This is such a good idea. Hubby loves a Macdonalds but I have always tried to avoid it where possible when the kids are with us as I worry about how unhealthy and calorific it is. This makes me much more relaxed about it.

Man. When I was at Uni I had Maccas every day for probably about a year. Warning. Very unpleasant info coming The result was having lots of blood in the stools and taking meds (I can’t remember which ones). I also felt sick of the smell of Maccas for ages after that. Love it now again tho in moderation:)

Not really a fan of McDonald’s, but I’m glad that they are making strides to make healthier meal choices. Hopefully in the future they have all natural healthy options as well as keep their traditional options for those who want to consume that as well.
I order just the quarter pound patty or grilled chicken breast for like 1.80$ each with a black ice coffee with 1 cream on the side and a few drops of stevia. Its really not that bad if you omit the soda and fries your just eating a burger.

I live in the states, Pennsylvania, here like 95% of what you showed is on the dollar menu. Your dinner would have been$3, breakfast the coffee is a dollar any size, burritos $2, if I really like the chicken wrap is $2, sorry I forgive at the apples are. I’d say about $8 for the day. Here we can get just about everything off the menu.

I do this all the time! I get happy meals just like my kids because it’s the right amount and less expensive I’m a small female so I find it’s absolutely enough food and I even customize the burger to add lettuce, tomato, extra pickles and onions fun video Nicole!!!

I actually seem to find myself grabbing a McDonalds more often these days as I’m dairy free and it’s often hard to find somewhere that you know will have something suitable. But McDonalds is great for it and you can always find one nearby! Plus like you, I know my son will eat there:) It’s great to have some healthier choices on offer too, especially if I end up making it a regular thing!

You could add a packet of Salsa with that Breakfast Burrito for another 5 calories.

Anyone who understands food, will understand that low calorie doesn’t mean low risk of harm to health. You could make a homemade burger with 700 calories at home, and I would still consider it healthier than anything at McDonalds. Part of it is the fact that McDonalds uses preservatives and chemicals, and whenever you take something out that is natural and replace it, it will be bad for you.
I used to get the snack wraps all the time, they are tasty. Unfortunately McDonald’s has a very limited menu where we are due to the virus, so I can’t find them anywhere

It doesn’t matter how often you eat it, as long as you eat the right amount, I went through a rough patch and I ate McDonald’s every day for about 8 months, all I had to do was count calories and I didn’t go up a single pound, I actually went down at a point so I upped the calorie count a bit to compensate and it all worked out.
Just stay away from soda… diet included. And sweet teas too. All liquid calories (including BS protein shakes) are terrible for you because 5 times the sugar is added. Learn moderation and just eat your calories.

Yes. Eating high fat high meat content is meant to keep you satisfied for a long time so you won’t keep pigging out-but only if you remove most of the sugar and carbs. This or reducing calories is what makes you lose weight.

Idk if I have a certain allergy with the food, but if I eat anything else besides the chicken nuggets and french fries I become severely ill. I’ll be puking non-stop with horrible stomach pains and diarrhea. It takes over four days for my body to go back to normal and idk what could be causing it… But I’m grateful for it, so I can’t eat McDonald’s, I guess there’s always a silver lining…

Here’s an idea: Don’t Eat It Every Day. How about when you’re running late and you don’t have time to make breakfast or maybe you don’t have time to drive somewhere else for lunch. McDofus food is wut it is: cheap, substandard and often gross. Knowing that, the occasional sausage and biscuit or big mac isn’t going to kill you.
