March 20, 2020. Creating a culture of health in the workplace can be a daunting task. It takes a group of champions to help implement a culture of wellness.
Here are eight strengths of a wellness champion that can help impact the culture of wellness in your workplace. Community of Champions Inspires Idea-Sharing Around the Globe Cooper’s wellness program has a global footprint spanning across more than 40 sites around the world with over 250 wellness champions putting wellness into action across time zones and continents.Wellness Champions will receive professional development, technical assistance, and other resources that will support their efforts to fulfill their Wellness Champion role in their school community. They will build a peer network to support wellness work. A Wellness Champion will receive a maximum amount of $550 stipend for their efforts.
