I hope they have improved these, after the second one I got from Wal-Mart I moved on to a better quality machine. The weak spot on these is where the pivot axle goes through, the holes wallow out, both of mine lasted about two months each.

Im 5’6 so thats pretty bad for me. i did 30 minutes of your videos 5-6 days a week and i can just now say today i am 167 lbs! i believe this more like interval training, not true HIIT training. HIIT training is a little different. I do interval training similar to this.

I had the best HIIT treadmill session in my life and that’s only because of your 20-40 routine! Thank you I enjoyed cardio so much more today rather than the straight up 35 mins of steady state that I normally do. I also worked harder in that 20 minutes than I do in the 35 min steady state! Hi maryana.. how do you track calories burned when you workout?
I’m not being a hater and I do appreciate you for what you do but I would suggest a couple of things:
1. You are a smart guy. Stop with the “know what I’m sayin'”. You might think I’m being a jerk but go back and count how many times you say it. It takes away from your presentation. Also, if you’re going to review equipment, you should screenshot each item. You’re hot but just watching a hot, beautiful buff dude talk about equipment with no pix is kinda yawn-worthy.
2. Every trainer and all that I’ve studied about training, endurance, calorie burn, etc. says that a sit down machine will never give you the full body workout, especially core workout, that a machine that requires you to be standing will give you.
3. If you ever update your reviews, consider reviewing the Vision Fitness S7100HRT Elliptical. Beautiful machine. No noisy rollers as you really glide on this super sturdy home fitness machine.

There’s a way to make this harder. Place a heavy long resistance band around your shoulders and under your feet on the steps. As you ha ven’t got levels of resistance on the steps the only way to make it harder is to create more resistance bearing down

i fucking love these videos, ive been on and off on my workouts since of been so occupied with my new job and a new puppy, so ive just been not doing my workouts, and i see all my friends getting buff asf, and im still here chubby. but these videos really gave me the motivation to get back to it, its a quick workout leaving me time to do work and take care of my new dog, i hope it sticks well cause i got to get into better shape before wrestling season starts, if it does…..
nice vid, I have done rope skipping and running but honestly rope skipping gets my calves super sore and my knees are not too happy with my runs either lol. So might try this little machine.
Just finished this workout at night imma count it at yesterday so today imma do another workout of this so far I’m sweating a lot I’m dripping this is the workout I been looking for I have faith in this one ☝️ let’s grind!
