Great review. I’ve been to many of the parks you covered and agree they’re all must see’s. I’m about to visit Glacier and have made a note to visit Zion ASAP!
Let’s see here. I’ve been to Yosemite, Sequoia/Kings Canyon, Mt. Rainier, Grand Canyon, Carlsbad Caverns, White Sands, Mammoth Cave, and I think Great Smokey Mountains. Still have a ton of places left to visit. Gotta say my favorite has been Sequoia so far. We saw about a dozen bears in the week we camped there.
Rocky Mountain National Park has much more than 10 lakes. Please get the facts right
Great video! I’ve been to several of these but I’ve got so many more to visit. Headed to Yellowstone this year! I’m hyped!
U want comment? I’m aching everywhere after the workout. Lol…
So torturing yet satisfying

I’m watching this as I am eating in bed….. gotta get up and workout later
I LOVE doing road trips and want to some day visit all the national parks that I haven’t seen yet (and revisit other ones). Your big bend national park commentary had me pull up this picture from when I was ten. That restaurant you ate at in mexico ignited my memory. https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=10150672474650440&set=a.10150282734015440 Possibly the same place.(of course that’s the rio grande behind me). We visited there Christmas of 93 and my sister now lives in west Texas and visits there often. On another note, my drive through Rocky Mountain national park was TERRIFYING. (Entirely solo) I did it on the way down to colorado springs. The day before had gone through the Badlands in the morning (GORGEOUS and loved the prairie dog feeding place). Have been to the grand canyon once when I was seven, everglades once, and my last solo monster of a roadtrip (also after a summer of camp like the badlands and rocky mountains were) went through the smoky mountains. (At least then after a summer in the smaller mountains of Pennsylvania, the smoky mountains were a lot less scary to drive through than the rockies, and of course gorgeous 😉 ). The gateway arch is now a national park, and have yet to visit it in that state. (and I live in St Louis)
i’ve never felt more represented than by ariel in the dancing workout
Eugene looks like he’s having so much fun during the Chloe Ting workout, meanwhile everyone else is miserable.
I’m sorry but your class has no proper structure. There are no warm-up movements, no easing into more advanced movements. There is no natural flow from one movement to the next and no explanation of variations in movements for those who are not as flexible. You start off with a side balance when one’s wrists are not even warm yet. Not recommended for those who aren’t warm yet.
to much chat and woo hoo on here for me. Goo mix of exercises though
This was my first intermediate yoga and I feel amazing! Thank you so much! I’m moving on up!
Me to Everglades: your telling me a bunch of aqua with some Dino’s beat freaking 14000 foot mountains
Great flow, calming and yet feeling strong! Great energy, thanks!!!
Well that was great! But what weird energy and vibe I was getting.. Impatience?
Thank you so much for such an awesome flow, exactly what I was looking for
What consistently amazes me is every time you think you’ve done a park, you look back and realize you haven’t even come close. Each one has so much beauty packed into it.
This workout was good but was way less cardio then what the title made it seem like. My heart rate only went up for a few excersises.
Wow thank you Kassandra, best youtube yoga I’ve ever done. I didn’t get bored and you have a lovely calm voice which helped me get in the zone. Glad I found this!
Your vídeo is wonderful! It has really made a difference in my every day Life and results are noticed!
As someone who is currently in the middle of doing one of Chloe Ting’s challenges I can confirm that the tryguys reaction is me everyday ahah
Personally I don’t find Chloe Ting’s workout hard. I think they’re easy, if you tried Pamela Reif you know the burn
It’s Acadia for me. It feels like a fantasy castle belongs there. There’s just something different about it. Anyone else?
I would recommended Isle Royale national park. It is one of the least visited national parks (partly to do with how difficult it is to reach) but has one of the highest returning visitor rates.
Haven’t worked out in a few weeks and my legs were almost cramping in the second circuit
Great video!
So far I’ve been to 12 of the parks mentioned in the video.
The Mighty 5 (all in 1 trip), Redwood, Yosemite, Sequoia & Kings Canyon, Lassen (all in 1 trip), Acadia & Grand Canyon.
I’ve also been to Volcanoes, Haleakala & Glacier Bay.
Hoping to add North Cascades, Olympic and Mt Rainier this September.
Like you said, it’s impossible to really pick one park over another, they are each so unique.
Safe travels!
she takes her time and shes actually participating by taking time allowing us to beginners to actually flow with her
This workout is the best by far. I loved how I broke into a sweat. I started doing this yesterday and I did it again today and I love it! Thank you for this workout I love how I feel towards the end.
Such a great class, felt the burn during it and the next day!
Fantastic video! Great cinematic shots and narration! Glacier NP is my favorite so far:)
I´ve been in a lot of NP in the last years. My eyes getting wet while I´m watching your lovely YT clip. Many emotions came up and I hope to visit USA and some NP next year again. My favorite is Yosemite NP. Breathtaking is a wonderful word in german as well. Atemberaubend:-)
MokSeedsKo= NeckalNose=ZeckAlDangNa-Gear. Now I see who met whom!!
“…use your arms to Lift your body off of the mat”. Haha. Yea right! I did try though. I think my arms are too short. Lol
Hi Kassandra! I hope that you still read the comments under such old videos:) I love your practice and as many of us I cancelled my subscription for paid yoga classes because your channel is all I need:) However what I would like to tell you is one thing I find annoying and distracting in your videos music in the background. Especially for this practice it doesn’t fit and it’s too loud. Very hard to stay focused:( Maybe you could think about silent practices? Love from Poland! <3
it was weird just watching Chloes workout video and not participating lol
Woh! Run that by me again! There are 90 MILLION trails in Crater Lake N.P.? Are you serious??
#4 is ZYE-un, not ZYE-ahn, same as the mountain in Israel.
Criticism aside, this is a beautiful video.
My legs gave out after 15 minutes. But I watched the video till the end. I am going to build up slowly, because this workout is terribly reinvigorating. You three were fantastic!! Won’t give up!
She talks too much, that s confusing and makes me stressed.
This is my favorite intermediate flow! I like the we keep moving throughout the entire workout and the music is relaxing! Thanks Kassandra!
Every summer for the last 9 years, I have departed from Ottawa, Canada on an 8-10 thousand mile road trip through the western U.S. Just like you said, picking a favourite is impossible. The western U.S. is amazing especially if you love deserts. I have so many memories. Now all I can do is pray that the border reopens soon so I can head west again this summer.
How was Eugene so happy and loving it the entire time? Ukw, forget the entire time, HOW TF WAS HE HAPPY AND LOVING THE CHLOE TING WORKOUT?!
Appreciate all the information, your channel led me to search you on google, i am now listening to your greater cause podcast daily!
i dont know why but the chloe tings workout was not even that hard for me even after the 2 first
NOW HOLD ON JUST ONE SECOND!!!
OLYMPIC NATIONAL PARK IS AT LEAST IN TOP TEN! If you look anywhere online Olympic park WAY outpaces at least 15 of the parks on this list.
Chloe is the best and has helped me lose weight without diets
Canyonlands is my all time favorite! I have been to 28 national parks…even Dry Tortugas.
Love Rocky Mountains and Estes Park!!! Went there two years ago, awesome experience. Going to the Tetons this summer!
Reminder that anyone can do this workout and you can workout without any health or weight goals. love you all.
This practice has been essential to my mental and physical health. I have been doing one of your videos every day for the past couple weeks and it has made all the difference. Thank you for what you do.
Haven’t been to many national parks yet but I loved Dry Tortugas. I’m going to Pinnacles NP next week
Chloe`s workout is pretty much what I`ve been doing in quarantine, but I have followed a swim guy.
That was amazing and just what I needed before I begin a very busy day at work. Thank you!
Hi:) I know this is an old video but in case you do check this comment anyway, I just wanted to say this is one of my absolute favorites from you and I was wondering if you could make videos that are similar but that are even longer like 45 or 60 mins! I love your style, thank you sm and namaste
The national park I wanna go to the most is Channel Islands national Park that would be the second national park I went to, Yosemite being the first
I never like the dry desert. But. I love the California parks with water fall clear creek and Rivers, the giant trees, and Hawaii too. Maine is beautiful too.
For those of you who have not seen it, the series National Parks: America’s best idea by Ken Burns is worth watching! It details how they came to be, those individuals and organizations that not only worked and fought to establish them, but also protect them from the forces of greed and short-sightedness!
Try Guys workout video format:
Ned: the weightlifting and showing off his new abs (it’s in another video)
Eugene: the ‘looks-enough-but-is-actually-the-hardest-chole-ting-style’ workout
Keith: the 90s workout video where the people are just yelling random stuff while dancing
Zach: Peaceful yoga ft. Bowey
Great class! A bit of sweat, relaxed breathing whole time, and I was able to side split and bring my chest to the floor! Haven’t felt that in a while.
I’ve never been to Dry Tortugas, but my top 3 and it’s hard to imagine anything topping them are Yellowstone, Yosemite and Grand Canyon. My top 5 would include Zion and Canyonlands, both of which are out of this world. I definitely favor Canyonlands over Arches.
Great video though. Thanks!
Thank you so so much Kassandra! I have been quarantined for 3 months and started doing 10 minutes yoga last month. This was my first intermediate class and I did everything at your pace. You can’t believe how much joy it gives me! I feel like I walked outside! ❤️
You seem like an awesome dad! I like how you do a greeting at each park. Great vid
Oh my god!!. that dance workout was soo cute, I was laughing the whole time.
heres a great TIP: its a common complaint, as you mentioned w/ glacier, it can be tough to get out to these parks & its cost prohibitive. Ive found a way to beat it & save major $. First find the cheapest flight you can to vegas from wherever in the usa using the airlines w/ the best deal. If you buy ahead 50 days online, you can find very cheap prices (100-200$). Then use ALLEGIANT air out of vegas. nobody better for super cheap but decent flights. All flights are direct too. And the kicker, they fly to many remote western towns. For ex., kalispel (15 min from glacier natl park), ive bought the flight for 90$ rd trip out of vegas. think about that. They also fly to idaho falls (only an hr from either the tetons or west yellowstone). they fly to belingham wash. Only 45 min from the n cascades. And from there you can get super cheap direct flights to anchorage. allegiant can also get you very close to yosemite, the utah parks, west colorado & others. I literally go to kalispel from the east coast for 220-300$ total including the vegas flight. buy the allegiant ticket early at the airport & you get a 15% discount to boot. ive seen 10 parks via this method. Also east of the miss river you can use them also the same way. they fly to bangor and many other remote, near park towns…. also w/ car rental, use autoslash.com. consistently 20-40% savings.
You need to make it out of the lower 48. Glacier Bay in Alaska puts Glacier in Montana to shame. It has actual glaciers LOL. And bigger mountains. Ice walls thousands of feet high. Calving glaciers, ice as far as the eye can see. Mount Rainier missing? Zion I agree with. Amazing. Just Angel’s Landing is worthy of the top ten. I’ve always thought Grand Canyon was way overrated. Heck I’d rather be in Sedona-the town that should have been a National Park. Ruined by people ugh.
I loved this channel. I have been visiting this channel for vacation ideas. it also inspired me to create my own channel.
Really enjoyed this video.. have been to several and long to see more. Hope that you get to experience Denali someday! Thanks for sharing.
Been to some of these National Parks but my number 1 isn’t in your top 15. It’s Mt. Rainier National Park. My husband and I never get tired of coming back to this place. I recommend hiking in Tolmie Peak.
Awesome, I love being able to visit national parks. I think all the ones I haven’t been to are still on my Bucket List…good video!
Looking forward to visiting all national parks as soon as we retire and get a RV. We have been to many of these, but still woild love to take time to enjoy each of these.
Try Guys: Starts Chloe Ting video
Me: Ah, so I see you’ve chosen death.
Kass your so cool, chillaxed, hold postures, perfectly!! I can tell as it just feels so much healthier for inside me.
Physically though everyone is different, some may benefit 4 way more cardio, 1 teacher On YouTube, was a super cardio burn, at the time I loved it. Namaste
Hi Kassandra, we love you and practice with you nearly every morning! Would you consider releasing this same video without the background music? Thank you! Jill
Wow! I enjoyed that:-). Very challenging for me and I did fall once or twice but I managed a lot that I didn’t think I’d be able to. I know I’ll get better. Thank you.
Great suggestions, thanks for posting this! Definitely hitting up Sequoia National Park.
The first National Park I ever visited was Bryce Canyon. It was the coolest thing hiking the trails in the canyon and looking up at those huge hoodoos.
This is my most favorite workout from you guys @popsugar. Even if my motivation (and/or fitness level) is low, I can do this workout. Thanks a lot for your great work.
Greetings from Vienna, Austria. ☺️
Wow, what a great video! Thank you for such a fun list. I haven’t been to too many parks but I’m happy I’ve been and thoroughly enjoyed many parks you mentioned! I was amazed by Yosemite, Grand Canyon, Glacier, Badlands, Sequoia, Redwood! I loved but also felt sick from sulfur at most magical geological sites at Yellowstone
Everyone was traveling and visiting national parks in harmony, and then came the Covid nation…
Me thinking am in shape after 2 weeks of chloe ting then doing this video
I’m doing chloe’s 2 week shred now and I can relate with the struggle. Today I have four workouts I have to do. Lets smash this!!!
Big thumbs up for beauty of these parks and the way they have maintained..
Felt good after try this. No kidding. I love getting sweat!
How many children disappear in national parks every year? Oh yeah the parks Dept doesn’t keep track!! #missing411
Absolutely Priceless Treasures. So Thankful for the National Parks. Such Beauty.
Hoping to visit some parks this summer. For me, Glacier is always gonna be my #1. Great list, can’t argue with any of those choices!
Enjoyed your videos except for your ranking of Dry Tortugas as No. 1. Are your kidding? Ranking it over Yellowstone, Yosemite, Grand Canyon, etc. I’ve never been there, but from the pictures & description, I think it should be classified as a Nat’t Monument, not a Nat’l Park. I’ll bet you could interview 100 people who have been to many Nat’l Parks & not one would even include it in a top 15.
Love your videos and instruction. It is not too difficult and easy to follow although challenging in parts to allow progression thank you 😉
watching them do chloe ting workout made me feel so much better about me doing them
loved this!! Do you have any intermediate 30 day yoga challenges?
Wonderful pictures and helpful information. I’m ready to go!
I’ve been to 9 parks thus far. But Glacier has a special place in my heart. We went there last year. It is a park that will test your limits. But i loved every minute. We are planning to do Acadia and Rocky Mtn this year. We had other parks on the list for this year, but unfortunately had to cancel because of Covid (Yosemite, King’s Canyon, and Sequoia) It is incredible to see the different terrains in our country. Absolutely beautiful. God took his time in North America.
Idk if anyone has said this but you look like dear meet for dinner the YouTuber
Not many people know of it and its a shame, but Black Canyon of The Gunnison is one of the most coolest places you can see. Surprised its not on here
As a United States Marine I traveled to twenty-six countries. I have never had the chance to see much of anything in America. I am fully retired now and I can’t wait to see my country. America! SEMPER FIDELIS FOREVER AND GOD BLESS AMERICA!
If you go to Washington and want to experience Mount Rainier’s glory in a single day, I have one hike for you which will cut it-Burroughs Mountain, it’s worth every step.
Great video. I love these parks as much as this guy loves his arms.
My wife and I were really disappointed with Zion when we went. It was a big letdown. I guess we were spoiled by having been to Jasper, Banff and Waterton lakes national parks in Canada so many times. I found Joshua Tree national park to be very impressive. I recommend Glacier national park in Montana to all my American friends.
Them: Dance to Yummy
Me: NO PLEASE I HATE THIS SONG
Keith: Obviously you’re not gonna hear the song
Me: Hallelujah
Don’t show time over screen..we loose our stamina and keep on watching time when it will get over
Thank you for the reviews…now I’ll have to try your top 15!!!:)
Incredible video, your #1 Was definetlly suprising. Great family and so much love and appriciation to mother neture!!!
Honestly, any park east of the Mississippi River shouldn’t make the cut (except maybe the Everglades!). There’s nothing in the Eastern US which can compare to the rugged wilderness of the American West, Alaska, and Hawaii. Even Mono Lake in California, which is neither a National Park nor a National Monument, is more impressive than any national park in the Eastern US, in my opinion. And then there are places like the Aleutian Islands which are probably better left mostly unknown/unexplored.
*Some parks I personally wish had made the top 25:
Channel Islands California’s version of the Galapagos. Absolutely magical place. You’ll spend the rest of your life wishing you could go back.
Joshua Tree this might be more nostalgia for me since it’s near my hometown and I’ve been there a million times. It definitely does feature some of the most iconic landscapes, dotted with the namesake Joshua trees, in the world though-as evidenced by the countless music videos and movie scenes filmed out there.
Gates of the Arctic come on, the top 25 definitely needs to feature more Alaska parks. Alaska is so massive and those parks are some of the most remote and untamed wilderness areas in the entire world. Especially Gates of the Arctic-the least visited park in the entire system. It’s not the least visited due to lack of beauty, but due to the fact that getting there at all is an expedition in itself. Absolutely incredible stretch of land and rugged mountains at the top of the world that should be top 25 for sure!
Another Alaska park I mean, really, out of the other 5, another Alaska one has to be in the top 25. Glacier Bay, perhaps?
*Parks I feel like don’t really belong on the top 25 list (besides the East of the Missisippi ones-I won’t mention them again):
Rocky Mountain I may get some flack for this, but this park is one of the most underwhelming parks I’ve personally been to. Yes, it’s beautiful, and I’m glad that the park exists, but it basically just feels like all the other mountainous areas in Colorado. This park just really didn’t do it for me. Again, I’m glad part of the Colorado Rockies is being protected/appreciated, but it just wasn’t my favorite.
Canyonlands I mean, it’s cool. I’ve been there. But it’s definitely a rather boring experience-much less interesting than nearby Arches. That’s why Arches receives tons of visitors and hardly anyone makes the trek out to Canyonlands. Basically, when you get there, there’s one single overlook where you can see the entire park, and that’s basically all there is to do unless you really want to do a backpacking trip or something. If the Grand Canyon didn’t exist, I would think much more highly of Canyonlands, but, unfortunately, Canyonlands pales in comparison quite a bit.
Grand Teton I would hesitate to kick this out of the top 25 just because the mountains are so iconic. Maybe move it down to a much lower rank (right around 25). I’ve been through there twice when growing up. Both times, my dad just drove us through the main road down to Jackson Hole. Yes, the mountains are impressive, but basically you just see them from the road and that’s it. It’s a bit boring and underwhelming, frankly, if you previously just explored the awesome wonders of Yellowstone.
*Underappreciated park that’s worth seeing!
Teddy Roosevelt If you somehow find yourself all the way up in North Dakota, this park is actually a lot of fun and much more impressive than you’d expect. It’s a great place to spot bison, and if you happen to catch one standing atop one of the rock formations (we did!), it makes for an unforgettable photo op.
Final note: National Monuments are really underappreciated. Over time, it seems that National Parks came to be viewed as superior, and that the National Monuments were the second tier. But there are some National Monuments which are absolutely incredible and definitely deserve to be viewed in the same status as national parks. For example, there’s Devil’s Tower, which was the first national monument (and that’s why they’ve always resisted changing its status-it really does encapsulate the idea of a “national monument” since it’s a free-standing stone structure). One of the most memorable things I ever did was watch Close Encounters of the Third Kind outside, at night, with Devil’s Tower in the background. I love that they do that there! And there’s Walnut Canyon in Arizona which is one of the most incredible places I’ve ever visited. Mesa Verde may be the most impressive of the Anasazi ruins, but there are so many other incredible sites to explore.
‘Whoo, I am feeling the-‘ and down I go..hope I get better at this lol
Number 1 dad award goes to.. LOL!! Awesome videos man, definitely inspires me to visit every national park
Don’t worry try guys, I’m also sufferring through Chloe’s workout
PSA when you’re doing lunges or any lunge variation (scouts or mountain climbers or lunge walks), KEEP YOUR KNEE FROM GOING OVER YOUR TOES. It should be a straight line from ankle to knee, or your knee could be even a little bit behind the foot. Letting that lean happen is how you get knee injuries.
Sincerely, a human who’s been doing gymnastics for 12 years
Is Kassandra teaching this class? I’ve done several of her classes and while this class was very good, it didn’t have the personality of her other classes that I like so much.
Great video. Still need to visit alot of these national parks. However, I have been to Isle Royale a couple times. Being a Michigander, I haven’t seen a lot of the far western parks. If you plan a trip to Isle Royale, try to leave some time for Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in our UP also.
Thank you for this video Kassandra. You are an amazing instructor. Works just at the right pace for me allowing me to get into the poses with your crystal clear instructions. I feel ready to face the day and Im positive it will be a great one!
I don’t mean to sound racist at all but the asian guy killed that dance workout!!!
me: choleting is not to hard but I think if your new it’s superhard
everyone on the video: tired
me: umm it can be a more easy workout
Besides my driver’s license, the most valuable thing in my wallet is my senior pass to the national parks. For a mere ten bucks I have lifetime free admission to all the parks plus half fee on any campgrounds. A few months back I found out the price of the pass was raised to $80! I’ll protect mine with my life!:^)
After my 30 day challege…i’ve this practice and i love, i enjoyed it.…its generous
Your yoga changed my mornings…
Canyon Lands being below the everglades is absurd. One has beautiful rock formations, the other has gators and mosquitos.
Speaking of Zion, I found this in Google Earth. Put in these coords in the search bar:
37°12’32.0″N 113°01’09.9″W
Littlel solar powered shack with no road going to it high up on the top of the mountain overlooking Soringdale, UT. Really weird.
Yosemite is beautiful but its slightly overrated imo. very crowded & you see little wildlife. Yellowstone if anything is underrated & imo tops. A must see. You have diversity of landscape. A large canyon w/ waterfall. Interesting history. & wildlife that rivals africa that you will see. In fact, you have a decent shot in seeing a grizzly & a wolf. As nice as glacier is, it doesnt have the diversity of yellowstone. Olympia is also really good for diversity of land formations. North Cascades is gorgeous. the greenest mountains in the west. & I agree, zion is the best of the utah 5.
can someone please tell me how many calories this burns? thanks x
This is mega! I do this set every after a while. But always dripping with positively after
I enjoyed this class a lot, but for some reason I don’t think it flowed for me as well.
It’s CRIMINAL that North Cascades isn’t on here. You found room for Shenendoah and Death Valley, but not North Cascades? Wow.
Every word they say has to be turned into a le smth lol but I loved it guys don’t stop I got this ur nearly there, I love u ❤️
Have made it to 13 on this list, and many more. By far, Yellowstone is No.1 (17 trips, and I live 2000 miles away), and there are a lot of other beautiful parks. The video only focused on the geysers/hot springs, which are amazing, but so much more to Yellowstone than Old Faithful. Most amazing is the wildlife. You will really understand the food chain after visiting and spending time just watching.

subb plsssss
I really want the guys to bring back leggings in their shop!!!
The sad part is I’ve been living in NY and now in SanJose CA for a long time now, and I’ve never been in these places.
Thank you so much for this.
Would like to share my top 15
1. Yellowstone
2. Banff ( i know this is in Canada, but its quite similar to the northern US parks)
3. Bryce Canyon
4. Canyonlands
5. Arches
6. Crater Lake
7. Carlsbad Caverns
8. White Sands
9. Rocky Mountain
10. Olympic
11. Badlands
12. Mesa Verde
13. Black canyon of the Gunnison
14. Zion
15. Death Valley
16. Sequioa ( sorry its actually top 16, can’t leave sequoia out there)
I think the wildlife sets Yellowstone apart from the others. It would be one of the best without the wildlife, but the possibility of seeing bears, wolves and so much other wildlife there makes it truly special.
I’m fortunate to live in Las Vegas. I get to have some amazing parks right in my backyard or close enough to take a day trip. I happen to agree with you about Zion. It’s such a beautiful park with so much to offer.
This video is good, but the lady narrating has a lot of false information in it. Not sure if its intentionally misleading or not. She said Denali was 6000 feet tall…… its over 20,000. She also said Crater Lake had more than 90 million trails on it. Fucking ridiculous lmfao
Yes, I liked this class! Perfect for a Friday evening. Thank you!
I was pre watching this at 2x speed… N quick feet @ 21:10 got me
I wanna go visit USA!! I’m thinking about going there in the future when I have some more money. I hope I will be able to find a job that allows me to go travel around in the country at the same time I work!! That would’ve been the fucking best!!!
This video was incredible. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences in such a beautiful way!!!!!
17:03 keith’s face during chloe’s workout is the same color as his mat
ich war bisher in den Death Valley NP, Everglades NP, Yosemite NP und Grand Canyon NP!
My body died after 15 min. My brain was able to watch the rest
Beautiful thank you another lovely practice to take after 30 day challenge
I really hope large companies can start fracking in some of these spots soon.

Some of these need to have a warning. The butterfly crunches without the modification can be very dangerous to those of us who have had back injuries. Putting all that stress on your lower back can be bad for you when you’re still burning the same amount of calories as the modified version.
For better variety I’d remove one of the canyon parks and add Biscayne NP which is a marine park.
Excellent! We do guided, small group tours of National Parks and more out-west USA. https://activetravelwestusa.com/
love you guys and love the way you dance its just amazing ✨♥️
really loved the flow and also your voice. the music sometimes disturbed me a bit though.
Do you have any vids about WA State? I have not finished this one yet
I agree with a lot of them, personally great sand dunes and bryce canyon would make my top ten. Maybe it was the fact that the first time I walked into those parks I almost saw the milky way and it was a very special experience. Walking onto the sand dunes park at night is like walking onto a different planet, with the possibility of getting lost. It is scary but it is so unique. It is basically mountains of sand with the backdrop of snow covered mountains and for miles we couldnt see any life except for some shrubs and two people hiking. When we looked above, it was just millions of stars. I cannot forget that feeling and out of body experience and I would definitely visit it as much as I can.
I thought Yellowstone was pretty lame. compared to something like Bryce Canyon or Zion which i did the week after i did Yellowstone
As a Brit, I hope someday I will be able to come over and experience some of these they seem like an altogether different experience to what we have back here. I would still definitely recommend coming over here if you have the chance. Many places like Scotland, Yorkshire, the Lake District and Cornwall boast great history, often all the way back to the medieval or bronze age, as well as considerable natural beauty.
This work out nearly killed me!
After five minutes of intense workout I get to know it was just a warm up
Wow, could’ve tried to include the midwest and central U.S. a little here and there, don’t you think?
Beautiful, but sadly no word on Yellowstone on the reintroduction of wolves to the valuable ecosystem.
I had a great morning practice with this Vinyasa flow. Kassandra, you are a wonderful instructor. I could follow this whole class perfectly with eyes closed because of your clear guidance. Thank you for being a vessel for conscious growth. Namaste☮️
I was pretty worn out after the workout the rest of the day yesterday. Boy, are my glutes and hamstrings sore today. I’ve been looking for a good, full-body workout and I’ve found it. I’ll check out other Le Sweat videos too. Thanks Le Sweat!
National parks are essentially my life, and I think my favorite thing about them is the incredible diversity within the collection of 400+ NPS sites. Watching both this and your “non-62” list was so touching, because it really showcased the wide array of amazing landscapes, ecosystems, and stories our park system preserves. I hope you have the opportunity to make it up to Alaska soon! I’ve worked at Glacier Bay and Denali, and I can’t recommend them enough (not to mention the more remote parks up there like Katmai, Wrangell-St. Elias, Gates of the Arctic, etc, which I hope to make it to soon.) Actually, I’ve heard it said that you should save Alaska for last, because once you’ve been there, nothing in the lower 48 can compare. The parks up there are more challenging to get to, but they’re so worth it, especially to go on your own and not on a cruise. Kayaking with humpback whales in Glacier Bay may be the greatest park experience I’ll ever have.

Really great class. So fun and perfect as 30 min cardio. Thank you very much
Literally had tears in my eyes that I’ve been so blessed to see so many of these amazing places… like coming home
You need to go to Alaska! The vastness and diversity of the national parks there take your breath away. Kenai Fjords is a personal fav.
My personal top 10 choices are:
1) Rocky Mountain
2) Yellowstone
3) Great Sand Dunes
4) Canyonlands
5) Yosemite
6) Mesa Verde
7) Badlands
8) Grand Canyon
9) Arches
10) Wind Cave
Ive been to 10 national parks so far, n zion is my favorite.
Not to be too nitpicky, but the video captures at 13:01 and 00:30 are not Mount Rainier, but is Mount Shasta, which is technically not a national park, but still worth a look
sou brasileira, eu fiz olhando os movimentos e gostei muito. I would love if you did the final shavasna with us. Thanks, obrigada!
great yoga motion and flow 😉 well done kassandra well spoken and instructional!
Hi Kassandra, it was wonderful I feel so good now and ready for the day ahead. Happy to be with you,
This woman tried to kill me, I’m subscribing but I’m not happy about it… Stupid torture session that Lowkey works…
Get your FREE National Parks Checklist https://www.peanutsorpretzels.com/list-of-national-parks-by-state-printable-checklist/
The Chloe Ting music gives me anxiety (although don’t get me wrong her two Week Shred has really changed my life and I’m so much more confident)
LOVE this workout, this has been my go-to workout during lockdown just the right length! Love it, thank you so much ladies!
We went to all of these but Glacier is number one. Go back and stare. Maine should not be on this list or maybe at the bottom the trails on the Kancamagus in NH are way better. Fort Jefferson number one…really. Born and raised in South Florida I have so give this one a thumbs down. Nothing to see there. Good video, looks like you all had the trip of a life time. We did it with wife kids, 2 dogs and a bird in a 16 foot scamp in 4 weeks. Sending this to the kid so she can remember all the amazing places we went. Thank you.:)
Thank you so much for this video and sharing your list of top 15 fav national parks! It’s def an inspiration for us to go out and explore these ourselves.
Thank god I’m not the only one who DIES trying to do Choe Ting’s workouts.
Very biased! not to mention Olympic national Park?
definitely not right
I LOVED this, I’ve been doing your beginner 30 minute practices and this was the perfect next step
But Olympic though.. and North Cascades such an underrated national park.
basically just come to colorado and utah and youve got half them done
I noticed that you junmped into Crater Lake from the cliff at Cleetwood Cove… not an easy place for me to hit on a road trip from the north east especially when I love deserts so much but I have been there twice and made quite a few jumps from that cliff… being Canadian I even enjoyed swimming in Crater Lake
I’m really enjoying doing this during quarantine! I love doing this after exercising, it gives a good stretch and tone:)
Thanks Charlee for some dripping sweat here phew another day another brilliant workout thanks girls and esp Anna you are the best
How did they get the drone footage? I thought it’s been illegal to fly a drone in the national parks since 2014?
That was so nice! Thanks so much! Loved the comments and the bonding and positive self-takl!
I’ve been binging chloe ting results in prep for starting the 4 week shred challenge, this ended up getting recommended to me
The ease that Eugene’s doing this compared to the other guys, omg.
This is a fantastic flow. I just found your channel and am looking forward to checking out more of your videos. Namaste.
The Great Smoky Mountains is my favorite by far because I grew up right next to it. It literally is my home.
during this my whole body was sore and i didnt even do the workout
Thanks For A Great Class. Love the shoulder stretches. Namaste!
i’m having a real hard time watching their knees go further than their feet and its hurting me internaly
No offence but that yoga didn’t do anything. U do the real yoga guys and You’ll be sweating like a pig in one hour. And one thing you should know is yoga isn’t a physical exercise, it is mainly for ur mind. A slim body is only an added benefit.
Not well structured, mostly focused on exercises not on the breath and feelings, poor description of the exercise.
I tried to do the Chloe Ting workout for 2 weeks straight. Why did I choose the hardest one as a beginner?
At 12:15, did you by any chance mean the 5th highest peak in the contiguous 48 states? Because I’ve been to Alaska and they easily have tens of peaks higher than Mt. Rainier.
Please try the Chloe Ting 2 Week Shred Challenge I’m on day 2 and it’s kick my butt!
Is nobody talking about how Eugene did marshals work out wow
Do I need to add other variations into yoga or I can practice daily this one only?
I’ve been to 19 of the parks in the lower 48 states. The top 5 in this list are as I would pick too. To add a few more parks to this list, I would eliminate Saguaro NP (just Death Valley with Cacti), & I would merge some parks with another nearby park. I’d add Olympic NP with Mt Rainier NP 25 miles away; I’d nix Crater Lake; merge Grand Tetons with Yellowstone close by. To replace Saguaro I’d merge Painted Desert NP & Petrified Forest NP. The combo of Badlands NP, Wind Cave NP & Black Hills NF easily surpasses Crater Lake. And not to far away is Mt Rushmore & Devils Tower to make it a 5 site bonanza.
BTW, other than Saguaro, I’ve been to Crater Lake (nixed) & other the others I’ve combined as being nearby each other. As Gene Autry said: Happy Trails. All choices IMHO.
I agree with RR, a map accompanying each park by # would be great.
This gave me such nostalgia I used to do blogilates years ago
Hey Kassandra,
Thanks for this channel and dozens of free yoga videos. I really appreciate. I would however, want to ask if it is possible to have longer (60-90 min) videos for intermediate and advanced level that are not yin yoga.
Thanks!
a
These are some poses I never thought I’d be able to pull off! I think I’m ready for intermediate now
It went by tooo fast loved it from the warm up to end with a perfect cool down:)
Awesome video! Thank you so much! Feeling loose and refreshed!:)
Thanks for sharing! This video is very inspiring. After this pandemic we wish to visit any of those parks and we would like to start with Glacier. We only been to Zion
Sir, You have inspired us to go hiking with our daughters. You should team up with Ken Burns for his next documentary. Your voice is so soothing!
Wow Canyonlands is easily my top park in the Southwest. But you do have to hike the backcountry.
If Dry Tortugas is your favorite, you need to buy a sailboat.
Though workout is awesome but what is the need of making weird soundsss n hooting while workout
Can u guys stop shouting and moaning during ur workouts for a second? A part of the audience really desires for silence.
Your yoga classes are the best! I’ve been using your yoga channel for 2 years and I always feel so good after your class!
Great video. I have visited some of those Parks, hope to go back to the US and see more from that list, but right now my top one is Bryce Canyon NP….
This is a really inspirational video! I recently moved to Canada, and while there’s so much to see up here, this is a brilliant guide for the thing I love most about the States, its parks system. Can’t wait to go and experience some of them as soon as the border reopens!
That’s something I once believed in. I currently hate national and most state parks. I will encourage alternatives. They’re terrible for who they employ for planning and trapping. They suck for being over inflated and when they aren’t they suck for being a reserve that has no plain boundary in which the resources are hunted for artificial stocking and to line their Republican pockets. These places suck just like the jolly green idiots that work there.
Hi Kassandra! What is the count on each breath? Love your videos! I’m a fan! I had been telling in-laws, friends, co-workers about your videos! Take care! Jackie
Ok video but you get a thumbs down for illegal operation of a drone in a national park. Extremely foolish.

Nice video, I’ve been to a growing number of these and my top 3 so far are 1Glacier, 2Olympic, 3Yellowstone. Olympic looks like something out of a fairy tale or Lord of the Rings. Going to CO and UT ones this year.
The America the Beautiful quarters (sometimes abbreviated The National Parks quarters) are a series of 25-cents quarters, issued by the United States Mint starting in 2010 and scheduled to continue until at least 2021, but the series may be extended at the option of The Secretary of the Treasury, potentially extending the series to 2033, and after that, i wonder what new quarters will keep coming out.
It’s been 4 days I m doing this,I think my back pain is gone
I just started doing basic yoga poses and eventually was doing yoga with a friend and didnt realize I was doing some difficult poses she wasnt able to do she was like thats too advanced for me but I love when yoga makes me sweat and melt into a puddle of relief from anxiety
Suprised Monument valley didn’t make this list. Beautiful place.
Anytime I need motivation I watch this vid and it makes me want to work out whoop
This is a KILLER WORKOUT, I envy that thick girl on the left, like how she can do so much when she is so thick. So good stamina.
I just went to Yosemite in January of 2020. It had snowed before we went and the Valley is simply stunning in the wintertime. Totally worth checking out if given the chance.
I’ve only been to Yosemite and Sequoia but determined to visit more National Parks. So far I have Grand Canyon booked for September. I can’t wait
i love their positive energy all along the video! really helped me go through with it!
Death Valley is a good one. Very underrated. But hardly the Southeast corner of CA… some 5 hours north of San Diego, lol
I LOVE your enthusiasm and obvious love of the parks. Taking the fam back to my old stompin grounds growing up-Badlands; planned for end of June. But dang it-now I am wondering how to take a month off and hit more parks in the west! I blame you for making this so hard lol!
Wow! I enjoyed that:-). Very challenging for me and I did fall once or twice but I managed a lot that I didn’t think I’d be able to. I know I’ll get better. Thank you.
Thanks heaps for sharing plus your time in filming, editing and your channel!!! All are amazing to me because all are from God, Who’s the most amazing of all!!!:)
Love Dry Tortugas National Park got to camp there such an amazing experience
Awesome Le workout! Bring this Le Trainer back for more! Love it!
Just came back from Glacier and thinking about Acadia next! Yellowstone was also a great one. Thanks for your list of favorites!
stuck at home watching this, brings back memories and keeping up hope, thanks!
Does Eugene have that mirror that shows you workouts in his garage?
They should’ve tried Pamela Reif’s ab workout. They would have not reached the yoga
If anyone is wondering how many calories you might burn, I am 5’8″ and 125 lbs and I burned about 175 calories.
Love this class! Challenging and restful at the same time. So glad my niece showed me your channel. I’m using it in conjunction with the awesome workouts on Fitnessblender.com to stay fit and happy while stuck inside. Thank you!
Yoga sequence is great. I found the music unpleasant through most of session. Music was repetitive like being on hold on phone.
Great video. Since you’re a Bears fan I’m assuming you’re probably from the Chicago area and have already been to Indiana Dunes National Park. I grew up there when it was just a state park. Kinda crazy to me that a place I grew up less than a mile from is now a National Park.
Can anyone recommend any good workout youtubers to me? I’m in recovery for anorexia (yes I am allowed by my doctor to workout now) and honestlyI am way too picky about what workout videos I do, this is partly bc I am on the autism spectrum and I can “lock” or have breakdowns very easily. Mostly I just need some arm workouts bc they are the only ones that are super hard to find (I don’t have weights at home so when ppl use them in their videos I get mad at myself)
Just finnished My chloe ting so I came here to watch other people suffer
Breh, have you been to Washington? You chose 4 ugly parks that look the same. Olympic, Mt Rainier, and N Cascades are breathtaking.
This has been my favorite workout while the gyms have been closed! I feel so strong after
I started this workout and love it. Great routine that works all your body with the right amount of strength and movements..
Usa. The land which once was roamed heavily by the feet of red indians land which once was seen only like a forest all over… Just vast stretches of land and sky…… All the best gifts were given here by god…it gives us a feeling of being in a heaven….. Usa is more than all still….
All of the other guys have like cans of beans and Eugene has 2 buckets of paint!
Whew, I am a beginner so that was hard, but I got through most of it except for that low plank on my forearms and a few other things. Good routine
Inspired me to make a list. I wish I could afford them all. I love the ocean ones. Great travel videos.
even tho chloe ting workouts are hard, i now use one of the two week shred videos as my normal workout cause she motivated me so much after i did the 2 week shred
I just love watching you guys! I am so jealous of your relationship and life!!
This was my first intermediate class months ago. Ready for advances now! Love your classes. 1st time I’ve ever loved exercising:)
Meanwhile, I’m about to start my 6th year with fitnessblender
i actually didn’t think chloe ting was hard when indie get workout plan so i switched over to madfit, and now i enjoy myself and see a bigger difference
my friends and i decided to do it together, and it was the worst mistake of our lives. we were laughing so hard because of each other’s pain that it made it more painful
i love doing yoga with u. superb class. just wana add some more great moments targeting weight loss and toning.
Aku kira hanya cewe yg kesusahan melalui Chloe ting’s workout. Ternyata semua sama aja. Wkwkw
Don’t give up to finish Chloe ting’s workout perfectly each videos
Thank you for all the helpful tips about where to go and what towns are nearby! I’m planning a road trip and it was all so helpful
it’s good to know everyone struggles as much as i do during chloe ting’s workouts
ned and ariel dancing: i don’t care if i’m not good, i just wanna have fun
zach dancing: looking not so good in dancing but trying his best
keith dancing:.. being keith.
eugene dancing: B*TCH I’M THE BEST
I just went back to retail work after 3 months & my body is super sore & tight after working these last 2 days. This was the most perfect class! It was shorter than an hour but included everything important for the entire body. I loved it❤️♀️
It was nuce seeing Eugene crush the dance routine while other guys tried
If they would’ve done Pamela Reif they would’ve been crying
The video sometimes doesn’t tell where the park is and there is no map. For those outside the US, this might be helpful:
25 Big Bend (Texas)
24 Saguaro (Arizona)
23 Shenandoah (Virginia)
22 Mesa Verde (Colorado)
21 Death Valley (California)
20 Crater Lake (Oregon)

My new favourite flow so much interest put together into a beautiful way
Thank you so much for what you add my body I loved your class and I will try to enhance myself untill I succeed these movings in this lesson completely ❤️
Honestly I can just imagine Becky screaming, “You’re doing great sweetie!” as Keith literally DIES!!
Ok i learned the hard way im not intermediate, i gave up on 21:00, im glad i was keeping up that long
So the level has less to do with flexibility but more strength and balance
Yeah let’s not fail to mention all the Ppl who go missing in these parks.(Missing 411)
Great video, thank you. I hope you make it to Isle Royals. It’s amazing…backpacked there back in 1997 for 8 days completely off the grid. Borderline religious.
I really liked the movement/pose at 16:27, what’s it called..? And thank you so much for these, I love your style; the music is nice and stops from checking to see if the video has frozen in the quiter bits haha
Christina: points to the screen That girl!
Me: points to self But I’m a boi?
Hi Kassandra. Please do more minimal cues 45/60 minute classes. I just love the 45 minute class I have just done! Salli
I’ve been having bad workout days (absolutely couldn’t get myself in the mood to workout and complete a whole routine ><) but this was perfect! Not too high intensity till I feel motivated nor too slow. Thank you so much!!! <3
Great hip opening class, this was exactly what i needed as I was a little tired today, but still wanted to get some exercise done. I feel good, muscles little sore in a pleasant way, I feel energized and ready to drink tea and continue to study. Beautiful class, I have found your channel just recently, so far only tried a few videos but excited for more <3
We’ve been doing many different yoga sessions on YouTube, tried so many different teachers but really settled on you. We like that your classes are straightforward and there is no nonsense (we tried this super popular YouTube yogi and she keeps making really annoying jokes.. I’m sure you know who’s that..:D). We did most of the 30 day challenge, we’ll continue! Please make some tough/power yoga 20 minute sessions intermediate, would love that before work! Maybe 20 min 30 day challenge?
For those who are beginners, watch up with the planks, make sure you’re doing it like Charlee and not like Christina.
The fact that Ned knows more about Kim Kardashian’s beauty line than Ariel
Did I turn away for one or something, or was Glacier National Park not in here? If someone has been to Glacier, they include it in a video like this. It’s utterly too beautiful of a landscape with too much to do not to!
We loved this flow for the WholeHealth Zoom yoga practice this morning in lockdown. A great flow, our only feedback would be that we don’t need the music, we like to hear just your voice! Thank you.
Stop being hateful, this was great. It’s the next day and did it again though my buttocks are burning. Try to understand most of us are starting over with exercise, or it’s our first time. Try to push yourself but understand when you need to rest. Hope you all can reach these women some time ♥
I love how out of breath they are at some point, it’s like they’re human just like us
My favorite NP is Yosemite
Thank you for your beautiful video
Is it just me or does Eugene on the kickbacks remind you of a cat
I’ve been doing a lot of your videos during these stressful corona times. Started with the easy 10 mins full body stretch and now I’m here:) really helped me get rid of my back pain and find inner peace. I do morning yoga daily now and helps me so much, something that will stay with me throughout my life now! Thank youuu so much for your videos! Love them:) Shared your videos with a few friends of mine and they’ve been inspired to do yoga too!
