I was facing digestion issues from a few months then I came across this tip that filling your stomach: have one part food, one part water(in beginning) and leave one part empty(for air). Means stop eating when 1/3rd of your is hunger is still there. It was told by our prophet saww I gave it a try and it worked so well.also not just bloating go away but also I felt less lazy and lethargic, energy level was unexpectedly high. It was hard to practice bcoz in our culture they say eat alooot untill tummy is more than full (pait bhar kar khana) but if you can manage your portion you’ll love the results. Plus I read scientific logic about it: during digestion process gasses ‘re released so there should be some space in stomach for them for proper digestion otherwise u know that bad breath issues bloating etc. May it be helpful for others as well.take care

Every time I ate anything my stomach would be so uncomfortable and really full feeling and lots of time in the bathroom:-(! After taking plexus probiotics for a few months it got so much better! Not long ago I started to drink a banana + peanut butter + rice milk smoothie every morning, sometimes with a spoon of vegan protein powder. It’s just delicious. On the first day I already started to feel bloated (though it was from anything else), but after several days it began to be even painful. So I stopped, I’ve drank that just once or twice since then and I felt right away the bloating.

Is this safe to use if trying to lose weight while pregnant?
I found the type of bean matters, at least to my body anyway. Lentils I’ve never had a problem with. After eating small amounts everyday and gradually increasing the amount, I learned that garbanzo and black beans are no problem. But I avoid pinto beans. The human body is a strange machine.
So my weight rn is around 140 lbs (my goal is 120) if I can find my scale I’ll update! Also I am using the egg diet and working out for 30 mins a day using pamala Reif’s small waist exercise and a few other ones!

Growing up in a Pakistani family, we were constantly given caraway seeds by my mother. It used to be hard to take but they worked a miracle. Mixing them in water, or adding to cooking is a good wayof getting them inside you to immediately reduce bloating and gassy pain.

You mentioned Kafir, so did my doctor. I started drinking the brand Lifeway Kafir, but then noticed it’s high in sugar. Sugar, like caffeine, keeps me awake. A little sugar I have no problem with, so no Kafir for me, unless you know of a brand that is low in sugar.

Thank you for this video, I have been listening to this for the past week every night and I have found my unhealthy food cravings have gone and been replaced by wanting healthy foods. I am now changing how I eat and have found my mindset has changed for the better. I shall update continually over a period of months to report my progress for others as I find not many do this so it’s hard to tell if these things work or not. This is working for me. I’ve lost 7 pounds in the last 2 weeks listen to this almost every night and I eat my last meal of the day by 5 pretty much whatever I want within reason.
The volume of the music, makes it difficult to hear your voice.

I’d like to know how many of you also get terrible cramps and bloating from onions. Unfortunately, they put it in everything (I don’t always have time to cook everything fresh, so sometimes I have to eat frozen foods), and some people put that much onions on their salad, I wouldn’t survive this. Does anyone else have problems eating onions? Would be interesting to know.

Worked immediately. Just noticed that I just eat my regular meals, with no craving for snacks in between.
Day 3 today… forgot to listen to it last night so I’m going to do it now. For now My hunger is completely curbed….

this woman’s voice is so genuine and crisp. the other weight loss hypnosis I’ve been listening to are very over the top or don’t swallow their spit lol so happy I found this.

I’ve been listening to this for 8 days (half way there!) And it’s really helping but for a few reasons:
1. I’m doing this in combination with quitting sugar and I truly believe it’s helping with my quiting sugar
2. I have body dismorphic disorder and for the past few months I have hated my body (I’m not overweight but on the edge according to BMI). Since listening to it, I love my body and want to make it healthy
3. I get the best sleeps listening to this lol

i start intermittent fasting (16:8) tomorrow but fasting doesn’t work for me (although i diet but it isn’t strict. i tend to not consume meat, but i selectively eat it depending on the meal. besides that: no junk food, no soda, coffee, tea; oily, fatty, fried, salty, sugary, unhealthy high calorie, or excessive carb foods.) it’s really hard to eat moderately and healthy in an asian household, and i also stress eat or just eat in general when bored. anyways, it’s almost 12 am and i tried sleeping at ten but i was slowly getting hungry and decided to listen to this. even though i’m still quite hungry (a result from not consuming a proper meal for breakfast and lunch), my craving has lessened and my stomach doesn’t feel like it’s caving in anymore. first night and i’m a steady 107 pounds right now, might see y’all tomorrow. good luck!

for the past few days I have been eating fruit or anything I have that is light for breakfast, for lunch I have food from any restaurant near my job (this being my heaviest meal) and for dinner I have a protein shake yet in the morning I wake up super bloated and in pain. It confuses me since im not big on dairy, alcohol or salt. Not sure if you have any tips on what can help.
I am on day 5 and since I believe in and try holistic things I decided to do this. I do not eat or crave junk food! Actually, my mind set has changed. I did not weight; but, my lounge dress has gotten longer and my hips are shrinking! I am also doing tapes on heal your body. And, I feel better!! Try it. Our minds are powerful tools. Good luck.
Listened to this last night for the first time, woke up today. I didn’t eat nearly as much as I normally do and my usual constant craving for sweets and junk food was nonexistent. Starting it again tonight.
My problem is water retention. I have been watching what I eat. I am not losing weight. I will try this. Thank you.

I’ve listened to this a few times but today for some reason (I was listening while I was cleaning the house like 5 mins ago) I really started to sweat up then I drank half a bottle of water. I’m OCD and clean everyday and I never sweat lol so its obviously the subliminal working! I’ve always believed in these to work but I feel like the more you listen to it and tell yourself you’re losing weight it’ll work better and faster. Thanks for this video xx

Been listening a week. I’ve lost 4.6 lbs. Sugar cravings are under control, more mindful of what I’m eating and started exercising yesterday which is HUGE for me. Will update in one week

I have been listening to this for a week now. I don’t want to be long winded but I do want to let you know what has happened over the week. I have not had a piece of bread or tortilla ever this time, for breakfast I had oatmeal instead of my usual 3 to 4 egg breakfast burrito, one day I had a 2 egg omelet but not in a tortilla. For lunch mostly had a salad instead of my usual thick sandwich or two. For most dinners I had spaghetti with meat sauce but instead of using pasta I julienned zucchini and put the sauce over it.
One last thing I have a big box of oreo cookie 6 packs and I would usually eat 2 packs a day tonight I had my only pack for the week
It’s been 15 days and I have lost 7 pounds. I am making smaller meals and eating less I don’t snack like I used to but if I do it’s usually vegetables and not sweets. The one thing I have not mastered is leaving food on my plate but I feel that I am putting less on my plate so it is ok

this is good if your issue is eating processed food. if not, it doesnt feel applicable in a way that may pull you out of meditative state (it did for me)

Its day 4 and so far I’ve seen a little bit of results. I also eat wayyy less than I would normally. I crave for water more often oddly enough.

I am diabetic at the border level, of late I have started LCHF diet concurrently i am taking tabs like cetapin, surbex gold, rozat. I believe they are related to sugar control and increase fatty acids. Let me know if I can continue both medication and LCHF in this case. Thanks for this blog it was an eye opener

I’ve lost 5.5lbs this week, but I have to state I’ve been following an healthy eating plan all week, but I’ve definitely found will power good, I’ve turned against temptation 3 times which was great when I just love fast food, its early days yet, I’ll try and up date for next Saturday for week 2 progress!
Hello. I do keto and consume at least 3 sodas sweetened with sucrolose each day. I’ve read in rats sucrolose destroyed gut health by 30-40%. Once sucrolose was consumed by rats, gut health never returned back to normal even after sucrolose ceaseed to be administered. Thanks!!
You know what mam 1) i often have mindless eating i was thinking about it as it leads to my bloating but was not sure how now i cam to know i was right with your confirmation and you r right with my with my practical exp.
