The workout is excellent! But the camera work/editing is terrible! How can you have the close-up when they’re switching the workout to next movement? We don’t know what to do with our legs or hands when you are showing only upper body or partial body parts? It happens almost all in your videos. The person who is editing is clearly not doing the job from the perspective of people who are working out with the videos in front of the screen.

Started a month ago. I cut down weight. Do it with my family. Our garage and our speaker has been our gym. I can run and not get tired fast. It feels good. I’ve tried most of his videos. To switch it up. Order excersices were to painful on my feet. And would stop at 15 min mark. I can complete these.

I’ve done this 3-4 times a week since April alongside eating better by tracking my calorie/macros and I’ve managed to lose 16lbs so far. Question, as an obese person, the only exercise in this video that I couldn’t do were the lunges. Does anyone have an idea on what I could do as an alternate exercise during that part that would help strengthen my legs to be able to do them in the future? For instance in some of their other videos, I do squat pulses when they do lunges, but this one has enough of that, lol, I don’t know that is the best replacement here.
I think I’m doing this once a day for 5-6 days and today I did it without stopping for the first time and I’m so happy!!

I love all your workouts but I wanted to give a special mention to this one, as it’s one of the first I did about 3 months ago. At that stage I was able to do it all ‘fairly’ easily, but I was exhausted nonetheless. Now, I’m able to do it with the addition of hand weights AND I repeat the third non-stop routine a second time (so 4 repetitions in total)! So that really shows how much my fitness must have come on. I went to the gym regularly before lockdown, and thought I was already pretty fit but your workouts have helped me increase that!! Thank you:-) I’ll definitely look at signing up with you as an alternative to rejoining my gym…

Tried this workout today [i have knee problems] and was literally drenched in sweat when I finished. Can feel the burn, adrenaline, I feel good and my knees aren’t crying for help compared to when I execute other workouts. Love it.
I actually had fun. Hey, I was told by a physical therapist that the majority of exercises do not have to be high impact. In fact that is where they see many “injuries”. You can still get a high impact workout w/o jumping. I did not believe her until I was in a pool of sweat asking why PT are not fitness instructors?!?!

I have been following a body project from a month ago, and my body has managed to lose weight, you guys are awesome.
You guys are unreal.. almost stop and heard that words says “my mental is stronger than my body” in that moment i fucking laugh and have that strength back to kick those unhealthy thoughts.. Human supposed to be like you guys. are you guys even human? or a super one? hmm
Instead of crying tears of frustration and defeat, I cry tears if happiness at the end of these workouts. They make me feel so good about myself. This one was brutal, had to hit pause a couple times but I finished. I appreciate that there is no jumping (I’m sure my downstairs neighbors do as well ) wil def do this one again. THANK YOU

I love most of Danial and Alex’s workouts, and this one is good, but most of the time the workout moves don’t go with the music. That is just a pet peeve of mine, so I’ll skip this one and go back to others that are just as good but to the beat!

This is an absolute savior in this tough pandemic time when cardio workout is not allowed in the US gyms because you have to wear face mask and it becomes extremely dangerous when you do cardio with face mask on. I started doing body project workouts 2 weeks ago and I have been dodging Alex’ because I f find them intense and hard till today I gave it a try. I don’t know how many times I posed in between the exercise but I’m glad I finished till the end. I was sweating like there’s no tomorrow in end end I loved it as my 9year old was there to cheer me up. She gave me a high five ✋. So repeating it tomorrow. The lockdown had its benefits. It led me here 4 months ago. Lost some weight but more importantly feel much healthier with e revise, food tweaking and Daniel’s motivation.
I really enjoyed this. I’ve been working out for several weeks now, and at first I thought this routine was going to be too easy. It builds, though, and my heart rate was up, and I had worked up a good sweat by the end! I could even feel that I had worked some muscles pretty well. And most importantly, my knees and shoulders didn’t hurt at the end. Love the encouragement and positivity the trainer exudes. Thanks for this routine!! I plan to include it a couple of times a week with some of my other workouts. And hopefully I’ll progress to some of the more advanced more advanced routines before too long.

I used to have 3 different workout videos with 3 to 5 different exercises that I would alternate out weekly. Now I do your Body Project videos for two weeks, then do each of those for 1 week each. This low impact cardio workout is my 2nd favorite for the workout, the favorite for the music and the fun!!!! The advanced fat burning HIIT cardio video is my favorite for workouts!!! Thank you!!! I always do these workouts on my smart TV where I can’t comment, so I just wanted to drop in to say just how fantastic this channel is! Im always a little nervous when I see Alex in a video because she’s a beast, but I love just how much these are all customizable to your own fitness level, and just on what my body needs on a specific day.

I’ve struggled a lot with keeping my workouts regular after working through a severe burnout a couple of years ago, where before I’d hit the gym and lift weights several times a week and kept myself in shape, and after burning out just collapsing completely in all manners. So I’ve been on and off the gym, tried other types of workouts and different gyms as well with no results. And I’ve always felt that I haven’t had enough self-discipline to do workouts at home, and ‘needing’ a gym. Well, I canceled that gym membership, because there’s no way I won’t want to do these workouts with you guys. It’s so much fun, it’s quick and efficient, and I can work around my joint pains as well. I started faithfully exercising with Body Project 3 weeks ago. I count calories, yoga and walk 2 miles. Somedays I do only one thing somedays 2 but I do something everyday. I love your workouts and the crew is great. Even though others don’t see a visible change I feel amazing. I feel changes going on inside physically, mentally and even spiritually. Hello from Canada . I just recently found TeamBodyProject and I am loving the workouts. During Covid like everyone not going to the gym has taken its toll on me. Now every weekend morning I get up about 6am and do a video. First few minutes are tough but then I get into and feel energized which carries me through the day. The Instructor is amazing and I love the motivational comments throughout. It is nice to see that he has real people working out behind him and not super models. Keep the workouts coming and thank you for getting me moving again.

I added the word ‘fun’ to my workout search today and came across this. I loved it! It didn’t feel as out of breath-making as some others I have tried but the sweat is rolling off me anyway. I am 51 years old. I had a total hip replacement a few years ago and I am a 31 year kidney transplant patient. I was looking for low impact work out. Folks I did this work out at my speed! You guys should do more of these kinds of exercise with dancing incorporated into it. Your regular workouts are great, but nothing like a good dance can really help burn the fat. I love this one!

I’ve never been a huge fan of exercise, but I’ve been trying to be more active since the lockdown started, to help my mental and physical health. I’ve looked through 100s of workout videos on YouTube, but Body Project workouts remain my favorite. The music is always great, the energy is high, the moves are easy to follow, and I always feel motivated to stick with it to the end!

I was worried this workout would be too easy since it’s low impact, but it was very good! I did a hard workout yesterday and my legs are really sore, so I wanted something that would get my heart rate up but wouldn’t be too painful. According to my Fitbit, I burned almost 300 calories and my heart rate reached peak zone a few times. Thanks!

I do workouts with Sydney Cummings 6 days a week so am used to some pretty hardcore stuff but was impressed with this workout. Heart rate up and a proper sweat on. Could anyone tell me approximately how many calories im burning when i do this excercise? Maybe that prior beginner/intermediate video was around 150-200, but this is gotta be at least 250-300. Im sweating like a madman!

50years and weighing 100kgs i did low impact for 2 days then rested one day,today i decided to try intermediate and it was tough halfway i wanted to quit but i pushed through to the end and i feel lighter and energized with better sleep.I thank God i found this and i will do my best to see my weight go down to under 90kgs.

Just finished this work out right now. this is my 7th day of exercising. I did your low impact exercise video on the first 6th days but today I tried this intermediate video and I finished it without pausing. Next time I will try the advance when i get more stronger. I think this is my favourite Body Project workout. I like the variation in the moves, the quick transitions and that I can go faster if I want to. Gets the heart rate up, that’s for sure.

This is my second week working out with you guys and i have to say this one almost made me throw up but i think that was an indicator that i needed to slow down a bit and take a break which i took a lot of those but i still pushed through and finished the workout and now i feel really good

I have been working out with the “fun, low impact workout” for a total beginner, but now I switch to “Low Impact 30 minute cardio beginners/ intermediate” and it feels good. before exercising with Daniel, I couldn’t even walk or run a block. But now I am able to run and jog. Daniel is so nice and encouraging. I’m thankful to find this video. I feel proud that I finished the 30 min cardio intermediate which is a whole different level and I sweat a lot. Thank you so much.
I liked this but slower on some combos so I can get it down and make the most of it. Great work out though

I am on my 6th week now and the results are astounding. I incorporated this exercise with 16/8 IF. I don’t weigh myself, because I knew I would be developing muscles. Instead I just took a photo of myself each week and a lot of my clothes and jeans fit to me now. This is so good thank you
I joined body project here about 4 days ago and I do a different tape every day; I did this one about 30 minutes ago and I finished Yay; I’m 68 and when I started I weighed 170 I’m now down 5 pounds; probably because I completely shifted my eating from garbage and junk food to fresh fruits, veggies, fish, chicken, eggs and feel FABULOUS!! I’ve been doing this workout and Alex’s Intermediate HIIT for almost 2 months now. I was able to lose 5 kgs. I also don’t eat rice (first month), then up to half cup of rice (2nd month) + Less sugar and soda intake. I will use your workouts to lose 3 more kilos and still try to be consistent thank you so much!

I stopped at 17 mins. I usually push myself but I started to feel faintish and nauseous. I will continue this tomorrow and I will get my health in order. I am only 20 but I am keen to reverse this obesity and Diabetes.

My new gave workouts! Great pace but low impact saves the joints.
I’m 24 and just got diagnosed with IIH and so I get dizzy easily and my vision goes dark if I go up and down so these standing workouts are a blessing. With the IIH I really need to lose weight while I wait to see a neurologist. I am at 255lbs. Wish me luck everyone and hopefully I’ll be back in the comments in the future to keep you updated. I’m so out of shape and obese that I could only do 10 minutes. But I’m also proud I did 10 minutes! Subbing and saving this work out to keep at it and eventually finish!
