STS is beautifully produced with ultra clear audio and video. Most of the equiment needed are workout items that most home exercisers do (or should have in their home gym). The only extra purchase I had to do was buy a set of 25 lb dumbbells and the weighted gloves and weighted vest because I do not have a squat rack.This is a continuation of my introduction to Cathe’s STS (Shock Training System) program. I teach some moves like this in my class, but I use small towels because the paper plates scratch the top coat of the hard wood floors in our aerobics studio. They work great also!! Fun and challenging moves!!! Thanks, Cathe! Terri

This is an awesome workout very original all other fitness instructors take notes this is pure quality..no filler standard moves.
So, how do you finally calculate your 1RM, you spoke so much bullsith for 10 min.
I’ve had this for almost a year now. I STILL can’t do some of the moves. Today I finally got through all of weights and plates. My form isn’t great yet, but man was I proud. Can’t wait until I’m strong enough to not have sweat pouring down when I do this.
Happy I stubled onto this video clip. Really like You tube due to this sort of info!!!My homeboy was formerly bullied. He explained he was intending to get bigger. I didn’t believe him. Then out of the blue he packed on 40lbs of natural muscle. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). He doesn’t get bullied any more.

This looks great! (And, um, hard those paper plate planks look like they are going to kill!!). There are also some moves that will likely take me years to master (the ones where you are practically doing a handstand with feet on the ball and in the air come to mind!
