I have always been overweight, even as a kid. I always ate unhealthy and never liked working out because that sweaty feeling that made me uncomfortable, along with mental health issues that made me insecure.
Doing this workout was difficult for me but I definitely felt the burn and the sweat! So I won’t give up and I’ll keep coming back to this video everyday.

First workout in 2 years. I thought I could do this easy but it was actually more tough than I imagined and in the end a very suitable exercise routine for beginners. Super clear instructions both through video and voice. Thank you, I will do this again.
Did this yesterday in two parts as I was struggling. She makes the whole thing look like a stroll in the park . Is it OK to do this the following day if your a bit stiff, in pain basically sore muscles?
Day 2 almost didn’t do it as my muscles were feeling sore and tired. Woke up had a boiled egg, piece of toast and glass of water. Waited 30 mins and was hyped to go. I’m not able to do all moves exactly as she does but I pushed. Had to stop for a little longer a couple of times but felt amazing with sweat streaming down my face lol. I used to be hardcore fitness fanatic from 1931 and stopped. Im 46 now and totally out of shape. This is helping me so much! Feel great and just made a nutriblast!

I forced myself to do intense workouts, like the 1000 calorie ones, obsessively-I would never choose to do a low impact workout/see the value in it. Now, I am watching this as I heal from an injury, and videos like this are invaluable to be able to experience the gifts of moving my body without stressing it out. I’ve looked up 12 videos about workouts since I’m a beginner to all of this stuff and this is the only video which i found that i felt comfortable not just the workout but i had motivation since she wasnt bullshitting, she got tired too and I did a lot so thank you to this person, this is definitely my daily workout routine for cardio!!!
I’m a little chubby at 120 pounds being only 5 ft so I will try this exercise and modify my diet and see if I can lose these 20 pounds. As I go along, I hope to do add more to the workout and make it 30 minutes. Hopefully this goes well and I will update my progress.

this is the best cardio workout I’ve ever done. I’m serious this is the best
I am 103 kg. Most of the workouts I tried earlier involves some sort of jumping which puts stress over my calf and for the next 3 days I will not be able to continue the workout due to the pain but this work out did not put any stress on my legs but at the same time it is exhausting (at least for me) and I need to take a 3 min pause instead of the 1 min pause but glad that I completed it.
Today is my first day. Let’s see how it goes. I will post my weight once a week.

I’ve used this video few years ago to lose some weight also start working out. It really did help me out my main goal was not to lose a lot of weight but only around 6-7kgs it helped me a lot with a nice healthy diet.

For a beginner like myself i dont even recommend running, just get used to the cardio machines at first, have a well paced walk until your breath is heavy but you can still talk and you can feel the sweats come on, after that 10 minutes on treadmill or cycling, you are warmed up to keep going or do some light weights, don’t over work yourself until you’re sore next day, it makes beginners fall out of going back the next day due to soreness and DONT FORGET TO STRETCH!!! stretch before and after working out to avoid sore muscles!:)

I’ve been doing this workout for 5 days and prior to that I did it for 2 days and stopped because of soreness (I pushed it too far trying to prove something to myself?!). I just wanted to say that after 5 days this workout has felt easier! Today I was able to go ahead without the video, so now I can take this little routine wherever I go. I’ve improved at leg curls and lunges and my balance is getting there. All this in 5 days, i’m genuinely surprised. If I get converted to loving standing crunches though, i’d be really amazed

This is a pretty decent workout during the month of Ramadan ( month of fasting) won’t do it regularly cause it’s low impact but good for now!

My only issue with this workout is the moves at 7:36 and 9:13 are hard when you have a big gut. Anyone recommend any other workouts meant for those with a belly?

The first time I did this exercise I can barely do squats and I can’t do the lunges. Ever since, I did this exercise every morning and I can do and endure all the exercise.

I tried sitting back on the Arc Trainer several times and I ended up with IT band syndrome. My life has been nothing but pain and physical therapy for two months now. I haven’t been able to work out properly since my injury and am getting out of shape. My leg muscles are still inflamed and extremely tight and my physical therapist says I might need surgery. So yeah, maybe don’t do that modification!
Is this really for beginners? I ended up doing mine in 45mins cos I kept pausing to catch my breath

As much as I do appreciate your efforts in presenting these very useful workouts for the benefit of all, but I and my partner both sustained some sort of shoulder discomfort by now has been a more than a month! We are both considered fit and keep doing exercises regularly. On your specific one doing – hands on the floor as if doing press up – was a prone to cause shoulder injury.. although, I had a shoulder dislocation in sport back in the days and have weak shoulder muscles, yet this move of diving on the floor is a step which you would have to reconsider your advice for your followers in order to categorise as beginners, medium range and advance. In my opinion, advance is the class you should advise to follow this particular training so they don’t get shoulder injury and complications..

Hey Chris, first I wanna say keep up the great work and thanks for inspiring so many people. So here’s the thing, I’ve been working out for a while now and I have been going especially hard during this break that we have at home. Even throughout all my body weight and weight training I haven’t seen any improvement in my upper body. I would really really appreciate it if you made an upper body workout that only consists of dumbbells because that’s all I’ve got at home. Or could you even make a video talking about the mistakes that people make that is stopping their muscles from growing. I stay in very remote place in India. My wife advise fitness blender. It’s changed my life. I have done all they work out till now. They r just excellent. I cannot do without them single day. I was 92 kgs now I’m 82 kgs now I eat moderately thanks fitness blender for changing my attitude towards life

Great work out, but I only made it 14 minutes before I almost threw up.

I’m on week 2 of doing this workout everyday. I’m already starting to see a difference! This is the workout I’ve been looking for. I can push myself when I want to but on the days that I don’t feel like working out at all I can do this and just concentrate on the stretch and taking my time.

I have been overweight all my life. I still remember the first time I thought I was fatter than my friend, we were both eight. I am not saying overweight people shouldn’t feel confident, because I truely think they should but I have never managed. Being skinny and feeling attractive has been my deepest longing all my life. I am turning 30 soon and I’ve decided as a birthday present to myself, in the name of selflove, I will be skinny and attractive. So I am going to watch my calories, do intermittend fasting, workout every morning for 20 minutes and weigh myself daily for the next 18 month. I have enough time to loose 35 Kilogram in a healthy way. All I have to do is not give up.
