Changing habits is the only thing that works longterm. It’s the hardest part. I had to throw away bread-based snacks, mayo, sweet and alcohol drinks, sweets, fast food. And had to start working out 6 days a week. Keep my daily calorie intake under 2000 cal. In addition, I had to learn how to prepare different more healthier food. I lost almost 20 kg in the span of half a year from 100 kg to 82 kg. And I’m continuing to improve myself. Now it became some sort of a hobby.
Why i never saw u drinking lemon water in the morning or any other weight loss drink?
Try not to snack to much, and drink lots of water. I replaced soda with sparkling water (took me a while to get used to the taste) and coffee with tea (tea has more caffeine anways)

I lost about 20 pounds and I feel amazing! I did the wrong thing by eating too little but now I have changed my life. Here are some tips:
-Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks
-Healthy sugar
-Move more (at least 3 workouts per week or maybe a quick workout everyday in the morning)
-Go for walks
-Be open to exceptions, one hamburger isn’t going to make you gain 10 pounds

2. Mine is currently 2300cal so I take in 1800cal (500cal deficit) this will equal approx 1lb a week loss
3. Workout, mixture of cardio and weights, nothing too crazy
4. At some point your body may plateau on this deficit so either reduce calories again or increase calories and increase workout!
5. Take photos weekly and date stamp them and record weight at that time, this is great for tracking and motivating the process
Do not buy junk food. If it’s not in the house, no matter how much you crave it, you won’t be having it cause it won’t be there. Srsly, super important

Low carb with high protein diet while consuming around 1,500 calories daily if you’re not active (without excercise) will help you lose weight, if you are active i would say consume around 1,800 to 2,000 calories per day while exercising you want to have your energy intake (calories) at minimum with high energy expenditure (excercise).
try to cut out sugar as much as possible, which is easier said then done. drink a lot of water, and i have noticed that if i drink a cup of coffee or a cup of tea in the morning, it will supress my appetite so that I eat a smaller lunch and dinner and the caffine will help me work out longer than normal. i walk my dog every day which has helped prevent me from getting fat but it doesn’t do enough to build muscle so I am trying to level up my workouts. i cook a lot at home and i eat a lot of leafy greens: broccoli, cabbage, spinach, brussel sprouts and kale. if i eat a bad meal like pizza or hotdog with potato chips then i try to balance it out by eating healthy the next mealor use soylent when I’m on the go.

I deal with depression and anxiety, and I have episodes where I’ll be so depressed and instead of self harming, I binge eat. On top of that when I was pregnant with my son my senior year of high school (4 years ago), I had really bad morning sickness to where I couldn’t keep anything down, not even water, and my doctor was telling me it was normal until I lost 10lbs within a week, then they were concerned and when I was finally able to keep food down at the end of my pregnancy, and after I had my son, I was still eating like I was pregnant and I have gained since then because when I was pregnant I was 180, lost 10lbs, went to 170, and now I weigh 310 because I went from not being able to eat when I was pregnant to still feeling like I was eating for 2 on top of dealing with chronic depression and binge eating.
I’m 23, and I am super determined to lose weight and get back down to wearing large to extra large clothes again because I don’t like being the big girl I was growing up. That’s another thing, when I was a kid in school, I was bullied over EVERYTHING, which sent me into a depressed mindset and when I got home (because they didn’t do crap about the bullying, I was the one who would be in trouble for reporting it,) and I would cry and eat the pain I felt.
Which is exactly why I suggested that you do a video about bullying and how hate/racism is taught.
I am new here, and now that I know you’re a teacher then you should know a lot about the bullying stuff.
Also thank you for the help, I was skeptical at first too, but decided ‘why not?’
I plan to share this with my friends on Facebook because we’re all trying to lose weight.
Get rid of processed food,eat veg and fruit,I do three days veg etc,then will have a roll and sausage etc on 4 day,then maybe go junk on 7 day,it breaks it up,excercise just get into the routine it does not have to be maximum effort every single day,but just do it 4/5 days,try the maf running training,running or walking at a low heart rate,irs easy and just build up,

Man, completely hit the nail on the head. When i was in my teens i felt unstoppable! When i got im my 20s i still was feeling great and energetic now in my 30’s (still unbelievable) I have slowed down a lot, I don’t like this feeling it really made me appreciate my youth. My advice for you youngsters is don’t always ” live for the moment “, think of your future also, if you live your life completely recklessly then you’re gonna regret it later. Go to school, get a career, save your money, diet and exercise, and work hard but also enjoy any free time you have with your loved ones! Trust me on this and you will be happier that you made those decisions later in life.
This is what I tend to do for my cardio routines and it has been effective and the most efficient for burning fat:
1. I wear a thick hoodie on top and warm up pants to maximize the amount I sweat (the more you sweat the more fat you burn)
2. I alternate between sprints and jogs between each minute

I am gtting Married in Sep 2017 too!!!! I would love to see a video of the exercise you do to sculpt your body I am totally lost at the moment and do not know whether I should up cardio or what sort of weight workouts I should be doing/how much I should be doing to be toned and lean for the wedding and lose jsut a few pounds. Lost 80 pounds in a year, went from a 2XL to an S with no to minimum loose skin, all I did i ate around 1500-2000 calories everyday, cut out the junk and worked out a few times a week

Dawg when I was 16 I lost 40 pounds, all I did was fast until 7:00 pm and run. Eat healthy and small portions. Does it seem hard? Yes. Is it worth it? Yes. It all depends on how much you want it

My tip is get a partner. When I lived with my parents, my mom was my partner. She lost 40 lbs I lost 30. When I moved out I gained it back. But I switched gyms and I have a new partner. My bf. We set goals for each other and once they’re hit, we look at how to maintain it.
Another tip: Being thin/slim is not the goal, being healthy is.

Hi what do you all think about someone losing weight to find the right guy? I am 25 and haven’t found the right man.
I’ve been training for 3 years and the biggest tip I can give is if you go off the rails and eat like crap and not train for a few days don’t thing of it as you failed, only as a stand still and you don’t want that with all the hard work you’ve been putting in.
Recognise that you’ve went off track and bring yourself right back because no ones perfect and that will happen the important part is not to let it bring you back to the mindset of thinking you can’t achieve your goals
When you get those cravings for something unhealthy at the store just tell yourself, “Get the F away, you don’t need it!”

It’s scary that people need a buzzfeed video to tell them how to lose weight. Obviously, some people have to have a diet tailored to their specific needs, but 90% of people just need to eat less calories. That’s the simple answer that will work for the overwhelming majority… and the most realistic as far as sticking to. But the more convoluted the topic is, the more videos and articles can be made about the subject. I’ve lost 80lbs in about 8 months by literally eating an amount of calories a day that’s lower than what my body burns. And when I was fat, I totally understood if I stopped stuffing my face, I would absolutely lose weight.
Wow that actually a slim & healthy plan I’d just do 1 meal a day and 2 snacks
