For only Three months, my very own daily episode of sleeping disorders has ultimately gone. The sleep treatment “Fαntυgα Fαzαm” (Google it) I used had saved me costs from obtaining prescription medication. Before all these, I can just get Three to four hours of excellent rest. Yet soon after adhering to this program, I managed to get Seven straight great resting hours. A year had passed, I could say that in many years these recent good sleep are the best I ever have..
Respected Sir, Is there any way to contact you? MailId or something else. I want to talk to you over B12. Something serious according to me
Great way to learn I am a Nurse but am having B12 injections, yes to sore tongue horrible fatigue etc
Please fix the audio in this video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Your information might help ful. But u should remember that u are addressing people who have no knowledge of health until they become sick and goes to doctor. Simplify your language
Animal products are fortified with B12. Its a microbe found in untreated water.
Wow I just should’ve read and medical journal no can you just explain it for dummies like myself, thank you very much ♥️
Clear as mud, if only I didn’t have B12 deficiency I’d be able to understand that.
Mostly great information but once loading injections injections stop symptoms may returns. Best to see how your doing as may need for a lifetime at regular amount depending on how severe symptoms are and how quickly they return.
Not all damage is iIrreversible and so treatment should be aggressive and long-term shots
some are lucky enough to switch to all or sublingual.
Don’t base your diagnosis purely on B12 serum look at homocystine and MMA as a certain level is not a gold standard and is set too low and range should probably be around 500-2000 for better health.
What I only know is that whenever I got back pain or fatigue I consume vitamin B supplements (a.k.a neurobion).
AFAIK, being celiac (issues caused by gluten/wheat), can cause issues with absorbtion, plus Proton Pump Inhibitors (used to treat excess acid).
I told my mom that I woke up dizziness and couldnt see light then my heart was raising she said I need vitamin b
SERIOUSLY HOW DO THEY KNOW ALL THIS YET CAN’T FIGURE OUT DIABETES…
I take b12 because my arm and hip are paining..now im the pain was gone..
Can i take dolo neurobion? I have a hemophilia b my joints are always in pain but since i take the dolo nuerobion the pain stop, pls reply i really need to know if i can take this vitamin daily, thank you so much:)
Very good lecture, but i would add one VERY important thing missed.
B12 is also bound to Salivary R-Binders…You need pancreatic enzymes (Trypsin) to dissociate the R-binders and thus give B12 a chance to bind to Intrinsic Factor.
Good lecture! very well done
The numbness in my hands is caused by the market drop, go vegan tell the Dr no meds needed; I’m putting a vegan sell order against big pharmaceutical
These videos really push me to do medicine, I am a medical engineer right now lol.
every one says b12 deficient, but no one says at what levels they had symptoms. mine was174
what is the normal range for b12. i am at 174 pg/ml. having lot of symptoms. am i deficient?
I have just subscribe to your channel it’s the most calming an very informative video i have listen to. This is excellent work here once again i really give compliments so you can be very proud of yourself.
I have a burning sensation all over my body, the pain is just horrible and scary like literally I am on a grill, my tongue is swollen, stabbing and needles pain, my skin is dry AF that it hurts when I bend my fingers and toes, persistent headache, fatigue and tiredness all the time. All that shit and not a single doctor thought that it might be a b12 deficiency!!
Cells at work got me into wanting to learn more about the body.. and these videos make it easy to understand
tell me Dr. Des Harrington which company you recomended is the best and natural ingreadieance company made vitamine b12,,please tell me..
What is Erectodom Secrets? Does it work? I hear many individuals solve their erectile dysfunction problem with this popular erectile dysfunction treatment.
This is another good video to make basic concepts about megaloblastic anaemia. Though I prefer listening to the other “iconic voice” of osmosis. Great job team!
i testetd and i have b12 deficiency. if sombody has similar symptoms then let me know. i started with ibs C and i try to fic that with diet by eating fiber and less meat and mostlynplant abased. then i have insomnia once or twice in 8 months.then i had serious insomnia and sleep apnea. i went to doctor and tested i had b12 deficiency. if any bos has similar story then let me know.
I had my vitamin B12 levels checked so I’m waiting on results. I told my doctor I sometimes feel pinches all over my body and she said it’s my nerves could be due to low B12.
Should be mentioned that cyanocobalamin is a very bad supplement type due to VERY low bioavailability and high doses have shown to be damaging in studies.
B12 is from a bacteria that forms on plants but due to chemicals we can’t get it from plants, we get it from animal products from the food they eat but in the modern day even what they eat is chemical filled and kills the bacteria that has b12
I really like your content and way of teaching! Whenever I have difficulty in learning I watch ur videos and it makes it so easy..
Hi Osmosis, explain this one (if you can)…. Microcytic Megaloblastic Anemia……. Deficient in B12, B6, Folate and Iron…. (yes l said Microcytic MCV 75 with Megaloblastic Cells, MCV has been as low as 60 in the past)
What a great video from which I’ve learned a lot. But please tell me which form of B-12 intramuscular supplementation is the best: Methyl-, Hydroxior -Cyano-?
Subscribed!
Part of the video use the same audio clip from the Folate deficiency video. It seems lazy to me, but it works since B12 and folate deficiency can have similar symptom

I currently have B12 deficiency… my symptoms are: weakness, dizziness, numbness and tingling all over my body including the face constantly which is kind of scary thinking “wth is going on, a stroke??!! ” Fortunately, I got blood tests done and I have B12 and Folic Acid(B9) deficiency which causes Anemia with all the symptoms I described above.
The reason I am writting this is for your information:
I used to have GERD problems for a while (Gastroesophageal reflux disease), I used to take over the counter pills for the heartburn and then switched to Omeprazole which healed me, I also started a much “healthier diet” reducing meat, going more veggies and whole wheat grains, great! but………the stomach pills are the reason I have B12 deficiency because these kind of pills don’t let B12 get absorbed into your body after you eat, also I started my “healthy diet” at the worse timing, because by reducing meat, combined with the pills, I also reduced my B12 intake even more. My blood tests showed 155pg/mL of B12 which is very very low.
So watch out those who have GERD and take pills, increase your B12 intake before it’s too late it really sucks having all these numbness problems each and every day, they do take you down physically and psychologicaly
I am glad I figured all this out, and I hope I get better soon.

***This is an UPDATE after 7 months I made this comment… I was on B12 for 5 months straight daily, and now I am up to once every 1 or 2 weeks just to maintain the good B12 levels. I feel healthy and great, and even my mood went up! Thank you all for your support!
–
And I also want to say something, don’t take my comment above for granted.. always go to the doctor and get some tests done. I am not a doctor. I only trying to share my experience with you, maybe it will help some of you. Always get a doctor’s opinion about B12 and GERD and ask questions. B12 deficiency is very serious it wasn’t easy for me.. but fortunately I feel great now. Thank you all!
Thanks a lot!! Found a lot of other videos and books but none explained the topic in such a straightforward and concise manner.
Plz mujhe koi bta sakta he mujhe yah saare symptoms the or mujhe boht jyada mental problem hone laga like health related sochta rehta tha kya yah iske hi symptoms he
When I take 5000 micrograms a day, it it better to take them divided over the day? I have once you can put under your tongue, I can thake them with me to Uni and work and put one under my tongue every 3 hours no problem, one of the nuggets have 1000 micrograms.
Vitamin B12 is conspiracy by the meat industry.
I don’t believe in this vitamin B12 at all.
Why this vitamin B12 available only in animal products?
Total lie
What are some ways to solve your erectile dysfunction problem? I read lots of great reviews on the net about how Erectodom Secrets will help you solve your erectile dysfunction problem. Has any one tested out this popular erectile dysfunction natural treatment?
B12 is produced by a Bacteria in the soil, then the animals eat the grass/plants with little amounts of soil/ dirt on it, and that is the way that the animals get it.
Then we Murder the animals and eat them, and obtain small amounts of B12 from the dead flesh, but many people have poor functioning of “intrinsic factor” and therefore they do not absorb enough B12 into the body, even if they eat plenty of Meat .
In the old days, where people drank directly from streams and ate unwashed vegetables and fruit, they got plenty of B12.
But today everything is washed and sterilised, because of fear of Bacteria
But not all bacteria is dangerous, some are very important for our health.
According to some studies, 65 percent of American people have to low B12.
It is not a coincidence, that almost all farm animals today, are given either injections of B12, or it is given as supplements trough their food.
Many doctors don’t know: Low B12 can also be the result of insufficient
vitamin D. Your body needs vitamin D in order to absorb the B12 in your
food. If you live above latitude 35 deg, in cloudy overcast or wintery
type places and/or don’t get outdoors then you are likely on the low
side for vitamin D. Most older folks don’t get much sunlight regardless
of where they live and will be low D. So get your D level tested or
just assume you are D low and take 1000-2000 IU per day along with
eating meats.
Having very dangerous form of dizziness and walking imbalance and breathlessness
Sublingual vs typical pill.
Time release pill vs typical pill.
B12 alone or with food
B12 alone or with other supplements.

The voice over sounds extremely young. No offence but as an old creaky I prefer a mature voice over. Preferably male because the tone is better for my partial hearing loss.
Because of a diagnosis of Pernicious Anemia Have taking B12 inter muscular shots several years. Was given instructions
The narrator is lacking in something? We can hardly hear her!
My Vit B has always been low,,I’m anemic,,,I went vegan about 6 months ago n now my B-12 is sky high because I use brewers yeast n not cheese,,, Holy crap who knew,,, my dr said if it’s to hi it’s ok,,,I don’t believe any of them
For seven years I was experiencing off and on, hands and feet tingling, burning, pain, difficulty walking, extreme fatigue and depression. Countless visits to the ER and Dr. Office, checking for everything but B12. It then started where I had extreme difficulty getting dressed, had trouble feeding myself, could not write or hold a pen. Bending my neck sent electric shocks thru my body. Went to the hospital for MS testing. MRI, spinal tap, brain scan. After more testing, one Dr. checked my B12 level, it was 80. I spent 10 days in the hospital and 10 days in rehab. They were not sure if I would recover. Left untreated, B12 deficiency can cause permanent brain damage. I was lucky, everything reversed. Maybe if B12 METHYLCOBALAMIN were given early on, we might be able to help prevent MS and other brain and nerve related diseases.
If that one Dr. didn’t check my B12 level,I would have been misdiagnosed with MS, because the symptoms are the same.
B12 is vital for our health. It helps make DNA & RNA, your red blood cells.
Helps with Depression,Dementia,Sleep Disorders.
Helps with sleep-wake rhythm disorders (Circadian)
Protects &a rebuilds the Myelin sheath covering your nerve fibers.
Slows brain shrinkage up to 80%.
Lowers Homocysteine levels associated with heart disease.
If low levels are left unchecked, brain damage will occur and can become permanent.
Helps with age related macular degeneration.
By supplementing with sublingual Methylcobalmin B12 around 40 or 50 years of age, we could help prevent problems before they start.
Everyone should supplement and maintain blood levels of B12 in the range from 600 to 2000 pg/ml in order to avoid and, if this is the case, help recover from the wide range of problems that result from B12 deficiency or insufficiency. Health care practitioners: this is the first thing you should check for every patient that comes in, independently of their age or condition
Methylcobalamin: This is the neurologically active form of B12. It is technically a `coenzyme` of vitamin B12 and it is almost never prescribed by doctors despite being effective, readily available and inexpensive. It is also available in an injectable form. Degenerative neurological conditions are where methylcobalamin shows its greatest benefits over other cobalamin preparations. Brilliant news for MS’ers! Not only has Methylcobalamin been shown to work in neurologic diseases, it also helps with the elimination of toxic substances in the body.
Has anyone tried Erectodom Secrets? (search on google) We’ve heard numerous amazing things about this popular erectile dysfunction natural treatment.
Areh mere phone ka speaker kharap hogaya kiya
Man sperm is rich in B12. That’s how I get my vegan wife to have oral sex.
what is normal level? i am at 174 pg/ml. having all the worst symptoms.
Vit B12 is produced by a special kind of bacteria. The animals are just fed with Vit B12. Thats why there is B12 in animal products
But anyway great Video
My whole 40 yrs of life doctors failed to recognize VitaminB12 mild, last 4 yrs extremely SEVERE deficiency..Hospital Emergency FAILED too, but charged me $5000. Finally current doctor (nurse practitioner) very first visit diagnosed B12 Def.. FEEL SUPER HAPPY, NORMAL, NERVES COMING BACK, SLEEP IS BACK. I can’t thank her enough.. Saved my life.. Severe case, Nerves all kinds of problem, memory loss, confusion, imbalance, headaches, dizziness, head spin (DANGEROUSLY LOW B12).. Yes, I was lifelong vegetarian, lactose INTOLERANT. Last 4 yrs, I didn’t sleep, tired, crash, head hung, body brains desperately sleeping giving up, but hear nerves keeps me painful awake deeply, it’s like zamby ghostly living with head nearve..No sleep created it’s own host of severe problem, aging, losing hair, gray hair etc… THANKS TO THE NEW Nurse practitioner & DOC, it was as simple as injecting B12 (3 inject one a week, 3 more to go, one monthly. So total 6 B12 inject). My whole life every doctor missed it..
Bro I only came for the symptoms and I’m getting whole biochemistry lesson lol
This video is inaccurate stating that B12 can be found in animal and dairy products…its from the soil/water

My B12 deficiencies have always manifested as psychosis. Can you explain why this is a problem for me?
Yeah, she sounds like she has a bus to catch and is really in a hurry! LOL Question! What about sublingual B-12? I’m old and apparently my body cannot digest B-12 but I do get a monthly shot. Thanks for the video!
Great video, it would help a lot if you speak louder or increase the volume somehow, also there’s a lot of oportunity for you to make the video simpler and easier to understand. Lots of love, thanks for the vid.
thank you so much for this. the way you illustrated and explained everything made it very easy to understand. and never mind the negative comments about your voice, you have a lovely voice, you are just too soft spoken for some, maybe because of what they may be watching the video on,the volume levels might have been too low for some to hear your clearly.
Excellent video thank you. Ive had tingling in my hands and arms for two years now and heart palpitations and extreme fatigue and its from having low b12 as im vegan and have been so for 4 years. My doctor has only just figured out that this is the cause of all of it. Im so happy to have an answer as this has been playing havoc with my life
my b12 deficiency was so bad that my fingernails were turning blue because of the lack of blood cells getting to them.

Anyone know if this could happen a week after one night of very heavy drinking?

Yes, volume is way too low, and that is with high quality speakers.
Evrybody commenting about the volume need new headphones or to turn up the volume or buy a better phone with high quality speakers because I hear her just fine. And my volume is not all the way up. Thank you for this info!
Great video very informative but very low volume hard to hear still thumbs up
This video needs to be updated. A maintenance injection given only every 1 -3 months are for people who have a very mild form of genetic B12 deficiency. Moderate to severe cases require maintenance doses ranging from 1x per month, or 1x every two weeks, or even 1x per week depending on the severity. Please make sure you have your information together before stating something so careless that it could kill someone who relies on this info. Thank you.
I’ve just been informed my folate levels too low I’m not gonna fret as there’s way worse stuff out there
Hi, thanks, so much for the help i never anyone show me how it works and what you need to help you, i have the B 12 need a shot cause my gut won’t take it, but now i know how it works and how i can help me in living better thanks, GREAT VIDEO, I CAN HEAR YOU FINE don’t know what they saying, you just speak softly cause your a girl is all, thanks
How does the microwave kill vitamin B12? Is it not overcooking or heating food that results in less nutritional food?
What I do is blend a 100 mcg pill in a smoothie and take a few sips every 6 hours. Do you think this a reliable method? How long will the B12 last if the pill is mixed in food?
You could theoretically use only one 100 mcg pill per week with this if you blend it with a food that you can separate in 21 portions (3 x 7 days) getting 4.76 mcg each time.

Can pernicious anemia be related or correlated with neuropathy?
I had an energy drink with B12 in it and it increased my mind’s clarity. I was looking into a possible deficiency.
Supplements containing Adenosyl cobalamin and Methyl cobalamin are better than cyano cobalamin and hydroxycobalamin
Thank you for the video.! it was way helpful than the doctors i have seen or visited.
It’s also a condition that gets misdiagnosed often.
There are supplements that is methlycobalamin 5,000 mcg is this good enough?
Cyanocobalamin is the man-made version and should be avoided……methylcobalamin is also a natural form and a much better choice.
……..Lithium is important for enhancing the transport of B12, into cells.
Is this supposed to be a freaking seminar or what? Get to the point!!!
The very foundation of modern diabetes treatment is flawed. What diabetic patient need is insulin and an ideal body weight, not some permanent chemical tweak to the body. The antidiabetic pills like metformin(and all of its kind), totally altered how body works. It makes kidney go crazy by absorbing, dumping glucose, use more glucose and that is very bad in the long run. This lead to side effect and shorten the diabetic patient life span. In 10-20 years of taking antidiabetic pills, the kidney and pancreas will be totally destroyed due to the overwork. Body also no longer will have a natural immune systems against cancer due to the side effect like vitamins b12 deficiencies. Insulin should be more accessible for the diabetic patient at the early stage, not as the last resort. Insulin pills also should be researched, created and mass produced for the wellbeing of mankind.
Studies shows that majority cancer patient suffer diabetes too. This is a gruesome data… You will get cancer from anti diabetic pills(metformin, etc) you take. Like you get type 2 diabetes from the antibiotic you take for the flu. Dont you ever learn? Chemical pills is a poisonius abominations ever created in the human history. It never heal, instead it create more desease!
Solution for diabetic patient who do not want to take pills? Intermidate fasting and insulin shot. Fasting everyday at night. From 7pm to 7am. Only eat dinner when you have insulin and to maintain healthy weight. Good weight is around body mass index (bmi) 20.
Insulin shot was actually the best solution. It give your pancreas chance to rest and recover. While pills makes your pancreas and kidney overwork. Thats why diabetic pill (metformin, etc) stopped working after 10-20 years. Because after you took it for so long, your pancreas literally dead, and congratulations, you have diabetes type 1 now.
The problem with the big pharma, they want you sick, so they get money. Thats why insulin is so hard to get and pills is so easy to get.
Many diabetes forum have banned me for this statement because they cant accept the truth. Yes truth hurts..
Why wouldn’t you test the individual before starting the metformin. That would give you a base to prove whether B12 deficiency doesn’t exist prior to medicating. Isn’t that what she said they didn’t have available? So if they are already B12 deficient before the patient starts metformin, that would be helpful information for both the patient and prescriber. I am not sure why doctors are not required to test for all vitamin/mineral deficiencies but I guess I do know. The doctors wouldn’t know what to do with the results and it might cut into Big Pharma’s profits.
The best example of double talk. You should lessen to your own BS
Hope this video helped clear up some of the confusion about B12 dosing! Let me know if there was something that wasn’t clear or anything you’d like me to address in the next B12 video!

Solution…. eat a steak , with a side of bacon …… DAILY
If I’m taking b12 with.include folic….since 2 months…now switch on… simple b12? Sir
I have been feeling really foggy headed dizzy and off no energy at all and I had a test done a while back and the doctor said to start taking a vitamin b12 because it was low and I just started taking it seriously because the symptoms have gotten worse. so the pharmacist recommended I start taking the vitamin b12 1000 mcg to help my symptoms to go away but he said once a day is that too much or how do I take this I have took one of them already just a while ago my first dose and I’m not sure how I should take it I take medications as well so I’m scared to take anything but I believe this may help do u have any suggestions on how much to actually take a day with meds I take? And I have the 1000 mcg tablets as I mentioned thanks again for the advise..
If you have b12 deficiency are you going to have all of the symptoms?
I only have fatigue, shortness of breath, hair loss,hand/legs tingling sometimes heart beat fast
So to be clear…I should not take 1000 mcg per day. I recently went to a plant-based eating style. But 2000 once per week is okay? Thanks Doc!!
Hey! Id like to remind you all that you DO NOT NEED to consume animals to get b12.
B12 is only naturally found in soil. Because we live in a hygienic society, and cattle is mostly fed non organic food (that does not contain b12) it is actually injected into cows so that we then consume it! So maybe try to investigate where that b12 in your beef is coming from.
SO, getting b12 form supplements is about as natural as getting it from supermarket meat.
(this goes out to any potential vegan that is scared that they’ll get sick)
Dave Asprey recommends to take up to 5000 micrograms daily, do you agree? Also he recommends to take 800 micgrograms of folat (5-mthf quatrofolic), otherwise taking b12 withouth folat longterm causes braindamage, do u agree?
Hi, very nice video! in my area I only find up to 1000μg of B12, does that mean I have to take it twice per week? isn’t that even better than the rest of the options?
Looking at taking a lower dose B12 mainly because ugh dose B12 gives me bad acne flare ups.
Will try the 100mcg tablets daily and see how it goes.
Many thanks for this well informed video, and others too excellent all around! Quick question: can you comment on the other forms of B-12, i.e., “adenosylcobalamin” & “hydroxocobalamin”? (as represented in Swanson Ultra brand “Activated B-12 Complex”, for instance, among others…).
how do you know if the b12 cancer study is legit? surely Dr Greger or someone would have brought it up.. take Pam poppers class.. she teaches how to spot faulty studies for a living and then get back to us all, i recently quit smoking and spend alot of time around wifi and cell phone radiation.. i really cant deal with worrying about getting cancer from taking a stupid supplement that i already have such an instinctive issue with
And if the person iss anemic with pale skin how much mcg do i have to take

I thought I was dying, before I was diagnosed with Vit B12 deficiency, it felt like my body was shutting down. It was an extreme effort just to walk, I felt absolutely lifeless. Even washing dishes was exerting too much energy. Fortunately I was diagnosed immediately, by my description of the symptoms. Obviously I had to be tested, but my Dr. was correct.
Strangely, shortly before I need a top up of vitamins, I get a craving for cow’s milk. As well as extreme fatigue.
Great video. For those who still have a stock of methylc, how much is the dosage on daily and weekly routine
I use those Veg1 daily: https://www.officialveganshop.com/complement-alimentaire-b12-veg1-au-cassis-x90-veg1-7951.html?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI8o6r-P6U5AIVArTtCh1mLg_6EAQYASABEgIG8PD_BwE
I had a skin issue the next day I started to take it (red dots all over my back and top of chest and shoulders), maybe because I took two pills instead of one.
Due to this recent video of Mic The Vegan about B12 & Acne and the testimony of a friend, I was wondering if those supplements were responsible for the skin issue I had.
I also read online (if I remember well…) that excess B vitamin can cause skin issue in some people.
So i’m a bit concerned about the fact that in this supplement there is 1.6mg of B2 and 2mg of B6. Is that a high dose of those two vitamins?
The B12 is 25 microgrames however, which seems fine.
Btw, what do you think about breaking pills in half and take one half in the morning and the other half in the evening?
Today I bought 10mcg cyanocobalamin but I’m wondering if anything will even get absorbed in such a small dose.
The speaker has a deficiency for sure.. barely can we hear her!!
Have you seen this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c8_kTtWUnf8
I’m guessing you are over in the UK and maybe there is different versions of B12 product available there. It looks like the one you have a photo of might be Solgar brand by the packaging, but you don’t show the label so I can’t tell for sure. When I do a search for 100mcg cyanocobalamin, I get just one hit on Amazon from a brand called “Major” which I’ve never heard of before and has zero ratings. So I’m just wondering where others in the US have been able to find a reputable product of this kind?
If you dose several times per day, would these ingredients not have any effect on your health? (this is from the b12 supp of 100 mcg you’ve shown) microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, silica, vegetable magnesium stearate.
I personally use a mix approach, I take a weekly 1000mcg cyanocobalamin supplement and I regularly consume fortified food (like a daily spoon of nooch).
But another great way of including B12 in your daily routine is fortified toothpaste: doi: 10.1007/s40520-019-01125-6
Thanks for the clarification. If you one were to dose either 2 or 3 times per day, what would be your recommendation in terms of the potency of the do for each of those (2x and 3x per day)? Would there even be an available supplement in those amounts are is 100mcg the only real option even given the desire and ability to dose multiple times per day?
First:D this series about B12 is very interesting my friend! I always thought they were not enough detailed information on b12 on youtube and you really bring something here! I take b12 daily but don’t really watch exactly how much i take. I will change that!
do you think it’s good to mix both types of b12? like one day cobalamin and the other day methylcobalamin?
