I tried my best to do the back lifting when stretching and I saw my friends doing that.
I am far beyond shock. My whole life I thought I wasn’t flexible enough(actually, wasn’t flexible at all) to do the bridge and a lot of people tried helping me to do the bridge and after just watching how Cassey did the bridge. I gained enough confidence in myself to do it and I actually did it!

OH MY GOD!!! i used to do cassey’s workout videos back in the day and lost a lotttt of weight and became super strong, but then i got sick and stopped doing them for a long time. i could never do the bridge, but recently i started doing her videos again and i’m proud to say that DAY 2 AND I COULD DO THE BRIDGE!!! albeit not for very long, but this gave me the motivation to continue, and hopefully i do!!:) LOVE YOU CASSEY x

i’m definitely not flexible, most of these stretches like leaning forward or pulling my legs towards me, i couldn’t hardly even do that AT ALL due to being so inflexible

Hi, This is Chelsea I can do all that i take gymnastics it might look like it hurts but it doesn’t it is extremely easy on the butterfly I can take my head all the way down and let my head touch my let and I can do a full split and I can do a bridge and it looks like a full O. I can turn my back all the way around to look at the opposite side of me and I can put my legs behind my head. I do it more than 5 times each a day and a 30 second hand stand it is very easy! 8:31 I can make my leg touch my nose. And I can turn on my belly and bend to make my legs touch my head. I’m flexible

Came here straight from the beginner calendar! When she said “remember to stretch before doing exercise to avoid injury!” I started to get worried and didn’t even notice THIS was the stretching! I have so little flexibility I thought surely I’m gonna pull a muscle by doing this right now

This was good! Silly me for doing this after PIIT 28 1.0 and Flat Abs Fix, more dynamic than what I was looking for but this still felt amazing.

everyone is complaining about how much he talks… but let me tell you this little exercise really works wonder for me! i am 30yrs old.. i couldn’t touch my feet last so many years… i dont hav ms thought. But after i followed this technique i was able to touch my feet in a week.
one thing i would also like to xplain that i had a severe tight hamstrings as wit straight legs i could not even sit.

Hi! I’m new to the whole Pilates! I’m really enjoying it although I’m getting a little discouraged considering I am not flexible at all. I cannot do the bridge or keep my knees straight just to name a few resons. Will doing these exercises daily help with that? I’m a little nervous to continue, with the thought of an injury coming to mind.
OH MY GOD that rolling stretch cracked my spine so good! Now I’m going to use that to stretch! (I used to roll over the corner of my bathtub to crack my back).

trying to work out in the morning, let alone wake up earlier than usual, i decided to start with this. i love this video so much.
I’ve been doing this routine before bed and another of hers in the morning for about 4 days and it’s amazing how much more flexible I’ve become. The moves are getting much easier and I’m moving more fluidly.
I’m going to do this for another week or so before I start doing more actual pilates, so excited.

Who else almost fell backwards while trying to reach forward? Could not even reach 1cm forward!
When you’re not flexible at all but you have hyperextending joints so the one move is how you normally sit down without any space between leg and knee and anything involving the hip flexors was way too easy.
Wow, I didn’t expect I’d feel so relaxed and blissful after this session:) It went so smoothly, luckily I got into the real flow, and the whole session felt like 3 minutes, not 12. Feels like I could do that stretching for hours:) Thank you❤

This was amazing. I’ve been really fatigued for the last few weeks. Not listening to my body. My body has been very achy, sore, still and on top of that I have a lower lumbar disc herniation. This helps tremendously, and it was very simple to do. I feel Awake! Now I have to practice this everyday. Thank you

I feel it in my calf more than my hamstring.. it feels sore but I’m able to run and be active I was a collegiate sprinter a few years ago did my job has me getting in and out of a car constantly and it really started when making that motion help?

03/13/2020 Friday 13th…As of tomorrow, all stores in Greece will be closed except supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, gas stations.
Thank you for this. I said for a long time that I would start doing stretches after I wake up but never really do. This morning I woke up to feeling so stiff and Achey. My back was hurting so bad. Followed all the way through this video. This really stretched everything out. Will be using it a lot more. You should make more videos!!! And also, I used to be a night owl just like you: Never went to sleep until 1-2 am. But my job has been making me get up early. Now I go to bed usually by 10 pm and wake up between 6-6:30 am every morning! There have been times I woke up at 5. I’m like you,that’s crazy,but something to definitely work on. Mornings are so peaceful.
I have to say!!! I’ve been doing this video about 5 days a week for maybe three weeks, and it has chaaaaanged my life. I’ve always struggled a lot with flexibility, and stretching has always been stressful for me bc I would never see the results I wanted. Doing this video finally took my mind off of judging where I’m at and I was able to just enjoy how it felt to stretch and breathe. It brings me joy in the morning, or as a mid day pick me up, or as the last thing I do before bed. When I did it yesterday, I was super tight, but when I did it just now, I was blown away by my progress. I’ve never been this flexible and I’ve danced my entire life. This video is IT, y’all!! It´s good but i´d like to give some advice: do the cobra first and then the bridge. It would be useful to warm up the wrists before doing it. It´s also better to warm up before doing some of this stretches, I think the instructor didn´t say this. Or maybe just go slow with the breath and use gravity and do not push.
oh my goodness, I is it normal for me NOT to be able to extend my arms in the shoulder squat stretch? my arms just dont do that…..not surprisingly, I hold a great deal of tension in my shoulders.

It´s an amazing stretch and makes my body relax after an intense dance training and it has helped me become so much more flexible. I do recommend this for anyone searching for a good and easy stretch that works the whole body 😉

I m from India i got scoliosis and syringomylie, got operated in September 2016, but still m unable to walk without the support of walker. My right leg its very difficult for me to move my right leg without any support. Please guide me Sir.

Hi Lottie, just discovered your videos while in self-isolation. I’ve been saying I’ll take up pilates for a few years now. Never done it consistently.:P but your videos have me coming back for more and I’m really enjoying the routine. Hopefully I’ll be able to carry on when I’m back at work this week as I work shifts in the hospital so can be hard to keep a routine for exercise. Thank you Xx

I used to be flexible when I went to karate, I want to go back again but i want to be flexible. Cause in karate, well at least the one I went to, you have to do those power stretches plus I don’t want to be embarrassed lol. I can straighten my legs entirely though.
