Baked Apples with Olive Oil Crumble Recipe. INGREDIENTS. 4 large apples, cored and hollowed out 2 ⁄ 3 cup flour (the ladies used regular white) 2 ⁄ 3 cup almond meal 2 ⁄ 3 cup oats 1 ⁄ 4 teaspoon salt 1 ⁄ 2 teaspoon apple pie spice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 ⁄ 2 teaspoon orange extract 1 ⁄ 2 cup extra virgin olive oil.
