I really liked the chipper. Your personalities are really encouraging. You are obviously really a great team! I think there was a bit of a rigidity on the exercises (I got pretty bored doing the same things 4 times), and too much slack on the descriptions “do what’s right for you…” I wonder about trying it the other way around more variation in the exercises, and really clear boot camp like instructions. I think we all know a workout is tiring, so I’d rather hear “Push it! You can do it! No quitting!” than “I know you’re tired now…” Hope that makes sense! People who are drawn to the word “bootcamp” in your title are the type looking for something intense and “warrior” like:)
First time ever I was able to convince my husband to work out with me! I was like look there is another dude working out. It’s not just a lady’s workout. He gave me a “well ok.” We worked out together. He felt like he was dying towards the end(Thanks Dustin), but he crushed it! Even my 4 year old joined it.

I’m 48 years old I’m 6’8″ 350lbs. Doctor says I need to be 265 270 max. I was involved in an accident many years ago that affected my lower back. I’ve definitely built up a pretty large gut and I would love to lose it. My question is these exercises that you’re showing here, would it be okay for me to do? Or lower impact to start? Hey Mike, just finished this circuit and yes it was intense.
Just one observation though, I did this twice. First EMOM where I was unable to finish the third round workouts but as the minutes ended, I had moved on to the next workout. But then I decided to run it again and finish all workouts in the third round(no more emom) 8(PU+TJ) x4, 20 crunches x4, 20 MC+ 16 UPnDowns (back to back without breaks) and it was waaay more tiring and required a lot more self motivation. You may wanna add that part as well.

Hi Sydney, just a huge thankyou for this kind of long needed workouts. I’m french, this goes without saying that all gyms are closed here right now, i went running ouside the other day alone and crossed cops who said i should only run 1-2kms around my street (i normally run up to 10 kms) and i live in an apartment so its not like i can jump a lot or do a lot of hiit workouts which is so depressing as sport is a huge part of my daily life. So thankyou for all your work, i’ve been doing your workouts for more than a year now, especially on weekends and now that were are in quarantine, i’m more than grateful for you to give us such needed free content. Omg that was tough. It’s been a while since I did your workouts. But I missed getting my butt kicked so I was like “ let me do a Sydney workout” and sure enough you delivered.
I was so mad! At the 5 minute mark I was thinking “ okay we are about to do a cool down” and then you said “ we have one circuit left” I was so angry and then when the second move was burpees I wanted to scream, but I did it and I feel great.

It’s a little embarrassing, but I’m starting to notice that unilaterally I have a knee that is starting to pop. I’m 31 and I run 3 days a week on a treadmill intermittent with your workouts. Do you have any suggestions to keep my knees strong and try to minimize risk of arthritis?

Okay I’ve searched through so many comments because I didn’t want to ask this if you’ve already been asked a bunch of times, but I could not find one. Where did you get your shirt from? I saw so many for your shorts, but I absolutely love the shirt and need to find one this this. I do swing and fly yoga, and it’s really nice to have long sleeve shirts so that there is less burn from the silk.

Just completed my first challenge of yoga bootcamp. Struggled a little as multiple pregnancies including a last very big twin pregnancy has left my lower abdomen muscles really weak, but overall enjoyed it a lot and can’t wait to start building those strong core muscles. Hi Sydney! I am a competitive swimmer leaving for collegiate swimming this fall. With all the closures means no practice before I go to the world of college athletics. I have been doing all your at-home workout for daily practice and I love them! there is however one problem, I don’t have any weights:( I have tried using water jugs and other things like that but it just doest work the same. any suggestions?

This could have been great workout but it is obvious that it is too hard for you to workout and explain at the same time. In the end it turns out that due to longer rests we run out of time to complete the workout.. have you considered making intros in advace so that you can breathe during breaks and we could all stick to the clock? That would be awesome.
