Way too easy SO: after set one, I modified by jogging briskly on the spot during the ‘preview’. Also did so during most of the breaks, and only rested for 15 secs. By the end, after the modifications, I had a light sweat. She really is motivational and I enjoyed the workout. Perfect for active rest-days.

I smoked about a pack and a half a day for 19 years. One day in 2011, I decided to try to smoke one less cigarette each day, started with 30 until I got down to 0 a month later. ( 7wow.cc/rpv7 ) I still smoke an occasional cigarette two or three times per year, but they taste nastier and nastier every time I do. Best decision I ever made!

As a PE teacher doing zoom class right now I love this short but insanely intense workout to do with my students. I was just thinking today how crazy it is that she can talk the entire time. It was funny reading all the comments about people complaining how this is advertised as a beginner workout. Modified it can be but not modified just look at the girl in the back left towards the end.
I have some questions. After doing this workout, what should I do? Like should I keep moving or go back to my daily routine? My daily routine is mainly sitting and doing homework. Should I get up every hour or so to move around before getting back to work?

I just wanted to say Thank You, I began using your workout videos at the beginning of 2020 to help with weight loss and to be healthy in general. Your kind bubbly and kind encouragement is infectious and so far I have lost two stone I think that is 28lbs going from 18 stone to 16 stone I’m not sure how much that is in pounds and I know I have a ways to go but honestly I don’t think I could have done it if I hadn’t found your channel. Honestly this motivates me so much! I am 5’3 and weigh 198 I honestly feel so insecure when going to the gym so this is great to stay at home! Does anyone know how to stay away from junk food and actually stay motivated to work out.

I’ve been doing these popsugar workouts, roughly 30 mins at an average a day, with some yoga for about a month now. I’ve already dropped 6 pounds! It feels so good. I do them roughly 3-4 times a week, sometimes 5-6. They are super helpful. I used to hate working out, like I would dread it. And I didn’t even diet, for those who want to know. Actually, a lot of birthdays popped up in my house so I was actually eating loads of cake, ice cream and chocolates ☺️
Bottom line: do these workouts, they’re the best

I thought by the time I’ve spent working out with you guys that I’d be able to fold in half any which way. Not that simple is it? I am definitely more flexible these days, aches & pains are more frequent, at least I know why I have them, which helps me embrace them. I know you can pause the video anytime you want water/break but really think there should have been a good rest period between rounds….the cardio is intense on this one to not get a rest. I made it through but was completely exhausted afterwards.

I love this workout because it’s not as leg/jumping intensive as most cardio workouts. Usually when I do one of their cardio videos it’s all legs, and my arms and core are never really challenged except when I’m using them to propel myself through the 1000th rep of jump squats… please do more cardio videos that incorporate core and arms like this one!

I was looking for an uncomplicated cardio workout that I could use with my adult autistic son. This is absolutely fantastic. This is it! I would consider myself intermediate-ish cardio. With my son I was able to give half intensity and I still felt my heart rate a bit and my muscles warm up. I am so grateful I found ur video. Your voice is pleasant, encouraging. I like the timer and the preview to the next move. There are videos that stop moving to show you next move and slows the workout intensity, not fun. But with your video even if u know the next move you can continue straight through along with the preview, love it. I will share on Twitter….

i love this workout! my fitbit says i burn 816 calories, for reference i’m 5’4, and 214 lbs. I use 5 pound dumbbells for the whole strength training part because it’s all i have, and for the HIIT portion I probably do about 40% of the exercises in the modified version.
Can I ask why it takes so long to film? I’m genuinely curious.
Toughest 30 minutes.It took me 45 min to complete it(with pauses).

Omg you are doing great 2020 6 Monday I started to 1000 calorie work out every single day I work for 56 min 353 calories I am 14 years old but thank you I do subscribe to your channel but you’re doing awful God. Bless you and for every people

This is one of my favorite Popsugar workouts. I came back to this one very often and it still gets my heart pumping and challenges me!
So I’ve been eating decently healthy and I had a calorie limit but yesterday and today I lost myself and binged on so much, which pretty much made me gain what I lost and it’s disappointing. Now I have to workout a whole lot to burn it off.

I fell on my butt when trying to do that break dancer move when I was using my left hand to support myself. The other side was fine. I am going to need to find something to strengthen myself before I can do this.

i’m doing this and the breast reduction workout and it’s helped me so much!
This is my first night using this workout! I’m 170 lbs and thought I would struggle with this, but with occasional pauses I got through! I usually have breathing problems when I work out but didn’t struggle as much with this one. Let me know if you guys want updates as I continue to use this workout!
