your short sessions to do during my work as I sit at a desk all day. They’re quite energizing and I can feel the tension in my body melt away.
I am doing these asanas along with some other coupled with suryanamaskars everyday and I can see the difference in terms of toning my leg muscles. Thank you very much for sharing.
at our house shawn is the man of the hour every morning. Love u shawn.
I would also like to add that at the age of 36, this is the FIRST time I have EVER felt good after exercising. I have spent the last year to two years focusing on healing emotionally and eating more healthily. I am currently still overweight and unfit. For the last two weeks I have been religious about taking my detox supplements. Even though my diet hasn’t been a hundred percent clean, it has been nutrient dense.
I decided that this year would be the year to get more fit and supple. I found this routine quite difficult however to my utter surprise I felt good after it. I have never ever felt good after exercise, in fact it has always made me feel drained and ill. This has been a hugely responsible for my lack of motivation to exercise. I wonder whether the changes I have made over the last couple of years have contributed to this?
Despite not being diagnosed with any health issues besides depression, my health has not been great. Being obese and depressed is severely limiting. I can’t tell you how wonderful it is to be coming out the other side of this. It has happened solely through diet, herbs and mental attitude tools like hypnosis/meditation etc.. No medication or even counseling (although I highly recommend counseling if needed). I still get weeks or days of feeling down. However, feeling down is nothing in comparison to being depressed.
I feel very happy with the direction that my health is going in. This was all made possible due to access to the internet. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful tool. There is n o excuse for anyone not to gain the knowledge they need if they have an internet connection. It’s all here somewhere… we are so lucky.
Hi Bird this was just what I needed! Wrist free lets me continue my flow practice ♀️ pure magic….. with gratitude namaste ❤️
