Remove kale and potato mixture from skillet. Add remaining 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and cook both eggs until they reach desired doneness, 2 minutes one one side, then 1 minute on the other side for over-easy. Divide the kale potato hash onto 2 plates. Place the egg on the top and serve tomato slices on the side.Toss the kale with the potato mixture and create four wells in the mixture.
Crack an egg into each well and return the tray to the oven for 4–5 minutes, or until the egg whites.In a dutch oven or skillet over medium high heat, melt 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil. Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, add the kale and sauté until just starting to wilt, 1-2 minutes. Add the sweet potatoes to the pan and toss to combine. Using a wooden spoon, make two wells in the pan.
Crack each egg.Add the chopped kale and potatoes; stir to combine. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the kale mixture, spread into an even layer and cook, stirring every 3 to 4 minutes and returning the mixture to an even layer, until the potatoes begin to turn golden brown and crisp, 12 to 15 minutes total. Serving size: 1 1/2 cups hash and 1 egg.

The cinematography of this was annoying. The camera centered AJ but Rebecca was always squished off to either side. Also, I’d like to hear Rebecca talk more. Other than that, I like Chef AJ and her recipes.

I’m afghan and my dad legit makes this every morning (but also adds garlic, sometimes omits the potatoes and only uses 3 eggs since he eats it all himself).
It smells great but I don’t like it cause I hate egg, but that tomato sauce tastes great, would highly recommend this to anyone who actually likes eggs, especially during lockdown since you have a bit of extra time to make yourself some breakfast.

Cilantro tastes like soap if you have an allergy to it, lol! I didn’t know it wasn’t supposed to taste like this until my sister told me, so we looked it up and found out why also the smell of it has always made me nauseous

I started eating whole foods….and my waist has shrunk by two inches.
You follow a plan that is the same as Esselstyn it appears. That is what I am doing now due to heart issues.
I just bought the 8 quart Lux instant pot. My husband and I cooked a pot roast that was supposed to fall off the bone after cooking for one hour after following the instant pot recipe. After one hour, the pot roast was firm and stuck to the bone. We were so disappointed that we returned the instant pot and got our money back. We will continue to use our crockpot and conventional pans.
Any chance you could tell us how cups are in a 1lb of lentils

hi AJ, I made the brownies and followed the recipe to a T and they weren’t done. It cracked on top and looked done but when I checked it it was still fudgy all over. Should I leave it in the oven longer and up the temperature?
