I have been I vegetarian for the last 25 years, since y was 19. For me, my personal experience, I have no overweight, no high blood pressure, actually I have low blood pressure always in the low 100’s. No cholesterol and no diabetes. No health problems. I do not have eggs unless they are mixed with some other ingredients. Age wise I am 44 but everyone asks me if I am in my early 30’s. I wish! I have no wrinkles. So I believe it was a good decision to become a vegetarian at 19.
Been vegetarian for a few months and I feel great. I work construction and have to do heavy lifting frequently. I haven’t had any struggles with lack protein or strength at all and I’ve been recovering better
i’m thinking of going vegetarian but i’m extremely fussy and i don’t like vegetables, but i’m gonna give it a go!
I was born a vegetarian (my mom transitioned to that diet when she got pregnant with me) and I was raised that way until around high school (when I started to drive and decided I could eat whatever I wanted). Growing up we never really got sick and never had any weight issues. I went my own way of eating but then I ran my body down in college, got sick a few times, weight went up and down, etc for most of my 20s… I knew I wanted to change some things up before I turned 30 this year (wanting to honor God with taking better care of my body) and after not feeling so good, doing some research and feeling convicted in certain areas, I decided to go back to my veg roots (since it was familiar to me) and become a vegetarian again. It’s been almost a month so far and it feels like I’ve never left it… It’s been exciting and comforting and I can tell my body is already thanking me <3
What did you think of all the different kinds of vegetarianism? Are you going to leave animals off your plate now that you know the benefits? Are you currently a veggie, and have some great recipes you’d like to share? Why not let us know in the comments section below what type of vegetarian (or non-vegetarian) you are! If you enjoyed this video, please give it a like and share it with your friends!
This video should be less biased and show the advantages and disadvantages of vegetarianism
It has been debunked that becoming vegan causes deficiencies. It’s when they become vegan and do not include the right kind of food into their diet. I’m chronically anemic and going vegan actually raised my iron, and I never have a deficiency of B12.
2 weeks pescatarian!! I haven’t hit a bump yet. And I have noticed I have more energy and my stomach doesn’t hurt as much. Wish me luck!!!
Lovely content, Pls like, share, subscribe and leave a comment below what do you guys think about the video.

I dont know what i am, i eat fish, dairy and occasionally chicken.
I’ve become a Lacto o o vegetarian this July 2020 I and hope I can sustain it. I ve always loved vegetables so the transition has been easy.
I just started being vegetarian yesterday, but am considering being Ovo-vegetarian considering i’m lactose intolerant anyway, and it should be fairly easy to be vegan after a while of that I imagine:) my main goal is to make it to one month Veggie and see how I feel.
veganism is dangeroud also if you have any kind of digestive disorder
I’ve been a vegetarian for three years in a country where everyone eats meat and even thought a lot of people in my family hate it I won’t stop being a vegetarian ❤️ other people should try to
My boyfriend has started a vegan life style and I’m vegetarian now too for the best! Everyone should try it!
So grateful to be a part of the vegetarian family since birth.
This is for my school work i didnt really want to do it but now im totally thinking about being one!
I’ve been a vegetarian since January 2020. I’m losing weight, my blood pressure is so much better, my acne is clearing up, and I feel great! And I also feel so much better knowing I’m not contributing to the deaths of any animals. I’m trying to reduce the amount of cheese/yogurt I consume, and instead go for organic/free range/locally produced dairy products and eggs. I hope someday vegan dairy/egg alternatives get so good that I’ll never have to buy the real thing again!
I’ve been a vegetarian for almost an entire month now. I’ve got to say, I have so much more energy in the gym and meat honestly kind of disgust me now. Highly recommend this
Today is my first day of going vegetarian, wish me luck (Ik someone else did this comment but it’s my first day too and Idk what else to say)
I’m starting as a semi-vegetarian, and thinking to become a real vegetarian and then a vegan!
I haven’t come across any ovovegetarians till now?? I’m I the only person?
I’ve started being a vegetarian since October 2019 and I feel so good now
I am a brand new vegetarian…3 weeks in and I am loving it. I was always eating more or less healthy before, just with meat. But since I am skipping the meat, I am sooooo bloated. Its horrible and really inconvenient at times. How long is this going to take?
I ate way to much meat as a child/teen, went flexitarian after my 18th birthday, and became a full vegetarian 2 months ago, as a meatlover it’s a challenge each day. I went to a BBQ and had to Refuse many of my favourite foods, next challenge is taking my dad to a sushi restaurant for fathersday, I only plan to eat the many veggie alternatives. Its hard because I love fish, but I have to remember why I do this
Why did I become a vegetarian? Well, oddly enough, it’s not just the ‘poor animals’ reason.(don’t get me wrong, I love animals) I am a nature lover and in the last 5 years, i’ve felt like I’ve been getting even more aware of the impact that humans have on the planet. Climate change was smacking me on the head. As Im speaking, the grass here is turning yellow from drought and it happens more often. This used to never happen in my country
I felt like if I liked the forest so much, I should make a little effort to keep it green. After I learned how the meat industry was responsible for 30% of the Co2, it became clear to, that this change was benefical to not just animals but the whole planet
Granted, I always been a below average user of elektricity, gas and water.
I challenged myself do more, and I love it.
I encourage everyone to make small changes, and challenge yourself to do a little more to preserve the planet, allong the way.
You dont have to live in the wild to have less of a impact, don’t let others tell you that eating 1 piece of meat less a week, is useless, you are making a difference. The numbers add up globally
To anyone trying out there, Im proud of you
Vegetarian for 3 days now, just wanted to do it once a week but after Day 2 I literally started feeling better not that I felt bad I just felt better its anoying coz I got meat, I went to go do groceries today, just plant based things I’m scared what has become of me
First i wanted to become vegetarian from 1.feb, but today is always the best day:)so for lunch i ate only rice and salad, without chicken and i feel good inside
I’m a pescatarian and I love it, insects are a good source of meat too when done right and when you pretend it’s shrimp sorry but it’s true

So fucking tired of being tired all the time I have many plans and goals but I don’t feel motivated to complete them, I literally woke up this morning refreshed ate 1 spicy hot link with BBQ sauce and I was exhausted 1 hour later and fell asleep again for a additional 6 hours. What a fukin waste, processed meats is 1 of the reasons why people are sad and hate their lives. Lmao
I never eat meat, eggs and honey in my life time. I’m a pure vegetarian and I’m proud of it.
I grew up vegetarian and my boobs came up when I was like 18 when everyone else’s came up like at 12. I asked and same thing happened to all my friends that grew up veg. Are the hormones in meat affecting puberty? Just curious
I truly love being a vegetarian, but where I live at home still, I’m not supported
I’m not vegetarian and never will be but mixing meats veggies fruits all combine, is good for you get all the protein and nutrients, being vegetarian your not really getting all the proper proteins. Long as you exercise and do cardio your good

I’m not sure if you know this, but you flashed the white supremacist symbol.
Lacto-ovo till i finish the eggs lying in my fridge, after that will only consume ghee and yogurt only, no milk, no butter, no cheese.
Pop tarts have gelatin, if you are veggie or planing to, DONT EAT GUMMIES, POPTARTS, OR JELLO. Anything with gelatin is animal remains, look it up.
Should I be a vegetarian? Im not sure yet but I feel like it would help me stay more heathy.
Edit: actually 50 likes and I’ll become vegetarian and let you guys know how it goes. Hopefully my family supports me if I become vegetarian since they eat a lot of meat.
My family are annoyed by it but best choice of my life and feel much better
