I really liked all of the Loonyspoons cookbooks so I was excited when I saw this cookbook was available. I purchased it and have tried quite a few of the recipes. I find a lot of the recipes to be quite bland and nothing particularly special. Her salads are very good, but some of the others (the chicken ones in particular) I tried were disappointing.

In the marinade did you put the juice of one lime or half a line. And if I’m only making 4 pieces of chicken should I cut the amount of ingredients in half because this recipe is for 8 pieces of chicken
