I cannot thank you enough for this video!! I just found out I am 4 weeks pregnant and was hoping I would still be able to find beautiful and strong practices on here to keep my body (and baby!!) HAPPY and HEALTHY! My hips are feeling so much better than they have all week
This looks like such a beautiful flow in the most amazing setting! And a calming voiceover. Is this safe in early pregnancy? I’m 5.5 weeks. I have been told yoga shouldn’t be done in the 1st trimester, but I have done yoga for a few years, so I dont see why not as I’m not a beginner. I also need to keep blood flow flowing in the body (on blood thinners) and this practice looks great for circulation
What a beautiful video. Relaxing but strong. I feel wonderful!
Do I have to do this in order or can I pick which routine that I can do? Im beginner in yoga.
Thanks for this workout! I really enjoy it! Gonna share this to my friends! I’m in my 14 weeks and this will be my go-to yoga now:) Kukuoon Yoga, I wonder how many weeks were you in when you filmed this?
Enjoyed this but left/right side voiceovers did not match what she was doing in the video. Made me question what I was seeing and hearing which took away from the flow of the class to more do my own thing. I do feel more relaxed but could have flowed a bit better.
HEY I’m 13 weeks and have been having trouble sleeping and found this I already feel like sleeping and relaxed thanks so much
This was INCREDIBLE. Amazing stretches in all the right places, thank you!!!!!!!!:)
Umm…. this was an interesting yoga. I liked it, but kinda didn’t like it at the same time? I think it was just the voice-over that made it feel like it didn’t flow so well maybe? I do however, feel very relaxed afterward. If you are looking for anything slightly challenging, this is not it. If you are looking for something that will ease some emotions, this may very well be beneficial for you. You kinda just have to go with your own flow through it.
This is great but it would be so much better if there was a voice over describing what to do so I don’t have to constantly look at the screen.
I’ve done this twice now and its just the best one out there. I don’t know if its all the breathing or the music or the ladies smooth talk but it just relaxes me so much and i get a nice stretch and loads of air in my lungs. Love it!
I didn’t do a lot of yoga before my pregnancy, just once a week, but I find this video very easy to follow and helpful to maintain my stamina and help me with my backache and tiredness. I really love the pace, not too slow but not too fast, just enough for me and my growing belly. Hope this helps on my twins’ labor in Sep! thank you very much
This is so lovely thank you! Where was it filmed? Such a beautiful place!
A decently active yoga while still calming the nerves during the sometimes anxiety-filled 1st trimester. Thank you and Namaste <3
Doing this has really made me realize how out of shape I’ve become I was down my whole trimester feeling extremely sick and exhausted now I’m in my second and I’ve been feeling so much better and trying to get my mental and physical together and this helps a lot. Getting back in shape and flexibility for a healthy delivery currently I’m 17weeks and 4 days so I want to make sure I can do everything to have a safe healthy and happy delivery. So thank you!
Looove it I make it every morning and it feels so good… 12 weeks preggie now.. thank u
Thank you for sharing this video. I am 11 weeks and I found it hard for me. I guess I am u fit which is why I found few asanas hard.
Wow… just seeing this video gave so much relaxation:) I am in 21st week, can i start now? Having pain in right side pelvic area which sometimes goes down to groin and thighs. It happens only when i sit for long or i sleep for long. if i keep walking pain is not there.
Hi am 24 weeks pregnant… Can we start now and should end on which week?? For safe preg
Man I had been very physically active working out 5 times a week for 9 months, I had to stop for one month. Doing this workout video as my first come back activity and I’m out of breath after 10 minutes… still 10 weeks prego
Ok so I’m not pregnant because I’m young but my mom is watching this and I don’t know if she’s pregnant so I don’t know what to do
Thank you, very much enjoyed that yoga session and I would be happy to continue as I am pregnant on my third child. I am a beginner with yoga and there is a couple of questions I would like to ask.
Q1. How many yoga session do you recomend doing once a week?
Q2. Can I have a break day,for example every 3-4 days?
Q3. What is the recommended time to do yoga? Or does it matter?
Q4. Is it best to meditate first before
doing a yoga session?
Q5. Can you please explain to me what does the meaning of the word namestey mean?
I am sorry if I have spelled the word wrong as I am interested in what it means. ❤

Thank you so much! After a rough 1st trimester and currently a lazy 2nd trimester, this was the perfect flow to get me back into the grove! Can’t wait to check out more videos!
Very new to the Mom thing, just now 7 weeks. So I guess I’m starting this early!
Gosh I’m knackered. Completely a beginner 2nd trimester and plus size
Was nice to do just completely knackered
thank you so much ☺️ it’s very helpful i started today please guide me how many times a day should we do this exercise? because i have 21 weeks of pregnancy. please must reply
Great Yoga sequence. I’m 39 weeks pregnant now. Everything was nice and doable, except for the part on your back when you are supposed to put one leg over the other and pull one leg towards your belly. I could not do it because my babybelly was in the way and it was painful. Did I do something wrong?
hi. just gave birth yesterday. it was a smooth, healthy and quick 5 hours childbirth. i did this prenatal yoga for the last 2 months of my pregnancy everyday. i can say it helped a lot!
first try doing yoga and I have been doing this for 2 weeks. tried to explore other videos and found that i enjoy this the most. the poses are very well explained. am now at my 15th week of pregnancy and i hope i can keep this up. thank you:)
I can’t get enough of this video. My entire pregnancy I find my hips and spine have gotten stagnant and tight so fast. This practice just slowly and simply gets into it and opens things back up so fluidly!!!
you are amazing, by looking at your video and background music it’s just like soaked up in a relaxed environment

This helps me, instead of just sleeping a lot. It helps with back pain and feels like it helps to give space to my growing baby. Thank you.
I really love the exercises.. can’t stand the warrior pose tough… My back pain is gone for now… Thanks for the excercises.. im on the TM 1
really relaxing! loved the stretchings! first time for me,and i enjoyed it:) thank you!
I had done this from my 5th month of pregnancy. My delivery was normal and so easy. Within 1 hour I gave birth to a baby boy. Now he is 10 months old.
I am five months pregnant with twins and I really struggled I couldn’t do half of it the leg 4 movement couldn’t get my leg up to grab and the crab like pose not a hope god I hope it gets easier
hello welcome my name is professor dabid costa boring advertisement comes….how much should we spend for such advertisements?
Hi, how to do a reverse table pose if I have problems with my wrists? Thank you
17w5d and first time doing yoga. I enjoyed it very much and found it to be very relaxing. I was looking for a workout that stretches and strengthens my body. It’s perfect for this quarantine.
I’m first trimester. Only 8 weeks and this helped me to relax so much. I’ve been struggling with anxiety. Thanks so much for posting this video!
Thank You!! Our 1st Baby and I didn’t realize how much our bodies change and this helps My back so much and breathing!!
Im 34 weeks pregnant and have been struggling to sleep at night for the last 2 weeks, i started doing this routine at night 3 hours before i go to bed. Happy to say i can sleep better nowww i still wake up in the middle of the night for 2-3 times but at least its easy for me to fall back to sleep. Yay thank you for this video
As someone who was previously doing HIIT twice a day before becoming/realizing I became pregnant, this is challenging enough, yet enjoyable. I’ll be
15 weeks pregnant in two days and am experiencing hip pain. I see this giving me relief as my pregnancy progresses.
This is just perfect for pregnancy! Most of the other videos online are way too forward bending or strenuous for amateurs like me. I found this to be perfectly safe. Thank you! I’m going to do this as often as I can.
My favorite everyday practice since 4 month pregnant. Very relaxing, enjoying every movement. Thank you!
My wife, (who’s both pregnant and considerably better than I am at this), and I thoroughly enjoyed our first session and as we are prime members, will be joining your sessions through there. Thank you so much for this, as at a time when we aren’t able to go to any classes, we have you to accompany and tutor us through:)
I’m pregnant with twins & I started doing this since first trimester, it’s so helpful & relaxing especially for my back-pain. Now I’m 27 weeks & I do it but not so frequent like before maybe I became so heavy. Thank you so much.
I’ve been doing this routine a few rimes a week during quarantine to help with pregnancy pain in my ribs and hips. I love it, currently in the second trimester and it’s helping with the stress as well.
Is it only available for Amazon Prime in the us?? I can’t find you on the Canadian version
As a man I was helping my wife through these routine and it was so hard. Thumbs up to you ladies
Absolutely loved this sequence! Feeling good for the first time in weeks. Thank you so much!
I did this routine from second trimester until birth and it helped a lot! It wasn’t too challenging and I am a beginner for yoga. It did take me two weeks to complete the entire routine properly as I progressed slowly. This routine helped prevent tearing during labour (sorry TMI) and I had no stretch marks, and got back to my pre-pregnancy body within 3 weeks after birth. Thanks!!
I really likes this Prenatal Yoga. One of my faves. been using other videos for the last 3 weeks. I’m 17 weeks pregnant now and will use this video again a few times a week
This was wonderful, thank you! I feel like I activated my muscles and joints with out any extreme movements. I’m feeling relaxed and happy:). I’m 20 weeks pregnant. Thank you!
Amazing workout but pregnant women should not be doing any exercises flat on their back from the 2nd trimester onwards even if it is just a stretch so just be cautious doing that part of the workout
Loved this video. In my 3rd trimester and after having tried other videos, found this was the perfect pace with achievable poses to allow gentle and safe everyday stretching for me and my baby. Thank you will carry on with this daily!
I’m 40 weeks pregnant and I’ve been doing yoga exercises a few times a week starting from second to third trimester. And daily light stretching and some walking. I feel great! I was already doing yoga before my pregnancy, so this level of yoga sequences is not that bad but the added weight is making it a bit harder. I’m still glad I was able to do the leg workouts. Now I need to hydrate and rest hahahah
I like how gentle this is! As a beginner I am nervous about trying poses that are too advanced, as you may see on other videos. This feels great and leaves me feeling centered.
So great, actually helped with asthma… I will keep this as one of the exercises for pregnancy
I am 12 w and finally feel ok to do some exercise since I have been super sick. Man do I feel weak!! Will be using this to slowly build up my strength to where it was 2 months ago! I definitely felt all of these stretches. Thank you so much and will be following.
I love this yoga practice!! It helps with the back pain during pregnancy. Thank you!!
This sequence has saved me! I do it every morning, 28 weeks now and it just makes me feel great! Thank you so much for sharing it!
For a beginner at 18 weeks, these stretch exercises were very relaxing, though i can feel my lower back and hip muscles are tense, i can feel it was effective.
Iam 32 week pregnant with low lying placenta. Can I exercise prenatal yoga?
Im 30 weeks pregnant and this yoga exercises makes me feel good, Helps me a lot specially with rib Pain. Thank you for sharing I am Now subscribing:) ♥️
Good sequence even at 38 weeks! The 7:00 movement stretched the lower belly a bit uncomfortably but otherwise it all felt really nice.
Thank you it helps me sweat really good ☺️ squats are the most difficult
I am at my first trimester. And this is my second baby. Hope it can help me
Thank you! I really needed this:) I’m gonna do it everyday!
I’m trying to find new ways to help my wife feel better and not so uncomfortable while carrying out first baby. The stretches look helpful. Wish us luck.
Hi! My calves cramp up in warrior 2, does this happen to anyone?
This is so great! 29 weeks along and I do this every morning or evening and feel my body stretch so nicely. Also feel my legs getting stronger each time during warrior poses and squats. Thank you!!
Thank you so much. It eases my lower back pain. I will do this on a daily basis.
This was amazing have had morning sickness since week 5 of pregnancy and this helped me so much today.
I have been doing this video almost every day now that I’m in my 3rd trimester. It’s the only thing that eases my back pain. Life safer!!

I found the last table top position a little bit hard for me. I might not doing it correctly?
Can this be done from 27 weeks pregnant. I have never done yoga before so wanted to know if it’s safe
Wow this felt amazing on my body! This will be my daily routine until baby comes!
this was so great. I am 22 weeks pregnant. The figure 4 pose was a challenge for me. I altered it a bit for my body. Thanks so much:)
35 Weeks Today and I could not go longer than 3 minutes without needing a peee! Soo much pressure help
I’m on my 19 weeks and starts having bad middle backbone until ribcage cramps and also sciatic nerves pain on right leg. I’ll try doing this exercise regularly as I can’t tolerate this pain anymore
I’m at my 2nd trimester I don’t even look like I’m pregnant yet I got 4 more months to go
Thank you
Tomorrow morning I will give it a try very exited about it
thank you so much for this video. Really enjoyed doing it every single time ❤️❤️
It honestly may just be me. I really enjoyed this video until “stress and anxiety” was said so many times. I know that might sound odd given its stress relief yoga, but it does bring it back to the forefront of the mind when we start talking about it again after having just begun to relax then we’re reminded of our stress and anxiety again. I feel its probably just me and my personal preferences. I will continue to use this video most likely pending what else I can find out there, I will just have to mute it and play my own calm music because I wasn’t able to fully relax hearing those words said multiple times throughout.
23 weeks and just started the workout again, i wanna have a fit and strong body on my labor day, wish me luck

Which time is perfect to do it and is it necessary to do it without eating anything?
I am doing it while watching your video. My husband asked me, “what are you doing?” anyways, i enjoyed it. But my body is not that flexible like yours. It’s a bit difficult for me… i’m 22 weeks pregnant.

Hi Dear Lara, I practiced this yoga when I pregnant four years before, it’s really useful!! Thanks a lot!
I introduced to many of my friends, they all love it. Now I want to introduce to my friends in China; however, they can’t see it in youtube. So, I want to ask you that may I download this video and share it in my Chinese Blog?

Love love love this yoga. I have been doing prenatal yoga at home due to covid19 since March during my second trimester. This is by far my fav YouTube yoga. I’m at 30 weeks now and will try to do it until my little peanut is ready to come out! Thank you for this awesome class!
I tried this yoga in my second trimester, my body felt so light and relax
I tried this video during my first trimester and had to stop as certain poses made me feel very queasy, its frustrating when you want to take part and your body says NO! I picked it up again at the start of my second trimester and do it everyday, sometimes even my husband joins in. Love it, especially during quarentine. Thanks for the video!
I do this video and Niki Sky’s workout video as a routine.

I am 19weeks now. I have been doing this yoga from past 3 days and found it very relaxing. But not sure if it’s the correct stage to start with.
Can someone please confirm? Which is the best month to start this yoga? How frequent we should be doing?
Please please tell me from which month I can do this? I am 8 weeks pregnant
Really beautiful yoga and very useful exercise in pregnancy I did all these in my pregnancy fm 3 rd month and I normal delivered in 1.5 hours

I motivate my wife to do this yoga by doing it along with her… Baby due in a month… Fingers crossed!!!
I did this routine religiously during my pregnancy which helped with my first baby so much
This is the best yoga I did for pregnancy! Why I notice this so late???
I was only concentrating on the lady doing the yoga, how so beautiful she is.
Can anyone tell me which song/music is playing at the background?
I couldn’t do till 7th month due to health complications but started doing regularly from late 7th month. Had normal delivery (vaginal delivery as mentioned in few countries) successfully. I would also say regular pelvis squeeze whenever possible couple of weeks before the due date and squatting were really helpful. My doctor asked to watch this video…Thnku Doc
This yoga is very useful for short labour pain and normal delivery. I have started doing this yoga from second trimester. As a result my labour pain is very short and have give normal birth to sweet healthy baby girl. Thanks for uploading such a helpful video.

I did Lara duttas yoga through out my pregnancy and it not only helped me to stay active but also helped me to keep my sugar levels in control as I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I wish there was post natal yoga routine by lara dutta. Would have really loved to follow it.
I followed this yoga since 12 weeks pregnant, I am now 39 weeks. This is a big blessing to me. This helps relieve pelvic pain a lot. Thank you very much
I do not feel this is for beginners. Sooo difficult and done really fast.
I m 29 weeks. My baby is in breech position can i do this yoga?
I was with 8 weeks when I decided to do pregnancy yoga and that it would be safe, but after the exercise I felt pain and when I went in the bathroom I realized that I was bleeding. I lost my baby since… I don’t recommend. If you feel back pain go out for a walk. Don’t push your luck. Now I’m very regretting but the time doesn’t back.
Great routine for those who have pain in shoulders like me! Thank you!
This is really amazing! I had my baby 5 days back. All natural birth.. Labor and delivery were great. Practiced this yoga everyday till I went into labor! So much relaxing and addicted to this routine! Thankyou so much Lara! I Recommend this to every expecting mom
Lastnight was my first time doing this video, I’m in my 2nd trimester, and I had a good nights sleep. I committed myself to do this prenatal yoga 3 times a week. It is easy on my body and helps a lot.
Seems like she is doing this in third trimester. I need yoga for 1st trimester pls any one help me!!!!!!!
Thank you for a lovely yoga flow, I am a fellow YouTuber and I am 19 1/2 weeks
I followed this yoga from my second semester literally every day. Cured my lower back pain and helped me with a reasonably easy labor. Also blessed with a super smart active bubba
Thanks Lara
Did this yoga from my second semester until last. Did it 2-3 times a week, at the very end tried to do it everyday. I have none back pain throughout my pregnancy and it helped me so much when I was in labor.
I was only in labor for around 1hour.
Hard contractions 5-6 hour.
Thank you so much for this video!
God bless ❤️

Adding this to my list of go-to pregnancy yoga session, thank you! I’ve been struggling with hip and rib pain and this has helped stretch both out in a way that isn’t too challenging or uncomfortable:)
I’m 26 weeks and this workout felt amazing. I got yo sweat a little too and do things I didn’t know I could do this big.
Did this all throughout my pregnancy and now my son is a year old, my body is tight and achey so I’m gonna start again. Totally forgot that I used to do it every day and its bringing back prego memories

I’m 6 months and I always feel better after a long walk with my dog, followed by this quick stretch.
Thanks for this great yoga routine. I do it all the time its a fav.
This was honestly really soothing. My body has been so sore with twins that this stretched all the right places. Thank you!
Thank you for this xx I’m 11weeks today and have wanted to get back into stretching g but was unsure where to start. This looks gentle but effective and am going to give it a try this morning xx
I really wanted to try this, but am so tigh I couldn’t get past downward facing dog in the first portion. Any suggestions?
I’m 34 weeks pregnant today and feel absolutely huge with a lot of discomfort. This routine did make me feel a lot better but I had a couple of pointers. The “baby steps to the top of the mat out of downward dog” and the following “forward fold” are not accessible if you’re very far along. I was able to spread my feet much wider than hip distance and let my baby belly hang between my legs as a modification but I’m not sure how good that is for back support. Also, a little more instruction would be nice. I had no idea how to do the hip circles.. I tried to copy her and looked stupid. I had no idea what parts of my body were supposed to go where.
First timer in yoga and it’s prenatal at that!! Why was this had for me?! LOL! IM ONLY 22 WEEKS WOTH MY THIRD. LORD! hope to continue this as I’m feeling HUGE already and not moving as much as I should.
Hello Riki Jones!
I did a lot of research of prenatal yoga teacher on YouTube. And your 100% my favorite. I love the way you did your session. It’s not too slow or too fast. The position make me work and my back don’t feel pain like in other yoga session I did (trying to hard to follow the positions and at the end making worst). I would love to see more videos of you on YouTube.. Maybe your own channel hehehe.
Wish you the best.
Lea
Thanks Sarah Beth! just started seeking yoga for baby at 19 weeks 4 days! This is awesome #firstpregnancy ❤️
So thankful to find such an amazing calming and easy to follow tutorial
I did it after I had a hard day and now I feel better thanks
Hi Sarah. Loved this video! Do you have much experience with Mothers expecting twins? I am 22 weeks pregnant with twins and not experienced with yoga but would love any tips if you have worked with Mothers of multiples before:) Thanks,
Ally
Hi! Im 17 weeks pregnant, just would like to ask as to how many times should i do this for a week?
17 weeks pregnant and getting back into yoga, this was a great video thank you!♥️
Just found your channel for prenatal yoga and it’s just what I needed during covid-19 being in isolation at home and preparing for birth in 12 weeks time. Thank you so much. I love the nighttime routine xx
I’m here shopping for new Yoga methods for the second trimester. I’m pretty accident prone, but this looks easy and safe. I’m wondering about more information on the breathing techniques used here? Thanks!
In my first trimester am 42 years old, thank you that was a first for me
I started following your videos before I was pregnant. For some reason I just stopped doing my morning yoga, but since I’m 22 weeks pregnant and starting to experience some discomfort in my back (doesn’t help I already have hip problems) I know that SarahBethYoga would help ease some of that discomfort and make sure I stay at peace.
I haven’t practiced yoga in ages! Felt this:), but it’s a great start to getting back into the swing of things, especially now that I finally have my energy back.
I’m 30 weeks and just found the video it was amazing and I feel great. I’ve never done yoga before. Thank you so much.
Found out I was pregnant yesterday and I love yoga. Very excited to do these nice prenatal stretches thank you!
Im 4 months preg. Eating mini wheats and just watching her do this but not doing anything lol.
Okay, so I know this was made 2 years ago but I’m just now finding your channel & I just completed this 10 minute yoga routine to wake me up and I LOVED IT! Thank you thank you! I haven’t done a lot of prenatal yoga routines, I mainly just do flows and stretches I’ve done pre pregnancy because I haven’t found a prenatal instructor on YouTube that I’ve liked but GIRL, I love your calm yet instructive voice, the video, the shortness of the video, everything is amazing! Definitely going to do this a few times per week and try some of your other videos!
Is the puppy dog and downward dog pose ok someone suffering with diastasis recti?
How did you keep your glowing tone during pregnancy! I’m getting so pale I feel washed out my cover up doesnt match any more I went 4 shades lighter lol.
Thank you for this video along with the encouraging words. After I followed along with this wonderful yoga video I felt the need to cry. I have been so stressed out lately, and this was very therapeutic.
Omg my son sits SO LOW it’s hard to do a lot of these, but I did them the best i could. Lol.
This is my first pregnancy (surprise!!) and I’m so happy I found your video, I’m a very active person but haven’t done yoga in a few years so this feels like a great morning routine for me!
I am (pregnant and) a newbie to yoga, this was a great start since it’s easy and short. Can’t wait to try the other ones, after a few more times of this
Great video! I was active before my pregnancy, but my morning sickness and exhaustion has gotten the better of me the last two months. This was perfect to stretch me out and help me get motivated again!
Thank you so more for your prenatal playlist! Quick question about thread the needle is it supposed to be a shoulder stretch? Similar feeling to a standing shoulder stretch where you pull your arm across your body?
Hi Sarah, a very helpful video. I’m 22 weeks pregnant and lately been going thru numbness and pain in the left bum and little bit lower back, whilst I sleep on my left at night. Is there any yoga routine to help me? Thanks.
Okay usually yoga doesn’t do it for me but I really liked this! The thread the needle pose was awesome.
Yay I just found out I’m pregnant a month ago and these videos are literally life savers Thank you Girl ❤
I started trying to do yoga in 2018/2019 when I was pregnant with baby#2 and you are by far the BEST yoga page that I have found. I love that you narrate the videos calmly and quietly instead of talking throughout and I love how you calmly motivate through each video. its really the best. Calming but challenging at the same time. Sometimes my husband will do it with me, but this is ONE thing in my life that I do just for me and that is so important. Thank you so much!
Hey Sarah Beth, I am 35 weeks and wanted to know if this is a safe routine to do?
15 weeks pregnant and starting to suffer with those back pains! I’ve followed your yoga videos for years now but I’m really enjoying the pregnancy yoga stretches and find it helps to not only relax the mind but relieve the aches and pains. Super grateful for this video, thank you!
I am 33 weeks pregnant and haven’t practiced any yoga for about 11 years. Is there any way I could get some of these exercises wrong and harm my baby? A bit of a nervous 1st time mama xx
I’ve been doing this stretch routine almost every night and I can tell it helps me get more restful sleep. Thank you for these videos!

Hello I am trying to apply to your audio book needs on upwork lol. I am absolutely challenged I suppose. I did do a partial certification in yoga, and did pre-natal yoga while pregant. Really would love to be given an opportunity. Hope you don’t mind this way of contact:)
What helped you most to relieve your stress or anxiety during pregnancy?

I’m so inflexible now that I’m pregnant I had to do this on my bed & couldn’t even stretch as much. That was a good 5 min tho lol
i love it, I do it everyday. Is is possible to know where the outfit is from? I really like it
I’m 25 weeks pregnant now. I have gestation diabetes it really helps my health and my baby’s health too. Good news that my sugar level get into normal. And I’m really like this prenatal yoga video. I enjoying it so much. Thanks rikki Jones. More power and keep inspiring other people most esp. those pregnant women like us. Have a nice day!
Just turned 20 weeks and my back has been killing me! This was great really enjoyed it!
Hi, I suggest this video for pregnant ladies. It’s really a great savoir during labour. I had a lot of Medical diagnosis to get pregnant. Due to this there wasn’t any hope of normal delivery. During 7th month of my pregnancy I started these exercises. Of course not regularly. I had a complain too in 8th month. Took bed rest for a week. After then I didn’t stop but continued practicing these exercises. In total 2.5 months I practised with a brakes in mid. Parallely I used to walk for 1. 5hrs daily. All these helped me to have easy labour. I suffered from pains for about an hour and later my baby came out smoothly. I was very happy for normal delivery and having a baby girl.
You are the first! The first Yoga instructor that makes me like and enjoy Yoga! Great video, thank you!
Thank you for your services, this video was great and just what I need it. Infinite gratitude!!!
I am pregnant in 38 weeks and I found this video very relaxing and is helping me to sleep better. Thank.you
