oh gosh thank you! this is a life saver during this crazy time of coronavirus stress. I want to be open to shifting toward a new way of connecting and being in the world. the meditation at the end is really useful right now.
Much needed today as our whole world is changing by the moment (Coronavirus shutdown ‘2020). This might be a good video to repost for those of us who are feeling the anxiety and overwhelm of the situation. Thanks for the shift of energy!
I’m still relatively new to meditation/yoga, but have been addicted to your videos since starting several months ago as I finally understand the vital importance of the mind/body/spirit connection in healing.
The world needs more of you, Brett. THANK YOU for *all* you do. Namaste:)
Thank you so much Bret this little flow was very helpful!! You look gorgeous wearing white God bless!!
Seeing you wearing white clothes was perfect for this lesson! The meditation was divine <3
Hi Brett! Thank you so much for this wonderful combo of yoga and meditation. It was quite lovely and effective:) I am actually feeling quite happy today, as I am starting a new job tomorrow. I recently quit my previous job I had been at for several years, due to a toxic supervisor, whose behavior I could no longer tolerate. I actually found another job right away, and for more money! Woo hoo! When I let go of the old which no longer serves, the Universe steps right up to deliver something new!
So anyway, I am feeling very happy and excited, but yet I have been under so much stress for quite a while. My work situation, coupled with several years of going through a really tough divorce, have been very difficult. So, while I am not really feeling anxiety, in fact quite a lot of anxiety has been lifted of late, I am in the process of letting go of layers of built-up stress, and some resentment and bitterness.
This practice was perfect for continuing in releasing these toxins from my body-mind-spirit, and I thank you deeply for offering it:) It has helped immensely!
Beautiful, soothing, grounding, and healing. Amazing video. Sat Nam
Thank you, Brett. I believe my yoga practice is too young, but this class really help me to feel a little more confident in how things are gonna change for me. I hope your knowledge would guide me through this difficult times. (And I’m sorry if my English is a little bit weird)

I had a very trying day at work today, and I truly knew when I left work that i needed to find gratitude for the good in my life instead of focusing on the things that were stressful. Thank you for this! The description of the practice is perfect and I clicked on this first and needed this yoga plus meditation!!!!
I love this video! Sometimes when I feel anxious it’s hard to commit to a longer practice, but this combination of movement and meditation helps immensely. It is short yet powerful. Thank you, Brett!
Thanks Brett. Returned to this video again.. struggling with frustration over my situation… I have to wear a heart monitor for 2 weeks and it’s very invasive but I was able to do this practice no problem and your words helped me change my perspective. Namaste.

It is called Anulom-Vilom in Pranyam ( originally by Swami Ramdev)
The meditation made me cry! What does that mean? I do feel calmer though.

+BrettLarkinYoga I just came home, took off my shoes and was ready to switch my clothes to workout one’s and put the phone on airplane mode for meditation. When a second before switching the phone, I got this in the notification!
Clearly, it was a sign 😉 Great practice, thank you so so much.
Yes:D I was just checking in to do a quick sequence and I found this totally new and fresh post 😉 Exactly what I needed, it was the universe synchronizing us Brett hihih

Great practice. Love when you incorporate meditation so I can do both in one video! Very convenient.:)
here’s a few suggestions for doing yoga to lose weight
Find a reputable program locally or online and stick to it
Do yoga with a friend so you have another person to help you
(I discovered these and why they work on Yaras Yoga Tactics site )
That was amazing. I felt so connected through out the entire practice. I love the meditation at the end. After three years of practice I am beginning to feel another shift in practice. Always exciting this journey thanks to the free andSuper affordable content you provide. I have only a home practice right now. Namaste
THANK YOU SO MUCH I FINALLY UNDERSTOOD HOW PRANAYAMA WORKS AND IT FEELS REALLY REALLY GOOD. NAMASTE JESS <3
I’ve been dealing with my anxiety on my own now for about 10 years. However, I had my second child 7 months ago and have been dealing with severe postpartum depression, which has caused my anxiety to sky rocket. I have panic attacks very often and anxiety from the moment I wake up to the second I go to sleep. I even wake up with panic attacks. Anyone have any advice for me?? I’ve never gotten help or done anything significant to try to stop it. I can’t keep on like this.
did no one struggle with breathing through their nose? left side was fine but the right side made me freak out about suffocating
Thanks for this knowledge, Also I liked the music much in the background, anyone please tell me the name of the title, I want to listen it again n again.
I am trying this for depression where Vipassana meditation seems to fail me.
I can recommend taking up playing Shakuhachi flute for those who like playing a musical instrument too, although that takes much more practice to master imo.
Kids were driving me crazy lol this helped me get centered! Always love your videos!! Thank you!!
There are several components to reducing anxiety naturally. One plan I found that succeeds in merging these is the Aghy Magic Method (google it if you’re interested) definately the most useful blueprint i’ve heard of. look at the awesome info.
Beautiful practice and, truly, just at the right moment did this come into my life! Namaste.
Great way to create balanace and exchange information between the left and right hemisphere. I felt more alilghnment.
Amazing meditation,and class,exactly what I needed,many thanks Brett
I was in a really horrible mental state before doing this! I just felt all my worries dump out at one point and had the biggest sigh of relief. THANK YOU THANK YOU BEAUTIFUL WISE SOUL!:) <3
I love this video. It’s become part of my daily regimen. Thank you! Namaste
Can I ask one question. Is it effective for IBS and fibromyalgia people
So great! I am creating a compilation with all your videos to help me navigate through this incredible time of change for me. Namaste
when im doing this after i feel really good i did good breath deep
Thank you for this. This was exactly what my soul needed to start the morning.
I am pretty sure you can find good solutions on Unflexal page, great for health:)
Wow I did not know how important this breathing exercises was.
Thank u
I was going to pick your other sweaty workout video instead of this one, but I’m so glad I stayed & finished the whole sequence. I’m the kind of person who finds it very hard to concentrate during meditation, but when my hands touched my heart, I felt so overwhelmed with emotions that I couldn’t hold my tears. I didn’t know why I cried or why I felt overwhelm, all I know is that I needed that release. Thank you for guiding me through this emotional journey, Brett. Namaste
i feel so at ease rite now my lovely brett, i muat admit side planks was a bit of a problem on my left side, really my left palm, wrsit work has been a bit difficult the get fatigued quickly. The meditation was beautiful i loved it thank you so much for all you do
Stop talking and get to the breathing part! definitely raising my energy and not in a good way
I absolutely love this video… these are some of the moves that I have naturally used when I feel angry/overwhelmed… if you are doing this video first thing In the morning, I DO suggest taking 5-10 min before this and doing some stretches to get the spine fluid before starting this one. It jumps into deeper and stronger poses a bit fast.
Just too much talk. Hard to focus. Wish you would get to the point quicker.
Guys I’m scared I have like breathing troubles is that normal like I can’t breathe in comfortably but I can breath out and well I had anxiety in the past I hope it’s not coming back
thank the universe I didn’t give up, it was worth it, exactly what I needed today to keep lighting my way, thank you so much beautiful soul.
This did not get rid of my anxiety. As soon as I opened my eyes I was crippled again, like the rest of the breathing techniques I’ve tried. I did almost fell asleep so I guess I’ll keep trying
This breathing technique is a sure stress buster. I tried this post CrossFit and it helped reduce the stress and I feel peaceful and calm now. If you are stressed right now, watch the first exercise set (if not all) and then pause the video to repeat 7-8 times at your own pace.
perfect wake up after Eastery long sitting behind the table and eating through whole dwo days. I need it so much. Thank you!
This breathing technique is by far the best and has helped me at this very moment relax and just feel at ease as this anxiety I’m dealing with is very new to me. Thanks so much. Will be trying out the beginners Yoga class
This helped me relax, I’m like jello. Deep breathing really works!!
It didnt gave me the full answer I was looking for, but show me a pretty clear way to go! Wonderfull!!! thanks Brett!!!
Very helpful, although slightly concerning. At one point it was as if I forgot how to breath and I was able to hold my breath for a very lomg period of time. I wonder if it had anything to do with the oxygen intake to the brain.
doesn’t work for me because I have sinus problems and a deviated septom. Thanks a lot nose
I search and watch so many guidance on breathing and meditation, but incredibly I do not find anyone talking about the difficulty of doing this at the begining. It’s really hard for me, the mind is hard to tame. Especially for anxious people like me I guess!
Thank you Brett again for sharing your awesome workouts and meditations! XX Esther
