Well, three missions, actually. He intends to a) walk across America, to b) lose weight, and c) take back control of his life. Steve, pretty intense trip video, like alot of folks, I was impressed and followed you a bit (I’d emailed you a suggestion about a support RV and the bike option which you obviously didnt want). I hope you got stuff under control.
I followed this from the beginning. It started out as a weight lose thing. And ONLY a weight lose thing. Then as he cheated. Got car rides. Eat massive and massive amounts of fast food. And wasn’t losing weight, in fact he gained weight or stayed the same. It changed into some type of s spiritual journey (Since the weight thing was a fail). A sham. The whole thing.
actually it’s a good idea.people are far tooooooo fixated on the “number”. yep,its a great idea.
Alozzle,
It is so hard to correct something once it’s out on the web. The idea that I refused to step on a scale after the walk is a lie. In fact, the person who made the statement video tapped me on the scale. But it was not sensational enough for them so they lied.
Looks Cool, but I am surprised that it is more about his relationship with his wife… or at least appears to be.
Really awesome stuff dude, I can tell that you’ve been training hard for those 2 years.
Deni B. I was video taped on a scale by the producers Pierre and David both Jan 18th, 2006. I weighed 283 lbs. I remember the scale saying 289 lbs. Either way. It was 110lbs loss. Pierre is a pitch man and probably decided to make the 40 lbs statement to build up controversy. I don’t like pork chop or coke, and don’t you think that if I were cheating I would have gotten done sooner than a year?
Hey Steve boy, what up with you not alowing anyone to see how many pounds you lost? i thought u said 110lb, and Pierre Bagley, a Texas filmmaker who traveled much of the journey with you, stated that rather than the 110 pound weight loss claimed by you, he said the loss was no more than 40 pounds.?? can u clear that for us.?
Many also claim you took rides on way eating chips and pork shops wih 64 oz Coca Cola w that, is that true?
what was wrong…was… when things turn into a “circus” it almost always gets crazy.just like when “commoners” win millions of dollars then self destruct, which he probably would have done had he “won”.
