im scared the ab workouts will widen my waist…. any advice from anyone?? please??
Decided to try to lose weight, tried rowing, but I have limited availability for it. 20 minutes of this everyday for the past week… my arms are killing me even on 2.5kg weights… I know it’s not much weight, but it kills my shoulders. Trying to get comfortable on all exercises with 1 weight before moving on to heavier weights:) any help would be appreciated!

was a nice workout, i couldnt do the one arm pushups though, mainly because im a bit overweight now I think. I changed them up with 30s rotating arms forward and 30s backward (those in T pose xd), that also killed me.

Day 5!!! My body basically gets tired now in preparation for the workouts like its telling me to stop, meanwhile I feel like a strict mom telling myself to get over it and keep going.
Definitely am feeling so much more confident now and my friends have even noted an improvement in my mental health since I started this program.
Also for those who are further along I have two questions: Do you do all the workouts in the Summer challenge in one go or do you disperse them throughout the day(I have been doing the former) and do you do the optional workouts as well or will not doing them make the results come slower?(I have been doing the optional workouts by the way so even if it doesn’t matter I’ll continue doing so.)

Love your workouts <3 HOWEVER one thing is starting to really bother me now that I've been doing them for weeks; you use a lot of the same songs/playlists on your workout videos. Maybe switch it up every video, or post your videos without music so we can have our own in the background. Especially when i do a couple of your short workouts in a row (plus warmup/cool down) it gets a bit dull...
Other than that, thanks for helping me stay in shape at home!!

When I first started Summer Shred, I couldn’t do the side push up, AT ALL. I believed that I wasn’t physically capable of that. So I substituted that for the lower intensity side plank. And today on Day 24, I CAN DO THE SIDE PUSH UP OHMYGODDDD. (Although pushup from the left arm was weaker because it’s my non dominant one).. ANYWAYS, I can’t believe I am so much more stronger??? I am so proud of myself. Yayyy
Even though I had to stop for a few more seconds after some exercises, I really enjoyed this work out!! Hopefully I will get better after a while

The laying down tricep ext with 20 lbs was rough, so glad i found this video. I am just starting to learn how to lift weights properly. am currently using 20lbs steel weights that my brother let me use, and i also purchased 2 16 20 kg water weights from wish. I am glad i have bought them so i can lift weights anytime i please. Do you have any tips for a beginning weight lifter. I already know about some stretches and am still learning some lifting techniques with dumbbells only. Loved the video am going to use this well try anyway everyday.
Been doing curls with heavier weights for a couple of weeks and a lot of walking and exercises to get the heart pumping but after doing this with 4kg on each dumbbell I’m feeling it.
Arms are aching and that last one got my heart going.

I used to do The Body Coach TV every morning then did forward crunches, sit ups, bicep curls and pedal on a foot machine (did an extra 10 reps a day) but started getting bored so I am only doing that when mum is not working in a morning and the days she is I will now do one of these dumbbell workouts starting from today as this was the first one on my list lol

Today I was for the first time in the gym so as to exercise on the equipment because earlier I was very ashamed. I chose an hour about which it is empty and I decided to overcome my fear! Hi Hanna! I would love to get the Booty Guide workout because I really need (and want ofc) to get to the point where I was before. Last year I managed to tore the crossband (ACL) in my knee, and was operated about a half a year ago. So in one whole year now, I have struggled to train my glutes and legs like I did before. Now, I finally can start doing the workouts I used to do, but with much less weights for sure! I have used your earlier videos and made my own programs out of them, and it has helped me a lot. They have given me such motivation and strengt, both mentally and physical. That is why I think this workout guide of you would help me a lot to get to the point where I once was, and maybe even further than that! Thank you so much for the inspiration<3

not helpful because she didn’t explain how to properly to position your arm and legs, like the wall, we cant see the degree angle how far I should put my legs etc. halfway through i stop and search for other exercise

For those people out there doing this workout, and feels like they are going to give up, let me tell you this. You are not tired. You are only exhausted, and wanted a minute or two of rest. You are not tired. It’s like your mind is telling you to stop cause it’s really tiring. But trust me, it is not. Always remember you are doing this to be a better version of yourself. We, all of us has been feeling about to give up. But you shouldn’t. We’re all in this workout, and we will gain big result, and hey, results won’t happen overnight. Maybe a couple of months? Maybe a two or three? Or at least half a year. Chloe Ting is here to help us, so we should do what she gave us for DAMN FREE.
I know this video is OLD but I’m doing this anyway. I have been doing HIIT workouts every other day for nearly 4 weeks now as well as walking at least 1.5 miles everyday and eating under 1570 calories per day, and have lost 10Ib doing it! I’m planning on doing this workout in the days I don’t do HIIT as my arms are something I’ve been especially self-conscious about and am hoping that they will get more toned:D I may update at some point!

Whenever I have to go back to my beginner fitness level after pregnancy and post partum, I start with this workout for upper body…for a while. It’s simple but so effective and helps protect me from injury by jumping into using weights too quickly.
This is my second time doing this workout and although I know I’m getting stronger, some of the exercises are still beyond me for now!
I have modified them to do knee push-ups instead until I am stronger!

I liked the workout but I had a lot of trouble with the one armed push ups. I have very round/thick thighs and hips so when I tried to do the push up I just ended up rolling over. Ouch

The first no equipmemt video that was easy to do with little space and the pacing between each exorcise was just right. Definatly adding this into my weekly routine even when the gyms reopen. That second time round got my cardio going too
New low impact upper body workout! I was actually feeling super sick and bloated when I filmed this cause I was having my period, so you can clearly tell I was out of it So I often get asked if you can workout while you’re having your period, it really depends on how you feel. I wasn’t at 100% but this was a low impact no equipment workout so you can always do something like this when you have your period. Enjoy the workout!

I would love to try your Booty Guide my main goal at the moment is building a booty like yours. Currently doing a full body workout 4 times a week and I definitely see a huge development but I wanna make my booty priority while I’m gaining musclemass and then for summer I gonna cut weight. I used to be in karate in high school so at that point of time, i was relatively fit. 10 years later, not so much. My upper body is weak and my posture problems often give me a stiff back and back ache. This workout is soo good because i got a sweat on and felt lighter afterwards. Love your videos!

Alright tried it first time today (Sunday the 14th of June), I did feel the burn, but my body reflexively slaked. I think if I keep pushing as far as possible, I’ll be able to get the most out of the work out. Will try this again on Tuesday, and give update.
-okay, it’s Tuesday, just combined this with a abdomen one and man am I tired. I keep running into the problem of breathing. When I try to squeeze the muscles I instantly stop breathing. I didn’t get through the second work out at all, but I’ll try again on Thursday.

I would love to win the booty guide. I don’t have a personal trainer or a fitness program and I think that I don’t see the results in my booty like I see in my upper body and legs. And I have really tried to feel the burn in my glutes but haven’t succeeded. It’s very hard because I don’t know so many movements and those movements that I know I feel mostly in my legs than my booty/glutes. About a half year ago I found your youtube channel and I got soooo much motivation and after that I’ve been watching your every single video and following your instagram too. Till nästa år vill jag verkligen ta gymmet på allvar. Jag har gått till gymmet då och då under året, men jag har aldrig tagit det på allvar eftersom att jag inte haft någon motivation eller någon guide. Jag har sett förändringar, självklart, But at the end of the day så har jag gett upp och ätit ohälsosamt. Nästa månad ska jag köpa ett årskort på mitt favorit gym och jag ska satsa allt. Din guide skulle verkligen hjälpa mig och jag skulle hålla mig fokuserad!
Jag har alltid varit lite rund men nu äntligen börjar jag gå ner i vikt. Nu satsar jag på att bli fit och verkligen älska mig kropp!
